I sent a priority package to a customer on July ** and it still has not arrived. Now it’s showing in transit all this time and it’s in Miami when it should be in North Carolina. The tracking number is **********************. I have contacted USPS but cannot get a hold of anyone to assist me to let them know that the package is in the wrong location. I am on able to get a hold of anyone to help direct the package to the correct destination. Meanwhile the customer has already paid posh Mark and the priority mail fee and has yet to receive the package. Is there anyway that poshmark can help get a hold of USPS to resolve this issue & refund the shipping cost?
