I have been writing every day since October 23rd without any progress. "Gerry520" bought a pair of beautiful boots from me, in perfect condition. First, she claimed she couldn't find the package, and then days later said the boots were damaged. Despite me being a Poshmark Ambassador, they favored her. It's now November 9th, and she still hasn't returned the boots, despite having over a week to do so. Poshmark mentioned that if she didn't send them back promptly, which clearly she hasn't, they would release my funds. However, they have not done so. I am 65 years old, working hard to supplement my pension, and I am disappointed in Poshmark's lack of action. I will continue to reach out until this is resolved. Linbrit007

I purchased a jacket on 11-1 and received it on 11-5. Unfortunately, the zipper fell off when I tried to wear it to work. A seamstress confirmed that I need a whole new zipper due to missing links. I contacted Poshmark, provided photos, and requested to exchange it with another jacket from the same seller that has a hood. I'm currently waiting for them to send me a return label for the faulty jacket and also seeking a refund for the shipping. Another seller is kindly holding a jacket for me until I receive my refund. I encountered an issue with a jacket I purchased - the zipper fell off because it is missing teeth. I took it to a seamstress who confirmed it needs a new zipper. I have contacted the seller with pictures and they are processing a refund. To expedite the process, another seller is holding a jacket with a hood for me until I receive the refund. I have already sent two emails without any response. Postmark cancelled my order even though I had just dropped it off at the mail 4 hours prior. My funds were deducted, and the person who cancelled my order now has the jacket I held for her for two weeks. She scammed me, deleted her account, and Postmark has not responded to my inquiries. It is frustrating as she had specific shipping instructions, causing me to buy extra boxes to safeguard the jacket, incurring additional costs. I find it outrageous that Postmark is unresponsive, hindering business growth, while allowing scams to happen without addressing the situation.

I have been attempting to contact Poshmark multiple times without success to request a refund. The jacket I purchased had a faulty zipper, and upon inspection by a seamstress, it was confirmed that the zipper needed replacement due to missing teeth. The seller offered to send a replacement jacket, which I need for work, and assured them I would return the original once I received the shipping label. Unfortunately, Poshmark has not responded to facilitate the return process, delaying my refund. This has been a frustrating experience as I've never encountered such an issue with online purchases before. Contrary to this, my previous return on eBay was promptly handled with a label issued within an hour and a refund processed in just 2 days.

I made an offer on an item I was interested in, but the seller declined it. After a few back-and-forth counter offers, the seller eventually removed the item without selling it to anyone else. I tried to communicate with her, but she has blocked me. It's disappointing as I believed sellers on Poshmark were honest and professional. I have concerns about the legitimacy of "Company X" as it lacks a functional phone line with a full voicemail. Despite attempting multiple online contact methods, including sending nine emails to report seller issues, I received no response from Poshmark. I intend to escalate this situation to the Better Business Bureau and warn others about their poor customer service. This experience reaffirms the saying, "One unhappy customer tells seven people who tell seven more," and I aim to prevent others from engaging with Poshmark to maintain the quality of my influence.

I purchased a jacket from the seller "blacklabmom44" on Poshmark, but unfortunately, the sizing was greatly misrepresented. I reached out to both the seller and Poshmark through messages and emails. Poshmark replied with a generic response advising me to resell the jacket because a mere fit issue doesn't warrant a refund. The jacket's sizing doesn't align with a men's medium as described; according to the manufacturer's website, it's more like a men's small in UK numbering. It appears the seller lacks the knowledge to convert numbered sizes to American sizes or may be intentionally misleading buyers. This situation exposes a flaw in Poshmark's buyer support, contradicting the supposed refund policy on their site.

I am facing an issue with a customer who bought a bag from me. The bag's strap broke after wearing it, but it's important to note that I never claimed the bag as authentic in the listing or through emails. I clearly stated that it was unauthentic. This situation feels like an unfounded attack and should be addressed as such. You can review my history and feedback on Poshmark to verify my credibility. I recently had to reset my Poshmark password as a Buyer on the platform. However, after resetting it, my account history did not load completely. I can only see purchases made after changing my password, skipping over recent purchases and showing only one old purchase from over a year ago. This issue prevents me from tracking my orders, leaving feedback, or releasing funds to sellers. Despite reaching out multiple times and providing answers to repetitive questions, the support team has not provided a satisfactory explanation or solution. I am concerned about automated order cancellations, especially for purchases made before the Thanksgiving holiday when shipping delays were common. Without access to my full purchase history, I worry about not being able to repurchase items from sellers if orders are canceled. This lack of transparency and support is frustrating and highlights areas where Poshmark's system could be improved for a more reliable and user-friendly experience. I hope that these issues are addressed to enhance the overall quality of the platform.

