Help with my PoshMark issue

I have e-mailed Poshmark customers services for shipping label to ship item purchased fromme on their site so I can get in mail WITHOUT Having to pay postage myself! Person buying has already paid Poshmark and Poshmark has reported to me she received item and accepted it but she couldn’t because it is in my car ready to be mailed! I have looked in my unread e-mails, no label there, even though Poshmark e-mailed me they have sent at least two shipping labels!! PLEASE HELP!!
GetHuman1046956 did not yet indicate what PoshMark should do to make this right.
