I purchased a JBL Boombox 2 from a seller on December 1, [redacted]. The listing indicated that it was shipped, and that a tracking number would be provided within 48 hours. However, as of December 9, [redacted], there has been no change in the status. I am unable to reach out to the seller because the listing is no longer available. This was meant to be a Christmas gift, and I'm frustrated that despite the payment being made, the item has not been received. I urgently need an update on the status or would like to cancel the order. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and may need to explore other options if this is not resolved promptly. The item was listed as brand new, but upon inspection, I found that the soles were actually held together with super glue. They fell apart the first time I wore them to work, leading to an embarrassing situation and affecting my attendance. I was sent home early, and now have a mark against my attendance record. I am extremely disappointed in the seller for misleading me about the condition of the shoes. They were far from brand new and did not match the description at all.

I made a purchase of Nike Cool Grey 11 shoes on Saturday, December 11, [redacted], at a price above retail. I received an email from Poshmark stating that the shoes will be shipped once they have them in stock. I bought them as a Christmas present and hope to get them on time. Considering the shoes sold out quickly on Nike.com, I expected a prompt shipment. I am eager for a speedy response from the company as I have not found a customer service number to reach out to. I recently purchased a Xersion vest in size L through Poshmark, but when it arrived on Friday, December 10, it was not by Xersion and two sizes too big. Despite reaching out with photos of the issue on Saturday and Sunday, Poshmark's customer service responded, stating I'm outside their 3-day window for returns, which ends soon. I've had a similar experience with Poshmark in the past, leading to a delayed resolution despite not being at fault. Considering sharing my experience on Facebook due to the lack of response over the weekend and the urgency of the situation as the return window closes. Hoping for a swift resolution this time.

I need some help! I sent a pair of jeans I found in Hawaii to a buyer, but they haven't arrived yet. It turns out the buyer changed her address without updating it with the post office or Poshmark. Now my listing is gone, I'm out $[redacted].00, and my account is locked. I've tried emailing Poshmark, but they haven't responded yet.

I am new to Poshmark and recently bid on 3 pairs of boots. However, I did not receive a response from the sellers within the specified time frame after placing my bids as per the rules. I have now received 2 pairs of boots without any seller contact and am seeking assistance to return the extra pair for a refund to my AMEX. I have reached out to a representative via email explaining the situation but have not received a response as of 2:00 PM EST. I am in possession of 3 pairs of boots and would like Poshmark's help in resolving this issue by contacting the sellers. As a new customer, I expected communication via email once I placed a bid, which did not happen in this case. I have been trying to resolve issues with my account. It has over 12K followers and [redacted]+ items, but it was blocked in October. I was told it would be reinstated on 11/14, but it hasn't been. I have reviewed the terms and agreed to them. My closet is not visible, and I can't follow new followers. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter. Thank you.

I purchased a jacket from Poshmark, but unfortunately, the size Large I received fits more like a Medium, making it too small for me. I had previously tried on the same jacket in a Medium at Neiman Marcus and found it too small. Hoping the Large from Poshmark would be a better fit, I am disappointed to find it even smaller. I would like to request a refund for the jacket.

I utilized the guest feature during checkout. I have a screenshot showing the order payment confirmation. I realized the email address was incorrect, preventing me from tracking or receiving confirmation. I have been in contact via email with someone named Ashton, but the communication has been time-consuming. Ashton mentioned that the order was delivered on 12/13, but it was not received at my address. I am requesting to know the delivery address and obtain a tracking number for the package's location. Assistance is greatly appreciated!

I bought a coat on December 3rd and paid for it in full. It took Poshmark 10 days to send it to the authentication office. However, there has been no update since December 13th. This coat is a Christmas present, and I absolutely need it before the 24th. I've tried contacting them multiple times, but haven't received any response. I am requesting either the coat to be delivered promptly or a full refund. It's disappointing to see customers being treated with such disregard. If I don't receive a response soon, I am considering reporting Poshmark to the BBB.

I sent out my authenticated Joe Montana and Jerry Rice cards nearly a month ago. They were delivered a couple of days ago, but now the sale is under review. I urgently need the payment as this delay is causing financial problems for me. I believe the buyer has had enough time to decide on the purchase, and I am frustrated with the lengthy process. I am also dissatisfied with the 20% fee imposed by Poshmark for doing business and feel that I should be refunded this amount due to the delays.

