I have sent at least ten emails to Poshmark asking for help trading two pairs of boots I purchased for my Granddaughter for Christmas. The boots are too large and I asked to trade size nines for size eights. My first email was on ******** and after multiple emails, all I’ve received are canned emails saying they will respond within ** hours. It has now been ** days and no response. I currently am in the process of filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and I also will be posting a complaint on Facebook and multiple other websites. Zero customer service from this company and no phone number available anywhere. I am out $***.** and y Granddaughter has no Christmas gifts from me. I am very upset about this and I have an email from the seller showing she had size eights available to make the trade. I want to send the boots back and get my money back.
