The Ray-Ban sunglasses I received are counterfeit, confirmed by sunglass experts from Sunglass Hut and LensCrafters. The lenses are plastic instead of glass, and the frames are lower quality than authentic Ray-Bans. Despite missing the 72-hour window for order acceptance on Poshmark due to a busy week, I discovered the discrepancies upon later inspection. The professionals from both stores verified the counterfeit nature of the sunglasses. I am requesting assistance in addressing this fraudulent purchase, even though it might be beyond the specified timeframe. The order was placed on February 8, [redacted]. On December 21, I requested that my Poshmark account linked to [redacted] be cancelled. However, when I tried to create a new account using a different email, I found out that the old account was still active. I no longer have access to [redacted] since Yahoo has closed that email address. I uninstalled the app on my phone as well. I need to ensure that my old Poshmark account is closed permanently so I can create a new one with a valid email address. I mentioned in my previous email on December 21 that I might consider returning in about 3 or 4 months to open a new account. Please address this issue promptly. Thank you.

I bought a Stephen Dweck necklace on Poshmark, and $[redacted].58 was charged to my account. I can no longer locate the seller, and the purchase is not showing in my orders. I believed Poshmark only processed payment after the item was delivered. This situation is concerning as I can't find the supposed seller and have lost $[redacted].58. Hello, my name is Shannon Gilmartin. I have a daughter named Allyson Fredette, under whose account I have been experiencing harassment. I've reached out via email multiple times seeking assistance with this issue. The problem stems from a trade gone wrong with Poshmark Ambassador Shari Little, username @shari527, more than a year ago. Poshmark found no fault on my end and directed her to stop bothering me, yet she continues to interfere with my sales and reputation by posting about me on her page. This situation escalated to the point where she made threats against me and created fake accounts to make it seem like I was harassing her. Despite following Poshmark's guidelines, I am still being targeted on different platforms by Shari, causing me financial losses. Unless this matter is addressed by April first, I will have to explore legal action. I simply wish to sell my items peacefully on Poshmark without this unjust harassment. It has been a few monthes, and I have been unable to scan my photo or barcode to verify my account on this site. This issue is causing me to lose money as I can't sell or buy. The system seems flawed because why should one constantly have to verify their identity when they have been purchasing from the site before? The setup needs a complete overhaul by bringing in computer experts to redesign the entire app system. Additionally, for a leading online consignment shop, having no customer service center with real human support is a drawback. Customers should have assistance 24/7 to fix any issues promptly. If this problem isn't resolved, kindly inform me via email so I can know not to use the site again. This delay is unfair, especially when I can only shop on other platforms due to this scanning issue. If this matter isn't addressed, it's disappointing to continue using a service that doesn't value its customers.

Hello, this is my second or third attempt to address an issue with a Kate Spade gray wool bag I purchased. I unknowingly sold the bag to another buyer, who then realized it was a fake. I contacted the original seller, who assured me the bag was authentic. However, after the second buyer returned the bag, I feel it should be sent back to the initial seller for a refund instead of back to me. I recently shipped an authentic solid gold Cartier Love bangle bracelet using a prepaid label on March 28, [redacted]. However, the tracking information has not been updated since April 2. The bracelet, valued at over $[redacted], was supposed to go to Poshmark headquarters for authentication before being sent to the buyer. Poshmark's policy states that if tracking has not updated in 10 days, they will reach out to both the shipper and buyer to address the issue. Despite emailing Poshmark multiple times, I have not received a response, causing me great concern about the situation. I fear that Poshmark may not assist me with this significant loss. I have the tracking number and receipt, but I am worried about losing my $[redacted] bracelet.

I purchased a bowl from a seller named "Reattire." The item is a "Ballerina Mist" bowl by Universal, produced in the United States, likely from the 1940s. These bowls are quite rare. Unfortunately, when the package arrived on Thursday, April 22nd, all I found was a box filled with broken shards. The seller claims to have double-wrapped the bowl with bubble wrap and peanuts, but there was no bubble wrap actually around the bowl; it was just loose in the box, resulting in the damage. Since the bowl was reasonably priced at $7, I am seeking a full refund, including the shipping and tax fees. I am writing this as my official claim.

I have contacted Poshmark regarding issues with buyers harassing and making false complaints against me. I am experiencing trouble with buyers who are unwilling to pay or threatening to file return claims. These buyers appear to be targeting me unfairly, as one buyer is alleging that the product I sent is not as described, specifically with regards to a purse I sold. I have provided photos as evidence of the purse's condition when sent. It is clear these buyers may not be fully understanding the Poshmark return process, and I am facing unwarranted claims and threats. I take care in packaging items and ensure they are accurately represented in listings. Despite my efforts, I am encountering difficulties including missing items and unwarranted complaints regarding the products I sell. I have had previous incidents with buyers making false claims such as alleging the items they received were not as depicted in the listings. While Poshmark has resolved some of these issues in the past, I am concerned about the ongoing harassment and false claims I am facing. I've suddenly been denied the ability to make purchases after being a loyal customer for 4 months. They are requesting my passport and driver's license for verification, which I don't possess. I have a clean payment history and have a high rating from community sellers. This issue arose when I was attempting to accept offers from two sellers, and now I am worried that my account might have been compromised. I recently had a diamond watch stolen on Poshmark for the second time. I purchased the same type of watch twice through the platform. When I went to Poshmark's authenticity location, I never received the watch. They claimed I canceled it, but the seller informed me that the package was on its way. Poshmark denies sending such an email, yet I have proof from the seller. It seems like they may be keeping the watch for themselves. I'm extremely frustrated as I just want the watch I bought after searching for it for two years.

I recently fell victim to a scam and will be reporting credit card fraud regarding a Tiffany bracelet purchase. The seller with ID "infjhi" sold me a counterfeit item despite warnings from another buyer. I requested to cancel the purchase, but the seller went ahead and processed it. I am frustrated with the lack of assistance on the platform and plan to report this to the BBB and social media. The seller seems uncooperative, and their phone number has a full voicemail inbox. I am now taking steps to contact my bank regarding this fraudulent transaction and have saved all communication for documentation purposes.

I recently purchased a Whisker City Small Pet Fountain II from their website but received a Whisker City "I'll Drink to That!" Free Fall Fountain instead. It seems that Whisker City may be phasing out the small pet fountain for the free fall fountain, but the website has not been updated to reflect this change accurately. After contacting them and providing pictures of both fountains, they requested images highlighting the differences, mainly in the slightly higher walls and round shape of the new fountain. Despite going back and forth over the July 4th weekend, they informed me that the return period had elapsed, which I find unacceptable. Regards, C. B.
