I sold a pair of vintage Chanel shoe covers on Poshmark for $25, which the buyer received and even rated with 5 stars on July 6, [redacted]. However, after waiting for 3 weeks, I received an email on August 3, [redacted], asking me not to ship the item. I immediately contacted Poshmark on August 4, [redacted], informing them of the situation and providing proof of delivery and the positive rating. Poshmark's response mentioned concerns about cancellation patterns, but any cancellations were due to their urgent instructions not to ship items after a purchase. I promptly shipped the item I sold and monitored the tracking until it indicated an insufficient address for delivery. The package was supposed to be returned to me. Despite contacting the buyer twice without a response, I then turned to Poshmark for assistance. They advised me to wait until August 24th for updated tracking information or confirmation of the item's return. However, it’s now well past the 24th, and after sending five messages, I continue to only receive automated responses. Replacing this item would cost $[redacted], and at this point, I feel helpless and frustrated. I rely on platforms like Poshmark to ensure a smooth transaction process and protect both buyers and sellers. However, I accidentally entered the wrong email address: [redacted] My phone number remains the same: [redacted]. I am having trouble finding the second order when I log into Poshmart using [redacted] It seems that the transaction is associated with the [redacted] account, which I can't access. Hello, I would like to request a refund for an item I purchased on Poshmark. - Order Date: 06-Sep-[redacted] - Order #: 5f55353b7457ad7a8b9a1daa - Seller: Olgavlas I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. The item was described as "like new, worn once," but it has a strong and persistent odor, reminiscent of toxic chemicals such as air fresheners, detergent, or pets. Despite washing it multiple times, the smell remains. Furthermore, the item is missing the tag with size and care instructions, as well as the bra pad inserts, which are expected for an item priced at $81.87. I believe I deserve a full refund or at least half of the amount paid. This experience has made me hesitant to shop on Poshmark in the future, especially considering it was my first purchase on the platform. I have tried to air out the item, but the smell persists and is affecting my health. I appreciate your guidance. Thank you.

I have been trying to get assistance from Posh Support regarding my login issue. When I signed up using Facebook, Poshmark automatically used my Facebook email, which is invalid. Poshmark also recognizes it as invalid, causing a problem with my order delivery address. I do not have a driver's license or passport, only an Ontario ID. I need to update my information urgently after three frustrating days of trying to resolve this. I am extremely dissatisfied with the poor customer support experience and would like to file a formal complaint.

I ordered a Rae Dunn hanging glass planter with saucer on 9/6/20 from bella_pupa_71, Order Number 5f54fa7247e0e41a98e80f3f, hoping to have it before leaving for vacation on 9/14/20. Despite informing the Seller about my delayed acceptance due to vacation, the broken planter arrived on 9/14. I promptly reported the issue on 9/19 and discovered the 3-day timeframe policy for refunds. I am a loyal Poshmark customer with minimal returns and seek a refund to my account. I have been falsely accused of selling counterfeit items on Poshmark. Despite having over [redacted] listings, they did not specify which items were in question. I have reached out to them, expressing my frustration as they have restricted my access to my listings, including photos and descriptions. I have requested multiple times to regain access to my account to rectify this situation, but have not received a response. I put so much time and effort into creating those listings with detailed measurements and numerous photos. It is unfair that I am unable to access them now. My Poshmark handle is @treschic212.

I purchased a vintage royal typewriter back in September, but what I received is not what I wanted. I have mentioned in previous emails that I do not use a cell phone. I simply want to return the item to you promptly as I do not wish to keep it. I have already contacted Visa to dispute the charges as my main goal is to send the typewriter back. My account got locked after someone reported that I am selling counterfeit purses, even though I had just one incident over a month ago. I emailed to have the post taken down, provided proof of purchase, and sent photos showing I have the genuine item, but never received a response. Even after emailing multiple times, my account remains inaccessible. This happened several times in one night, and now I cannot access my listings. I tried creating another account, but it was also quickly locked. All my items are authentic, backed up by sale receipts. I am unsure why this is happening as I have not received any communication regarding my locked account. It is disappointing that there seems to be no customer service support for sellers in this situation.

I have some questions about the shipping charges for selling items on the platform. When I offer discounts to buyers, it defaults to $4.99 for reduced shipping. However, for the ceramic items I sell, shipping costs are higher than $5. I am unsure who covers this cost. One buyer has added 31 items to their bundle from me. I plan to offer a bundle discount, but I noticed the program is suggesting $7.11 for shipping. I am unsure if this is per item or for all 31 items since the ceramic pieces are heavy. I have sold multiple items in the past month but cannot locate my earnings. As a new seller, I would appreciate a phone call to clarify these issues. Thank you. -Leah F.

I'm experiencing difficulty as Poshmark has not responded to my numerous emails regarding my recent purchase issue. I bought an item on November 20, but 10 days have passed, and the package hasn't reached me. The tracking status shows the delivery was made, but I haven't received it. I purchased Columbia Omni Heat winter boots that have not arrived. After being advised by several employees to wait, I did so. Following up once more, another employee mentioned their team would respond within 24 hours. It has been over 72 hours now, and I am simply seeking a refund or Poshmark credit. I would like to either receive my money back or find my fiancé an alternative pair of boots as her birthday was affected by this situation.

I purchased a belt bag on Poshmark, assuming it was my size as I had filtered the search for items in my size, however, it doesn't fit. I tried to cancel the order within five minutes but contacting Poshmark is very difficult. I requested to stop the shipment immediately but unfortunately, it was still mailed out. Due to mobility issues, I am unable to go through the process of being a seller right now. I have tried reaching out to customer service but have not received any response. My account has been frozen for about five weeks now because they lacked professional authenticators. They froze my account claiming the item was not authentic even though I provided receipts. Despite providing a receipt, my account is still frozen. I am frustrated that they froze my account without contacting me first. I missed out on Black Friday and Cyber Monday due to this assumption. I recently purchased a Jar of Dr. Brandt's neck sculpting cream and provided my credit card information. However, I received a message stating that the item was sold out. My name is Starrlene Holloway and I recently received two items from an order I placed. One item, a pink pajama long shirt, arrived in perfect condition. The other item, the same style but in purple, was also great. However, I believe I also ordered a black and white short sheer lingerie piece on the same day. I live in a very secluded area against the mountains with my husband, and it's a very private community where everyone knows each other. I've always loved using POSHMARK and have never encountered any issues before. Can you please assist me with this matter?

Upon returning home from errands, I found my package containing P.j's, but the black and white short chemise lingerie I ordered was missing. It is unlikely for anyone passing by to have seen the package at my home. Only FedEx, UPS, and our mail delivery person are aware of our residence's location. I searched thoroughly around the neighborhood but could not locate the missing item. I have exhausted all efforts in trying to resolve this situation.
