The issue in GetHuman-debjrc's own words
I sold an item on Poshmark. The buyer had an issue with it so she opened a case. After *-** days my account indicated that the item had been delivered which meant the buyer had accepted it. The money was placed into my account on ***** and taken out*cancelled the same day. Posh says it was out in my account *****, but I have my account history. *Anyway, when I noticed the item had cancelled I waited about a week then contacted Posh as to when I could expect my item back. Now they say something happened to it in transit to the buyer so they had to cancel it. This doesn’t make sense because they had already indicated to me through an email which I still have that the buyer had an issue which means it wasn’t on the way to the buyer. *They say they have insurance, but did not give any information about how to place a claim. I sold the bag for $****. Now I don’t have the money and I don’t have the bag to resale.
GetHuman-debjrc did not yet indicate what PoshMark should do to make this right.
