months ago I sold a jacket on the app and I requested a check in the mail instead of direct deposit. I receive the check and then deposited it into my bank and just now, months later. The bank sent me a letter saying that the check did not go through. They told me that it was a bad check and then on top of that charge me a fee for the check bouncing. I am not happy at all about this. I need someone to contact me immediately because I need to get the $** that I sold the item for , and I would like to get reimbursed for the $** fee they charge me for the check being bad. Writing me a bad check is illegal and I have a lawyer if necessary.
I trust that PoshMark will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
