I'm a newbie and need guidance on how to return an item. I recently bought 2 Michael Kors Handbags. One I received through shipping delivery and I intend to keep it. However, the other one arrived via US Mail and I would like to return it. Can someone please provide me with the procedure for returning it? Should I send it back to the sender or contact VISA? I'm having a tough time getting support from Poshmark as a new user. I've listed four items but can't see them in my closet or edit them. The only way I can access them is by searching for the title as if I'm a regular customer. I've sent three emails to Poshmark but haven't received any response. Additionally, when I signed up, I didn't see any information on how people will pay me. I couldn't find answers to this in the FAQ either. Could someone please assist me with these issues? Hello, I'm Karen Anderson. I placed an order for a Nine West handbag on Poshmark with Order # 5d6f8667f247f301c0c5b388 on 9/4/19. The seller, mjnolan308, has marked the item as "sold" but I am unable to get in touch with them. I am concerned because I have had issues with communication in online selling platforms before. Lately, I've experienced technical difficulties with my devices and even had my phone hacked earlier this year. I've noticed some suspicious activity after interacting with Mayra on Poshmark. I am worried that she may not be a legitimate seller or that my devices are compromised. Can you please reach out to Mayra to inquire about the delay in responding to me and shipping my handbag? On September 9, [redacted], I purchased a pair of white Safe T Step tennis shoes in Size 7 from PoshMark for $12. I paid using PayPal with a credit card, totaling $20.06. The delivery was expected within 1 to 3 days. I received an order confirmation from PoshMark on the same day, confirming the order details accurately. The shipping address provided was correct. I am eager to know the status of my order as I need these shoes urgently for a visit to my foot doctor. I opted to shop online due to the recent closure of the Payless Shoe store in Akron, Ohio, where I used to purchase them. Any assistance or information on the delivery would be greatly appreciated. I recently noticed that the lining on the side seams of my dress from Soulmates has become shredded. Sadly, Soulmates informed me that I cannot buy just an under slip, as this issue commonly arises when the seam is altered by someone other than them (which seems to be the case). My only option would be to purchase the silk material at $12 per yard, then have a dressmaker create and attach the new slip, which may cost more than what I originally paid for the dress. Since the overdress is sheer and the slip is attached, it will require significant adjustments. I already have the same dress in navy and adore it, so I was thrilled to find one in a different color on Poshmark for an upcoming event. I'm disappointed by this situation, especially at 72 years old, and I'm unsure how to transfer photos from my phone to email. Is there a reference number or a way to send the pictures directly? I'm also unsure about printing the return label; if that's not an option, what would be the alternative? Thank you. Molly

I posted a Michael Kors backpack for sale on Poshmark three weeks ago. I received a message from someone named Maradona (no last name provided) with the phone number [redacted] expressing interest in buying the bag. Despite only offering to pay by check, I agreed. When the check arrived today via FedEx, it was for $[redacted].00 instead of the $[redacted].00 we agreed upon for the bag. Upon contacting the issuing bank, it appears others have reported similar incidents with this individual on Poshmark. I will be filing a police report with my local department. Just a heads-up that this person seems to be using your platform for fraudulent activities. I have saved copies of our email correspondence. - Patti M.

My daughter, Olivia T., purchased a dress that arrived on September 3rd. Since she is 15 and cannot drive, I need to mail the dress back for a return. Unfortunately, it was too small, and I was unaware of the 14-day return policy, assuming it was 30 days. The weekend after her purchase, her 12-year-old sister had a severe allergic reaction, resulting in us spending the week in the ER and doctor's offices. When I asked Olivia about the return paperwork, she informed me it was too late. Despite requesting an exception via email, it was denied. I believe there should be considerations for extenuating circumstances. As a business owner, I understand the importance of customer satisfaction. On Thursday, September 26th, [redacted], I tried to buy from the seller @endifee. They asked for my government ID again, which I've already given twice. After submitting the requested proof for account verification, it's now Monday, September 30th, and I'm still waiting for my account to be verified. 1. Why do I have to do this repeatedly? 2. Why is this process taking so long? 3. Why haven't I received any response yet despite providing this information three times? 4. If the information isn't enough, please tell me what else is needed for current and future purchases. 5. I've sent four emails but only received automated responses.

