I have had an extremely unsatisfactory experience with poshmark. No one was able to tell me that an item I purchased shipped and I cancelled it. The seller mentioned it must have been getting authenticated and no one answered me to verify. I since cancelled the item but poshmark emailed me * days later telling me it is in fact getting authenticated. I would still like to repurchase the item and have no idea how to go about it. There is no customer service or phone number that can help. I am extremely upset that I can not speak to a live person and that the shipping information was not updated by poshmark. I was extremely offensive to the seller. I have left messages on Facebook, Instagram, voicemails and emails. If someone can get back to me, I would really appreciate it.**Thank you,*Monica
