The delivery is taking longer than expected, and I have been unable to reach anyone at USPS for assistance. Despite multiple attempts to contact them by phone, each resulting in lengthy hold times without success, I am worried about the lack of updates on my shipment. I recently sold two items on Poshmark. When trying to print the shipping labels, my printer malfunctioned. The post office wouldn't print them, so I had to buy new labels to ensure the items were sent promptly. I have proof of shipment from the post office and tracking numbers were provided to both customers. However, my profit is now pending due to the unused Poshmark labels. This is my first experience selling on Poshmark and I have been diligently tracking the packages, ensuring they reach their destinations on time. Any assistance in moving the funds out of pending status would be greatly appreciated.

My package was sent to PMHQ for authentication. I no longer need this service. I would like to pick it up unauthenticated. This package is my son's only Christmas gift, and I cannot wait any longer. I received the dress from the seller (Smoky Topaz) on Saturday, December 19, [redacted], at 3:30 p.m. I was surprised to find a stain on the white sleeve, as the dress was described as new with tags. I took it to a local cleaner and discovered that the black portion of the dress had bled onto the white part, probably due to improper cleaning. I now wish to return the dress at the seller's expense for a full refund, as I believe the description was inaccurate. Despite initially considering cleaning the stains, I find them too noticeable. I ordered the dress on Dec. 15, [redacted], and the order number is 5fd9441efdd4cd880ad4f303. The dress is called Ralph Lauren Sophisticated Dress. I recently bought a black Theory wool jacket for $60 from seller Jenny Becker (@sparkle514). Unfortunately, the jacket I received has a large shiny metallic-looking area on the front lapel, shoulder, and sleeve that was not visible in the photos. Good evening, I am facing a significant issue that requires your assistance. I underwent major brain surgery from November 19, [redacted], to December 4, [redacted], and due to my recovery, I was unable to go out until after the holidays. Several purses with wallets were ordered, but I only intended to purchase one set for myself. Unfortunately, due to my health condition, I have noticed suspicious activity on multiple accounts. I have not even opened any of the boxes. Could you please advise me on the return process and provide an estimate on the timeline for the refunds to reflect in my accounts? I have some feedback about the new help forum. In the past, when I shared my situation, there was personal info in my post. I believed it was only for Poshmark staff to see, not realizing others had access. I see it as a matter between Poshmark and myself, needing Poshmark's assistance to resolve. Lacking control on my end, I'll share a general comment on the incident. While distracted, I accidentally confirmed receiving an item that hadn't arrived yet while trying to rate another item that did arrive. I can't undo this, hoping Poshmark can address it. I prefer to track the shipment and inspect the item upon arrival. The order code is 5fe62fffa2f48c619410aaf2.

Regarding the 3 tops I listed on Poshmark, I received a notification instructing me to contact you via this email address. I accidentally ordered too many red and black tops and now want to cancel two of them as I cannot afford them all. The shipping cost of $7+ per item is the issue. I provided the IDs of the tops I want to cancel: 5ff10fb38a92fb6488b2a3d3 and 5ff0de1bf3fd66874-20e6311. I recently purchased a Superman hat on Poshmark. The sizing was listed originally as large, but upon ordering, it showed as OS, indicating one size fits all. This was not made clear initially. I am an adult with thick hair and require a large or extra-large hat. As I just made the purchase, I would like to cancel it instead of going through the return process with the seller.

