I lost my phone and then I realized it was stolen because I checked my email from another device and saw That my Venmo account had been charged and it wasn’t by me. As soon as I realized this i messaged your customer service and told them I didn’t make the purchase please do not send me item or charge me. My account will be in negative if you proceed with taking money out of my account and I’m not quite sure if it will even allow you too. I also not only messaged you once but i reached out to you via email a total of three times.’ Then I received an email box I noticed that saying that product is being shipped to my house. Why is this? I didn’t make this purchase I’ve had to erase all content from my accounts and I did cancel in the time frame that’s needed.
