I bought a pearl necklace on Poshmark that arrived mangled and, according to the jeweler I took it to, unfixable. I was told it was in perfect condition when u bought it. I brought the problem to the seller, who tried to blame it on me, when she had clearly done things like glue broken pearls back together. I did everything poshmark support told me to do to get the problem resolved including many emails and pictures well within ** hours of receiving the package and poshmark not only ignored the issue, they registered the package as completely fine, wiped the inquiry, and have not responded to any of my emails. I am extremely frustrated and will continue to look for recourse as this is completely unfair. I want a refund.