I'm Peggy Mathis. I recently ordered tennis shoes for my husband, but they arrived a half size smaller than expected. Despite a note indicating they run big, these shoes did not fit and had a girl's style with glitter. I reached out previously but didn't receive a response. I don't have my order information but purchased them around early September. I returned the shoes for a refund as they were paid for with my Discover card, but my card number has since changed. My account has been suspended for listing counterfeits! I have been a trusted online seller for over 8 years, dedicating myself full time to this business. While I sell on multiple platforms, Poshmark is my favorite. I work with high-end brands daily and have [redacted] listings in my Poshmark closet alone, with even more on other platforms. All my items are [redacted]% authentic. I have received [redacted] positive feedback and many compliments from satisfied customers regularly. I take pride in never dealing with counterfeits and detest fake products. I suspect someone may be unfairly targeting my shop due to competition, which is disheartening considering the effort I've put into building my store to delight my customers. The email I initially used ([redacted]) is no longer available, and I need to switch it to [redacted] Additionally, I have been trying to request a check for my balance, but I keep receiving prompts to opt for direct deposit. Despite closing the message, I am led back to the check request field, and the cycle continues. When attempting to select direct deposit, I am prompted to enter a verification code sent to my old email address. Even after trying to update my email in my profile, I am encountering obstacles. I received a North Face vest from Poshmark, which was supposed to be new but arrived with visible damage like pen marks, oil stains, and discoloration. I have contacted Poshmark multiple times without a response within 24 hours. The seller is aware of the issues and offered a return, but my payment was already processed due to my accidental acceptance of the order. I intended to report the problems, not accept the item. I recently sold a Louis Vuitton crossbody bag priced at $[redacted].00 on November 24 for $[redacted].00. I shipped it out on the 25th, and Poshmark requested the original receipt for the bag during their authenticity process upon its arrival. Despite being informed by other Poshmark sellers that this isn't standard procedure, my bag was still held up. Eventually, my bag passed the authenticity testing and has been at the post office awaiting pick-up by the buyer since December 3. When I reached out to Poshmark regarding the buyer not picking up the bag from USPS, their response was to wait until December 13, which I found unacceptable. Despite sending 11 emails, they have completely ignored all my attempts to contact them.

Although I received a notification that it was delivered, it was sent to Colorado instead of my address in Washington state. I have not received my items as a result. There seems to have been a shipping mistake made by the buyer's daughter who handled the shipping process. My account was suspended due to late shipments, even though I dropped off the packages on time at the post office. Despite reaching out to the buyers and notifying Poshmark that the packages were shipped but not tracking, my account got suspended. Two orders were canceled the next day by the buyers, and a third one later after the suspension. The packages eventually started tracking and likely reached the buyers, but my account remains permanently suspended. This situation is particularly challenging because I rely on Poshmark income to support my family as a single mother of three. I experienced several setbacks in the past year, including my husband's infidelity and financial struggles. I genuinely need my Poshmark account reactivated to cover essential expenses and my daughter's tuition. I am asking for a second chance, as this issue was due to my local post office's delays, not my own negligence. Your reconsideration means everything to me during this difficult time.

I bought a hoverboard from a seller who claimed it was in perfect condition. When I received it, the box was damaged and poorly reassembled around the hoverboard. I realized that one of the back covers was missing all its screws. I contacted the seller about the missing screws, but with no further issues apparent, I accepted the order. I searched the box for screws or a spare bag but only found the charger, which had exposed wires upon inspection. The cover was loose, so I tested the hoverboard manually. I discovered that the reverse function on one side wasn't working, and one tire wasn't rotating correctly. I updated my feedback on the seller's page and messaged them about the issues. I have contacted Poshmark multiple times over the last three days but have yet to receive a response. The seller insists the damage occurred during shipping, which I find hard to believe.
