I sold an item on poshmark on ***** and as of ***** my tracking number said it was out for delivery but I have no confirmation as to whether it was delivered or not, I can’t get a clear answer from the post office since I don’t have the buyers address ( the item was a luxury item and it was sent to poshmark for authentication and they shipped it to the buyer) I have not beeen paid by poshmark and I have written multiple times to poshmark and they said it was delivered but my question is why am I not getting paid? Why the tracking number doesn’t indicate if my item was delivered? The buyer needs to have that option on their app to say that she likes my item and it is ok to release the fund! I’m frustrated and extremely angry with their service ! I need an answer now!