My Levian Chocolate Heart Necklace was stolen and I found it for sale on Postmark by Eva157, Ashley Kallam. The account may have been set up using my real name, Peggy Lynn Stewart. I received an email from Poshmark about a sale paid with the Cash App, but I don't know what was sold. I am worried it might be another stolen item. On Friday, February 10th, I mistakenly charged myself for an item offered to my customer who was understanding about the error. I promptly reached out to Paypal to rectify the situation, and the funds were refunded promptly. To my dismay, following this incident, my Poshmark account was swiftly banned, along with the termination of my agreement with PAYPAL. All my listings were removed, leaving me unable to check on the items I had already dispatched, which I believe is unjust to the buyer. Having only established my account on February 4th and successfully sold three items prior to this incident, this was supposed to be my fourth sale. Despite reaching out multiple times for support via Poshmark, I have received no response in the past four days. While I understand delays may occur, the lack of communication seems unfair. I genuinely appreciate Poshmark and hope to have this matter addressed promptly. Sincerely, A very upset and frustrated user.

Hello, I purchased a Kate Spade purse from @kaileerenae1997 and received it on February 12th. Upon inspection, the purse appeared to be in good condition. However, today I noticed that one of the corner seams is completely undone, and it seems the seller used glue to put it back together. Unfortunately, this damage was not noticeable until after the 72-hour return period had passed. I feel like I'm out of $40.00. This situation feels really unfair. I'm quite upset and would appreciate some help. I changed my rating and review for the seller this morning after discovering the issue. It's disheartening to spend that amount of money and end up feeling scammed. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

I recently received the 2 Miss Piggy hand puppets, but was surprised when I discovered a red powder coming out of one of the puppets. The dress of both puppets was gritty and stained with the powder, not as described online. It seems like the puppets were used and purposely filled with red powder. I was shocked by the condition and had to clean the puppet's face. I don't understand how someone could sell such a dirty item without cleaning it first. I have pictures showing the red powder coming out onto my table. I am very disappointed with the quality of the merchandise and cannot give it to my grandchild. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hi, I apologize for sending you the wrong item. Please contact Poshmark to arrange the return. If you want the sneakers, I'll give you a $10 discount. Unfortunately, I needed the sneakers for an event, so I've returned the package to the sender. I couldn't find the return instructions on Poshmark, so I sent the package back and filed a claim with my bank for a refund. I have informed Poshmark and will try to cancel the order for the refund. Regarding the refund, I've asked Poshmark to credit your account, so I'll keep you updated. I've tried to get a refund from Poshmark, but they require you to open a case. If you haven't done so, I can mail you a refund check today since waiting for Poshmark might take time. I don't have the authority to credit your account directly. Poshmark sent you emails to open a case, but if you're having trouble, I can mail you a money order instead. I understand your frustration. Feel free to call me if you need further assistance.

I have sent multiple emails detailing and explaining what they suspect, but they seem confused about two items. Due to a small mistake of mine that caused no harm, Poshmark has deleted all of my listings without warning and is not responding to any of my emails. This has caused real harm to me and my family as I lost two customers with orders totaling over $[redacted] due to their actions. I am consulting with a lawyer because they have repeatedly caused distress and are potentially breaking the law. If my listings are not returned within 24 hours, I will take further action. Poshmark has consistently had a 1.5-star rating, and I am curious to see how this situation will unfold. Thank you, A.M.

I recently made a purchase on Poshmark on May 2, [redacted] for $78.08. During the transaction process, I encountered an issue with selecting my payment method, specifically with Paypal and Paypal credit. Typically, when making a straight sale, selecting Paypal directs you to a screen where you can choose between Paypal and Paypal credit. However, when a seller offers a discount and the customer accepts, the process should ideally remain the same. After accepting the offer, when I proceeded to complete the transaction using Paypal as the funding source, I expected to be prompted to verify my payment method and select between Paypal and Paypal credit. Unfortunately, this did not happen, and the sale went through without giving me the chance to choose. Upon checking my Paypal account, I discovered that a different account was charged instead of my desired Paypal credit. I would like the transaction to be either cancelled and refunded, then recharged to my Paypal credit account.
