Just received my order pair of birkenstock boots *******. They DO NOT FIT &WANT TO RETURN!! ALREADY TRIED A COUPLE EMAILS. HOW DO I RETURN& GET MY MONIES BACK??!! THIS WHOLE ORDERING WITH POSHMARK HAS BEEN NOT GOOD EXPERIENCE..SO UNCERTAINTY. I SHOULD OF WENT WITH MY INSTINCTS AND NOT ORDERED. UNFORTUNATELY I AM HERE..FRUSTRATED AND NEED HELP ON HOW TO PROCESS RETURN. PLEASE HELP ME COMPLETE A RETURN&OBTAIN A REFUND ON BOOTS THAT DO NOT FIT ME.