To whom it may concern, I am writing to report an issue with a recent purchase I made on Poshmark. My name is Richard Merrill, known as Rockenrich77, and I live at [redacted] Bramble Way, Anderson, Indiana, [redacted]. I bought a pair of Nike shoes from a seller with the username swynldyhjnptkvu. The package was assigned Tracking #[redacted][redacted]00. According to USPS, the package was delivered to a different address and put into the mailbox, which seems unlikely. Despite speaking with the individuals at that address and another suggested location by the post office, I was unable to locate my package. Even though I accepted the order to resolve the issue promptly, I am planning to escalate this matter to the Inspector General as my local post office has not been supportive. This delivery was handled by a temporary worker, not our usual mail carrier. I am a devoted Poshmark member and have recently placed another order for Nike shoes. I bought a Versace skirt size 6 on Poshmark for $[redacted].21, but was sent a size 4 instead. The Italian size 40 I received is not what I ordered, and I am being billed for it with no option for a refund. The skirt's tag clearly shows it's a size 40, not a 42 as I ordered. Even after Poshmark reviewed the item due to its high value, they still missed the size discrepancy and sent it to me. The website states I can return items for a full refund if the description is incorrect, which it is in this case. I contacted Poshmark, and they admitted their sizing chart is wrong and are fixing it. I have proof of this. I never agreed to purchase the wrong-sized item that I'm now being charged for, and it feels like my money is being taken unjustly. It's frustrating that this is happening.

The website confirmed free shipping along with a total payment of $9 upon offer acceptance. To my dismay, after my offer was accepted, I was charged $23.68, which included $12.99 for shipping and $1.69 for tax on shipping. This is not what was promised, and I feel deceived. Free shipping was clearly stated, but that did not reflect in the final charge. This discrepancy is unacceptable. I adamantly oppose being tricked into paying more than agreed upon. Instead, the package was mistakenly sent to a nearby address. When contacting the post office, they mentioned it was a 5 oz box without my name or address on it, making it difficult to trace. The seller, diamondsugget, appears to have intentionally sent the package to the wrong address, and it contained the incorrect item - Jordan Retro Flu Game 12 shoes. The package being only 5 oz is inconsistent with the size of the shoes I ordered. I believe the seller misrepresented the product and I am seeking a refund of $[redacted] from Poshmark. It's frustrating that Poshmark is requesting proof of my identity after being a customer for over two years. I provided proof from my Varo Account as I don't have a driver's license or an up-to-date passport. Unfortunately, they have disabled my shopping ability and have not responded to the three emails I sent to customer service. I have three pending purchases, one of which arrived today, and I'm concerned that I won't be able to follow up with them or release the funds to the sellers due to Poshmark's lack of communication and account restriction. I am very upset about this situation and if it's not resolved today (I've been dealing with this for several days, not just the past 24 hours), I will have no choice but to cancel my Poshmark account. 😡😡😡😡😡😡

I am reaching out for the second time with more details. I am disappointed with Poshmark. After being a loyal customer for almost three years, they suddenly requested identity verification. I explained that I lack a driver's license and my phone cannot scan, so I reached out to Poshmark's Customer Service multiple times. I provided my Varo Bank Statement as requested, but they have not responded. As a result, my account was restricted, preventing me from purchasing items or receiving deliveries for three orders. One package even arrived today, but I cannot confirm it on the app, which means the seller may not receive payment until my account is restored. I am frustrated with Poshmark's inadequate Customer Service and have decided to close my account. I feel sorry for the sellers who won't get paid due to this issue. I will also consider reporting this to my bank.

I have encountered multiple issues with my package deliveries. My apartment complex lacks a secure area for deliveries, causing complications with receiving parcels. I attempted to reroute packages to my husband's office; however, some items went missing. As a dedicated shopper on platforms like Poshmark and Mercari, I want to highlight that my building utilizes a delivery service called Fetch, which successfully receives packages from numerous merchants, including Mercari and Amazon. Despite this, Poshmark has been reluctant to deliver to this address. I have provided the necessary evidence to support using my service address for deliveries. If my packages continue to go undelivered, I cannot bear the responsibility for any associated costs, as I have thoroughly communicated and proved the validity of my preferred delivery location.

Hello, I recently purchased a pair of Ray-Ban Wayfarer sunglasses on Poshmark that were listed as new with tags. Upon inspection, I noticed they seemed off and suspected they might be counterfeit. After seeking professional opinions at Sunglass Hut and LensCrafters, both confirmed they were indeed knockoffs due to various inconsistencies. I am requesting a full refund, including sales tax and shipping fees. Whether or not I contacted Poshmark within their 72-hour window is uncertain due to a busy week, but I believe it's essential to address this fraudulent transaction promptly.
