I have contacted you about this repeatedly, but I keep receiving the same response that you will get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. I am frustrated with the lack of progress in removing the "sold" sign from the earrings. Although I understand that the $1,[redacted] I received for the 90 pair of earrings was a scam, I have not seen any resolution. This has been an extremely poor customer service experience for me. I have attempted to reach out to Amazon in the past and found them to be more responsive than Poshmark. I am planning to contact the Better Business Bureau about this issue. I still have the earrings and the check. I request that the "sold" status be removed from the earrings, and I be reimbursed for the items I have sold. After this incident, I no longer wish to use Poshmark. It is unacceptable that they have not been able to address this fraudulent situation with a user promptly.

I am experiencing difficulties placing an order. When attempting to pay, I receive an error message regarding my billing address zip code not matching. I also encountered issues using PayPal due to payment processing problems. After confirming with my bank that the issue isn't on my end, I'd like to resolve this promptly to complete my purchase. I recently bought an item from a seller on Poshmark, but I received the wrong parcel. The seller is now asking me to return the item to the right seller, which means I have to make a trip to the post office. Additionally, I haven't even received the correct item yet. As a mother of a special needs child, I'd have to spend $15 on a taxi to go to the post office and send back the wrong item. Since the item is severely delayed, I no longer wish to keep it. Poshmark, unfortunately, has not taken any responsibility for this issue. They even emailed me today saying they are unable to assist. I am disappointed and frustrated with Poshmark's handling of the situation. I may have to reconsider buying from Poshmark in the future.

Hello, I am Odalis Mola. Currently, I have 5 orders totaling $[redacted] of merchandise that have been shipped, yet I am lacking tracking information for them. The status remains “pending shipment scan” and despite my efforts to contact Poshmark several times, I have not received any responses. Customers are inquiring about their orders, leaving me without any explanations. The USPS office is unable to assist as they require the sku numbers from the original shipping labels, which have expired. It is perplexing how these orders, shipped at the same time, could have gone missing. Please assist in resolving this issue. On March 3, [redacted], I received an email from Poshmark notifying me of a changed email address on my account. I confirmed that I did not make this change. Despite requesting to freeze my account by selecting yes on the screen prompt, my account remained active, allowing someone to make additional unauthorized purchases on March 5. These transactions led to overdrawing $[redacted] from my bank via PayPal. I have contacted Poshmark multiple times seeking assistance and urgently need to address why my account has not been frozen to prevent further issues. I am eager to speak with a representative to resolve this matter promptly.

I recently experienced a temporary compromise to my email security. After switching my accounts to a secondary email and securing my original email account, I no longer needed to update the primary email address on any accounts. However, during this transition, I was in the process of changing the email associated with my Poshmark account. Despite attempting to reset my password using my user ID, original email, and secondary email, I have not received any password reset links or responses. It has been almost a year of unsuccessful attempts to regain access to my account, and I am hopeful to resolve this issue and regain access soon.

I recently discovered that a dress from years ago was sold from my active account without my knowledge. Unfortunately, I am unable to access the original account to notify the buyer that the dress should not have been listed for sale. The lack of a provided phone number for direct contact is concerning. I am requesting an immediate refund for the sale of the "Stunning Jessica Mcklintock" dress and the deactivation of my account. Purchase Order #: 5e693550f247f3f760ab96cb There seems to be an issue with my address on your site. After updating it, the old address is still appearing. The correct address should be: [redacted] Stonebrook Lane, Columbia, MD [redacted]. Kindly assist in rectifying this with the seller promptly to avoid any delivery complications. I may have to cancel the payment through my bank if not resolved soon. It's disappointing not being able to contact you or the seller directly. I had a similar problem with Poshmark in the past and had to write about it online. I hope this gets resolved soon. Thank you.