I appreciate your reaching out. I recently purchased a pen on Poshmark from user alexgroup which was advertised as a genuine Mont Blanc pen. However, upon using it, I discovered it was not functioning correctly. I had it evaluated by a Mont Blanc Jeweler Rep, and unfortunately, they confirmed that the pen is a counterfeit and not authentic. I am disappointed to have lost over $[redacted] plus $12.14 on shipping due to this fraudulent sale. I am eager to assist Mont Blanc in identifying the seller to prevent further deception and theft. I have listed some men's shoes for sale. Shortly after, I received a message from @anthony393838 expressing interest in the shoes for his son's upcoming birthday. He requested to text a specific number for assurance on the shoes' condition. I replied by offering to provide more pictures of the shoes to demonstrate their quality. However, his original comment has now disappeared, and upon checking, he appears to be a Poshmark user without any listings. I am unsure if he is genuine as I have not received any further communication via Poshmark from him. I prefer to conduct any transactions exclusively through Poshmark to ensure security.

I have been trying to contact you regarding an order I received where @Christina Harbor substituted 7 items totaling $[redacted]. I did not request these items, do not want them, and have been unable to reach Christina who has blocked me. It's been difficult getting a response from your team, and I am concerned about the funds being deducted from my account. I have seen others receiving assistance, so I'm puzzled why my inquiries are being ignored. Please let me know why my messages are not being addressed. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I recently made a purchase on Poshmark, ordering 2 pairs of boots. However, upon receiving them, I realized one pair was sent with 2 right boots and without a box as mentioned during the purchase. The items were packed in a grocery plastic bag along with the other pair in its original box, causing the shipping box to break open as it wasn't taped properly. After requesting a refund for the incorrectly sent pair, it was approved, although the seller responded unkindly. I returned the incorrect pair as requested but was shocked to find the seller accusing me of theft on my profile and harassing me over a pair of $20 boots. This false accusation has left me feeling distressed, and despite reaching out to Poshmark for assistance, I have not received a response yet. As a new user, I followed the correct procedures, and the situation has escalated unnecessarily.

I purchased two purses from a Poshmark seller, but upon receiving them while in the hospital and opening the packages, I was shocked by their awful condition - they look like they came from a dumpster! One was supposed to be a Gucci and the other a Prada, but they are clearly not as advertised in the photos. I have been emailing Poshmark with pictures of the purses but have not received a response. I demand a refund of $[redacted] to my bank/debit card immediately. The items listed on Poshmark are not as described and are falsely advertised. The seller is "closetsnyc." I downloaded the shipping label, but I can't find it. I'm having trouble signing in even though my password is already linked to my account. This is frustrating! I am Uzel8 George, and I sent a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses to a seller via USPS Priority Mail. The tracking shows the seller received the item on 10/06/[redacted]. As per the approved refund policy once the seller receives the item, I kindly request my $90 refund. I urge Poshmark to initiate the refund promptly. Failure to do so may lead me to seek legal action and sue for the stress caused by this return process. Thank you, George H.

I have been experiencing issues with my account for 6 days now, unable to share due to the Captcha not displaying. Despite sending numerous screenshots of the problem, I have not received a solution. With two large stores on the site, I can only share via phone and am unable to add to Pinterest. This is the second time I have been blocked, and I have requested information on the daily share limit without a response. The inability to share is causing me to lose money. Poshmark mentioned a safeguard due to the high volume of shares, but I need clarity on the allowed number of shares per day. As I transition back to one large store from two, the issue persists even after being unblocked last time. The problem started when I began sharing late at night during my graveyard shift. I am now in my second week facing this challenge.

As a Poshmark seller, I faced a hacking issue with my debit card about a month ago, resulting in unauthorized purchases on Poshmark and other charges. Even after my credit card company replaced my card, the new one was compromised. Since then, I have been struggling to conduct business on my account. Despite changing my password multiple times, I encounter login issues. After signing out, I am unable to log back in, receiving an error message stating incorrect email or password. I have reset my password thrice already. Urgently seeking assistance to regain access to my closet.

This is my second email about the issue. I purchased Illesteva sunglasses, but the item I received is different from the photo. I lost a pair identical to the one pictured and want to replace it.
