I recently received my order from user Plushmark919 for the “Tom Brady XXL Jersey Nike Salute to the Troops NWT.” After inspecting the jersey, I believe it is fake as there are no tags attached as claimed. The Nike logos on the arm are the wrong color and the logo above the American flag is backwards, which seems incorrect. Additionally, the NFL logo on the patch at the bottom of the jersey is washed out and stitched over. The backing on the numbers is still attached, and the tag on the neckline is off-center. The collar logo is supposed to be a shiny NFL logo, but it appears flimsy and fake. Besides these issues indicating it's a fake, there is a noticeable stain on the front of the jersey, and the size does not seem accurate as it's very tight. I am seeking a refund for this item and would appreciate instructions on how to return it. Thank you.

I noticed an unauthorized order (#5d3442abdce032fcb782c645) on my Poshmark account, debiting $[redacted].79 from my balance. Even though I contacted Poshmark support immediately asking them to cancel the order before shipping, they were not able to stop it in time. The item was delivered to me yesterday. I have been a regular user of the platform for over a year without any issues like this before. I want to return the package to the sender, who is aware of the situation. I am unsure whether to use the original address label or wait for Poshmark to provide a new one. Poshmark's response has been unsatisfactory, offering only free shipping credit for a future purchase.

I'm looking for assistance regarding my recent order on Poshmark. Today, a package was marked as delivered, but I did not receive the bracelet. Furthermore, the box I did receive was open. I find it disappointing that shipping costs are high, yet only USPS is used which I find unreliable. I received multiple packages, including one from Etsy, and one Poshmark box was open, containing the ring I ordered. It's unclear if there were other items missing from the box. Despite paying separate shipping fees for each item, it's odd that a small ring was in a large box unless there were additional items. Ideally, each item should have been shipped separately as I paid for individual shipping. Please assist me in resolving this issue as I did not receive the bracelet as expected.

I posted my Louis Vuitton purse for sale on August 9th for $2,[redacted]. After negotiating with "midwest life," we agreed on $1,[redacted]. I shipped the item to you on August 10th, and the inspection was done on August 14th. It passed and was forwarded to "midwest life" who now wants to renegotiate for $[redacted], which is unacceptable. I demand my purse back as agreed upon for $1,[redacted]. I have not received any responses to my emails, and it is frustrating to have my item held without proper communication. The Louis Vuitton purse is in the same condition as shown in the photos. Kindly arrange for its return promptly.

Hello, I have encountered two issues with recent purchases that I would like assistance with. Firstly, I received an email from Poshmark stating that the shoes I ordered from seller shoeboxbargains have been resold after I had already confirmed and paid for them on my credit card. I need to be reimbursed $45.35 for this transaction. The order number is 5d58555eacf61f591bf14813. Secondly, I have been charged twice for a pair of Naots Harore Women's Oxford Shoes in size 9.5 Black. I see two charges on my account for $38.06, one on August 18th and the other on August 21st. I believe I have not made any other purchases after this pair, so I am requesting a credit for $38.06. I kindly ask to be credited for a total of $83.41. Thank you for your assistance. I am disappointed with my recent purchase on Poshmark. The seller was dishonest, and I did not receive all the items I bought. The missing items include a "Happy Birthday Girl" pin, 2 Jojo bracelets, earrings, and a non-working watch, which wasn't disclosed. I am a senior citizen, a disabled nurse, and I felt mistreated with the seller's excuses and accusations. All I seek is a refund for the unreceived items that the seller admitted to selling elsewhere. I insist that this situation is not my fault, and I just want to move on from Poshmark after this incident. I only received 4 out of the 8 items I purchased. I intend to report this seller for their behavior and explore legal actions under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Thank you and have a great week.

I received an order for NYDJ "linen" trousers (order# 5d5ca1865da23dab3647d72b) on 8/24/19. Upon opening the package on 8/26/19, I discovered the trousers were a linen/lyocell/spandex blend, not [redacted]% linen as advertised. NYDJ actually labels them as just "Trouser" not "Linen Trouser," which caused confusion as I previously bought true linen trousers from them. When trying to return the trousers on the Poshmark website, I encountered issues due to their return policy requiring photos. Despite my intent to return them shown by starting the process on 8/26, my insufficient home lighting delayed the photo submission past the 3-day return window. I find Poshmark's rigid policy unfair, especially when my intent is evident from their own site's data. Their lack of customer service only adds to the frustration of being stuck with misrepresented clothing. Trust in accurate descriptions and flexible returns are crucial for Poshmark's success, but my experience has left me feeling misled and unable to return an unwearable item.