Subject: Issue with Buyer's Hacked Account Hello Poshmark Support, I recently had a buyer, @justyn1980, purchase my Gucci Interlocking Chain Wallet, and shortly after shipping, the buyer claimed their account was hacked. I directed the buyer to contact Poshmark immediately. I am unsure of the next steps to take from here. I recently purchased a THE SAK Leather Boho Messenger Crossbody Purse on Poshmark from seller "mrsoby23". Upon receiving the purse, I discovered a nail polish stain in the front outside pocket. Despite accepting the purse initially, I contacted the seller right away, who advised me to file a claim through Poshmark to resolve the issue. The seller expressed regret for the oversight and suggested I open a case with Poshmark to address the problem. I have attached some pictures of the damaged area and would like Poshmark to cover the return postage for sending the purse back to the seller and provide a full refund. I purchased a purse called the "Alice" on Poshmark for my daughter. It was described as a crossbody bag, but the size was not specified. The picture showed it covering the mannequin's chest, so I assumed it would be a decent size. However, when I received it, the purse was much smaller than expected, more like a coin purse. I am disappointed with the misrepresentation. Poshmark marked it as delivered, but I did not accept it since it was not as described. I have attached pictures to show its actual size. If my return is not processed, I will remove all my listings from Poshmark. I am concerned about the customer service, return policies, and buyer protection on the platform, especially after a situation where a buyer left a negative review weeks after indicating they were satisfied.

I have a serious issue that needs urgent attention. I am reaching out regarding a Balenciaga purse I purchased from a Poshmark seller. The purse was authenticated by your team and supposed to be returned to the seller on March 12. However, she has not received the purse back yet. She recently received an email stating that the bag has been disposed of, which is concerning and unacceptable. This entire situation is extremely frustrating and suspicious. I have been a loyal Poshmark user for years and have never encountered such a problem before. The seller has been trying her best to communicate with your team to retrieve her bag without success. I still want to purchase the bag, and I'm unsure how to proceed. The communication from Rose about payment and destroying the bag contradicts the previous tracking information provided for returning the purse. This experience has tarnished my view of Poshmark, and I am extremely disappointed. I urge someone in a higher position to address and resolve this issue promptly.

Before purchasing the watch, I specifically asked the seller if the battery was functional, and she assured me it was in perfect condition. If I had known the battery didn't work, I wouldn't have paid $[redacted] but opted for a cheaper one. I've been searching for a watch on Poshmark for months, and the battery working is crucial for me. Despite the watch being beautiful and in good condition, the seller's dishonesty about the battery led me to want to return it for a refund. Everything else about the watch is fine, but the misinformation about the battery is a dealbreaker for me. I simply want to return the watch and get my money back, as I'm not interested in replacing the battery as that was not what was agreed upon during the purchase.

I have recently sold three of my gift baskets, and two of the buyers requested the orders to be delivered closer to the dates of Father's Day and Graduations. However, I encountered a problem when trying to mail the items as the addresses provided by one buyer were incorrect and needed to be updated. I have been trying to reach out to Poshmark since Monday through emails, but have only received automated responses. With Father's Day approaching, I am concerned that my customers will not receive their gifts on time due to this issue. Additionally, my orders were canceled by Poshmark even though I had communicated with them about the delayed shipping as per the buyers' requests. One package has been delivered, but the other two are still pending due to the address miscommunication. I am extremely frustrated with the situation and would appreciate a prompt resolution from Poshmark.

I recently placed an order for a bundle of cosmetics, but I faced several issues with the seller. It took them 7 days to ship the order, and upon receiving it, I noticed one item was missing. Although I did not release the funds, the seller admitted the mistake and promised to send the missing item separately. However, when I checked the cosmetics, I found a note from Poshmark stating that the missing item was not sent through the proper procedure. Despite contacting Poshmark about the missing item, they only offered me a $15 credit for a $17 item. Now, I have to return all the items for a refund, and I am worried that the seller might claim they were used, leaving me with no refund. I am willing to pay for the received items, but I should not be charged for the item I never received.

My partner was charged over $[redacted] on her Chase credit card. We contacted the bank after discovering the charge made around 5 a.m., while we were getting ready to take our daughter to her doctor's appointment and pay bills later. The bank has placed her on hold to investigate the claim. Unfortunately, she can't access her Poshmark account due to it being suspended over an unfamiliar purchase message she received. This is troublesome because the money she had deposited the night before to cover our bills is now inaccessible. She is a frequent Poshmark shopper and being scammed like this is disheartening, affecting our finances significantly. Any assistance to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I am struggling to access my Poshmark Closet account as I cannot remember the email address associated with it. Despite contacting Poshmark customer service, I keep getting directed to sign in with my username and password, which I can't do without knowing the email address. I have a significant following on my account, and I don't want to lose it. Customer service has not been helpful, and I wish there was a phone number available for quicker assistance. I have purchased two pairs of shoes and have been charged for both transactions. However, I have not received either pair. I believe the issue lies with Postmark.
