I bought a 2X Miss Elaine quilted robe for my 85-year-old mother for Christmas. Upon opening it, I discovered that it was not quilted as described. The robe was too heavy for my mother, who is disabled. I contacted support immediately via email with all the necessary information and pictures. I received a few emails from Postmark acknowledging my emails and mentioning a delay due to a system change. One email asked me to release funds to the seller, which was not related to my case. I shop online regularly due to my disability, and this is the only company where I have faced such a unresolved issue. - Karen

I noticed that several items are missing from my order even though I paid for them. The Fanta Orange, two onion rings, no ice in my Coke, missing fries in two combos, and the sauces I requested were not included. This was my first time using your delivery service, and I'm very disappointed with the experience. I'm unsure if you will rectify this or if I'm just paying for items I didn't receive. The meals were incomplete, and I was also confused by the discrepancy between the food bill of $38.51 and the total amount of $60.47 you are mentioning. There is no breakdown of the charges for delivery, so I'm uncertain why there is a difference. It would be helpful to have a contact phone number for support.

I have been communicating via text with someone I assume is the seller or a representative regarding a product I received that I am unsatisfied with. I want to clarify that I did not mean to imply I would damage the purse. I have my hands full with my rowdy boys, so texting is how I communicate. I would like to talk to someone in person to explain that the item I received does not match the picture. I have not used it and it's back in the box. I will keep it there until this is resolved. I mentioned sending it back, but I won't keep it in its current condition. I prefer speaking in person but texting is more convenient with my kids causing a commotion in the background.

I have reached out to Poshmark several times regarding trading the boots I bought for my granddaughter. The boots were too big, and I wanted to exchange size 9 for size 8. Despite sending my initial email on 12/26/18, I have only received automated responses promising a reply within 48 hours. It's been 15 days now, and I haven't heard back. I plan to report this to the Better Business Bureau and share my experience on social media. I am frustrated as I spent $[redacted] on these boots, and now my granddaughter has no Christmas gifts from me. I have proof from the seller that size 8 boots were available for the trade. I would like to return the boots and get a refund.

I was searching for a Women’s Size 8 snow boot and came across some used Totes snow boots in an email advertisement. The boots were described as in good shape with only a few paint marks. I tried to purchase them but encountered payment issues, including the price changing. After a confusing delivery, I received the boots unexpectedly from Colleen Walsh in Groveland, MA, even though I didn't order them. Now I'm concerned about my personal information being compromised. Upon investigating, I found the boots had been marked as sold, and there was no accompanying message with the delivery, only some paper to protect the boots during shipping. I'm uncertain about the situation and unsure how to proceed. I'm willing to return the boots, as I didn't intend to purchase them without completing a payment transaction. I made a purchase on Poshmark from a seller and asked them to cancel the order if they couldn't ship it by a specific date because I was going out of town. The seller never responded, so I messaged them multiple times with no reply. I had to buy the item from a different seller who did respond. I cancelled my order before it was shipped, but Poshmark told the seller to ship it anyway. Now that I received the item from another seller, I need to return the original one and get a refund. I purchased a pair of boots on Poshmark that were described as "gently used" with no mention of flaws. Upon receiving them, I found significant wear and tear, including stains and worn-off suede on the heel and toe. This damage was not disclosed in the listing. I filed a return request citing Poshmark's policy requiring sellers to disclose all flaws, but my request was denied with a response claiming the item was as described. This experience has left me frustrated with Poshmark's lack of adherence to their Buyer Guarantee, making me hesitant to make future purchases through the platform.

I made a sale for $[redacted].00, and the buyer claimed everything in the package was damaged. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue, the buyer sent back only unwanted items, keeping the valuable makeup palettes and sealed makeup brushes. I have reached out numerous times for help, but received no response. Now, I am forced to pursue legal action against Poshmark for their lack of assistance. I have closed my closet and will proceed with legal action to recover the full amount lost. As an Ambassador for Poshmark, I am disappointed in their handling of the situation. I will continue my efforts to seek justice and reimbursement. Thank you.

I have been trying to contact you for over two days but have yet to receive a response. I have made multiple calls and sent over 20 emails regarding my account being compromised. Someone has stolen my money and changed my email address. I urgently need assistance to regain access to my account and restore my bank account details to the correct ones. I believe my Poshmark account has been hacked. Someone has gained access to my account, changed the address, username, password, and pictures, and is withdrawing funds to their own account. I've been trying to contact Poshmark for the past two days. I've sent over 40 emails and have not received a response. I also found a telephone number and left five messages but have not heard back. Hopefully, someone from Poshmark can manually help me regain access to my account. The site does not allow me to change my email address without sending a verification code, which the hacker has access to. This situation has turned into a nightmare, and I hope it can be resolved soon.

I have recently discovered unauthorized transactions on my Direct Express debit card, including a $[redacted].64 charge for a baby coat from a website called Poshmark. I do not have any knowledge of this purchase and have never even heard of Poshmark before. As a disabled, unemployed individual living on a fixed disability income, I am extremely concerned about this fraudulent activity. Hello, My name is Demitri Bowen, and my daughter Whitney Bowen ([redacted]) placed a bid on a dress on March 31. After finding the same dress at a lower price elsewhere, we attempted to cancel the bid on Poshmark. Despite receiving confirmation that the bid was cancelled and seeing no active offers on our account, the dress was still delivered and charged to us. We ended up with two dresses due to this system error. We are aware that bids are typically binding contracts, but we would like a refund for the dress we did not intend to purchase. Hello, I recently received my bank statement and noticed that two separate shorts orders I canceled in March have not been refunded back to my account. The first pair was from a seller who stopped responding, and the second was from another seller who also did not ship the item. Despite the standard 10 to 15 business days for refunds, it has now been well over a month since I canceled both orders on March 10th. I am concerned as I have recently had to cancel another order due to non-shipment and want to ensure I receive my refunds promptly.

I recently received an order from Poshmark that did not meet the minimum standard of cleanliness. I was in the hospital and just got out yesterday. I was disappointed to find out that I did not receive a discount on my first order and was refused a $5 discount on the current order due to the strong odor and poor condition of the clothing. Given my recent hospital stay and health issues, I find this unacceptable. I am extremely upset and will be reaching out to the BBB and other platforms to share my experience. Thank you, Marna R. Recently, three of my packages were misdirected by the Poshmark app, which mistakenly changed my new address to an old, unused one. Due to this glitch in the system, the packages were sent to the wrong location, resulting in them being lost. I was unable to contact the current tenants/landlord of the old address, so the packages could not be recovered. I reported these incidents as stolen packages as there was no other suitable option for reimbursement. However, I received an email stating that I am no longer eligible for coverage since the packages were labeled as lost. I am requesting a full reinstatement of my coverage to ensure I am protected in case of future issues with deliveries or theft. I am a frequent Poshmark user and would reconsider using the platform if my protection cannot be guaranteed.

I am seeking the $[redacted].40 I earned on Poshmark. Despite selling to 6 satisfied customers with 5-star ratings, Poshmark will not release my earnings. I have been trying to contact them for 6 weeks, only receiving generic email responses. Poshmark lacks a phone number and customer service, which is concerning. I believe they are fraudulent, especially as the owner has faced mail fraud charges. I have reported them to the BBB and will consider legal action. My email is already on file with Poshmark.

I have been attempting to purchase a bundle that was customized for me a few days ago. However, every time I try to buy it, I receive an error message saying something went wrong.