I received an order listed as brand new but it arrived dirty. The item was delivered on the 23rd, giving me a 3-day window to report any issues. On the 26th, I tried to open a return case, but the system wouldn't allow it. I reached out to Poshmark customer support immediately, but only heard back after 3 days, despite their policy of responding within 24 hours. The representative, Jennifer, claims I missed the return window, even though my email was sent within the 3-day timeframe. I explained my attempts to open a case, but to no avail. I also requested to speak to a supervisor three times, but haven't received any assistance. I am seeking a full refund and wish to return the item.

Poshmark denied my return unjustly. The reasons provided were baseless: 1) Their claim that the item matched the listing is false. The stock image showed rings that fit the model perfectly, while they fell off of me. 2) Despite multiple buyers trying to get measurements, the seller evaded the question, insisting it was "one size fits all." When I asked, she refused to give measurements. This denial is unfair, and I am justified in appealing. The seller's refusal to accept the return contradicts their policy. I purchased a pair of "God American" jeans from Poshmark. The item was described as having a 36-inch waist and 30-inch inseam but it turned out to be 37 inches in the waist and 32 inches in the inseam when I measured it. This discrepancy is grounds for a return and refund according to Poshmark's policy. I have been in communication via email with Poshmark for almost two weeks now, but the issue remains unresolved. If this matter is not rectified in my favor, I plan to turn to eBay due to their reliable return policy in the future and avoid making any further purchases on Poshmark.

I recently purchased a Sterling Silver Celtic Knotwork Pendant W/Chain from Seller jypsyzjewelz (Kristy). Unfortunately, the seller sent me the wrong pendant. I am currently in contact with Poshmark and the seller to resolve this issue. The order number is 5d5ffee5c4858ad5897cf9de and the order was placed on the 23rd of August, [redacted]. I did not accept the order due to receiving the incorrect item. The agreed price for the correct pendant was $30. I have been a loyal customer since [redacted] and have always paid for my purchases in full. I enjoy shopping on Poshmark and would appreciate a prompt resolution from both the seller and Poshmark regarding this mistake. I have also submitted photos to customer support for reference. I bought a fur jacket on Posmark, but it arrived with a big rip. Posmark approved my return case, and I sent the item back. The tracking number shows it reached the destination but hasn't been scanned for delivery. The seller confirmed receiving it. However, my refund is pending due to the tracking status. I've contacted Posmark multiple times but still no resolution after weeks. This delay seems unfair and unprofessional. Thank you.

I recently received a notification from Wells Fargo about a $[redacted].00 debit attempt from Poshmark. Wells Fargo blocked the transaction, which I appreciate. I would like to know why this charge was attempted and if there are any additional transactions pending. It is concerning that a company as prominent as Poshmark only offers email contact and not phone support. I am requesting a Supervisor to contact me promptly to resolve this issue. Meanwhile, I will review all charges from Poshmark to verify no unauthorized transactions have occurred. Despite being a loyal customer, I find this situation unsettling. I am considering selling items on PoshMark and have a query about USPS Priority Mail Medium Flat Rate Box pricing. The USPS price for this box is $12.80, but PoshMark states that shipping costs $6.79 for items weighing 5 lbs. or less. I wonder if PoshMark has a discounted rate for these boxes. Hello, I purchased a J.Crew shirt from Postmark. Before buying the shirt, I asked the seller multiple questions, such as whether it had shrunk after washing since it's [redacted]% cotton. They assured me it hadn't. I already own the same shirt bought from J.Crew in a size 2 and wanted to replace it. However, the size 4 shirt I bought from the seller has noticeably shrunk; it's even smaller than the size 3 I own. Prior to buying it, I inquired with the seller about the washing instructions and how much it might shrink since it's [redacted]% cotton. I had already owned the same shirt in size 2 from the store. Upon receiving the shirt, I noticed the dramatic shrinkage immediately after opening the package. I feel deceived as I spent $36 on it, which is quite a lot for me.
