I sold a bag,*Customer has an issue after wearing the bag and breaking the strap. This was never about authenticity as I never at any point on the listing or over emails made any claims about this is bag being authentic. Furthermore, I clearly marked it as unauthentic when I listed it. This claim is nothing more than malicious slander and should be treated as such. Feel free to look at my track record and feedback on poshmark. I am highly disappointed at the way I am being treated and would like to speak to someone over the phone. If the customer wants her money back she can send the bag back. This was also offered to customer over email but she never replied or sent it back. *I am * months pregnant, I do t need to deal with crazy costume, I have a great poshmark record, I am * star seller, I am very disappointed how poshmark resolved the problem.
