Hello, I have been selling items on Poshmark. Despite reaching out multiple times due to being new to the platform, I have not received any responses to my emails. There have been instances where items were delivered to the buyer but were then marked as "lost in transit." This resulted in me losing both the item and money. I have also encountered delays in tracking updates after shipping items, even witnessing them being scanned at the post office. Additionally, an item I purchased on May 4th has not shown any tracking progress. I believe there are issues with the shipping labels provided by Poshmark, leading to delays and confusion. While I appreciate the concept of Poshmark, I am starting to feel disheartened by these recurring problems. I believe the platform needs to improve its communication and shipping processes to enhance the overall user experience. Thank you.

I have made multiple attempts to purchase a Hermes silver ring from ajare_1, a vendor on your platform, but each time my offer is accepted and then promptly canceled. This has happened several times, with the seller either relisting the item or claiming it can only be purchased as part of a bundle. The seller has also blocked us from their closet. I believe their behavior is deceptive and reflects poorly on your site. Despite these issues, I am still interested in buying the ring for $[redacted], the original agreed-upon price. Thank you.

I recently sold some items on Poshmark, offering a generous discount to a buyer who later claimed the items were not as described even though they were. Despite numerous emails to Poshmark, they sided with the buyer. The buyer eventually returned a package a week later, but instead of my high-end designer items, I received a cheap necklace clearly not from my closet. I've been attempting to contact Poshmark all day with no luck, as there is no phone support and my emails and in-app messages have gone unanswered. This situation is extremely frustrating and suspicious. I feel let down and overlooked by Poshmark's lack of response and protection.

I am experiencing difficulty logging in. I purchased an Aigner dome-style leather handbag with order ID 5boffe9c2d8a360bb8dc96dd, but upon receiving it, I was disappointed as the bag appears to be poorly made and does not hold its shape. Despite being labeled as leather, the quality does not seem to match. I paid $39.00 plus shipping for this order. I am attempting to cancel the order, but I am unable to log in successfully. I did not create a username during the purchase, simply clicked on the handbag image and proceeded with my email address. Poshmark has tried to assist me over the last 10 days, but with no success in logging in. Today is June 12, [redacted], and it has been 10 days since the issue began. The seller is inquiring about their payment, and I am unable to contact them due to my inability to log in. It is frustrating that there is no customer service phone number provided by Poshmark. I am considering avoiding future purchases from Poshmark and will be cautious when using similar platforms in the future.

I am experiencing difficulty changing my email address associated with my account name (carlyel1) from [redacted] to [redacted] This change was successfully done on another account linked to my Facebook under the name @carlyelottman. Despite my efforts in updating it multiple times, I am still unable to make the change. This has been an extremely frustrating experience for me, and I am very disappointed with the level of customer service provided. I am beginning to lose faith in this platform as a result of this ongoing issue.

Fashionwoman15 canceled my order after I inquired about the shipping schedule. It had been a few days, and I was simply seeking information. However, she reacted rudely and terminated the order, labeling me as a nuisance. This behavior is unacceptable considering I had already made a payment. Unfortunately, my card has not been refunded as she claims, and she has even blocked me. The $18 that should have been reimbursed has not been credited back to my account. Contrary to this experience, when I previously canceled a $12 order, the refund was prompt. Despite my efforts to reach out through emails, there has been no resolution from Posh Mark. I will wait a little longer before considering legal action. This ordeal has been frustrating, especially since I also had to cover the shipping costs for items I never received.

I received the incorrect item and need assistance with the return process. I am also dissatisfied with the service that led to this mistake. My order number is 5b2edc7b[redacted]1fcbe2996. Please provide a return label and refund my payment promptly. My email is [redacted] I am disappointed by the lack of response to my previous messages. I request immediate resolution of this error. Unfortunately, the inability to speak with a customer service representative has led me to decide not to use Poshmark in the future. Thank you for addressing this issue.

On 6/22/[redacted], the buyer received their box of 6 items and opened it. They claimed the items were not as listed, which was untrue. When the buyer requested a return, Poshmark approved it, citing misrepresentation of the items, which was also untrue. Upon picking up the box from the post office, the seller noticed it felt empty. After opening it there, it was completely empty - all items were kept by the buyer. This situation is unacceptable. Poshmark should ensure sellers receive their items back before releasing payment to the buyer. Two things need to happen: return all the items or send the payment to the seller.

I am seeking assistance with 5 emails I sent regarding a recent purchase I made on a different website from Elizabeth Miclette. Each purchase went smoothly, but I encountered an issue when trying to buy shoes. After encountering a glitch during the scanning process, I provided a picture and have not received any responses despite multiple attempts. The system keeps asking me to rescan the back of my card, causing frustration and headaches as I try to verify my information and seek help to complete the purchase. As a result, I had to pay $30 more than the original offer for the shoes. Thank you.

Update: Upon checking, I am still unable to access my account. This issue is far from being resolved as Poshmark claims. Today, Support asked for information I had already provided. In response, I explained my interactions on June 20 and 21 with James from Poshmark Support. It seems that James did not share this information. I am not blaming James or Marium. I understand they work with the tools provided. To quickly reinstate my account, I believe it's crucial for Support to grasp the situation. On June 20, I shipped items to buyers but mistakenly mixed up the labels. This led to an issue with a buyer, @tinarina777, who made negative comments on my profile and then blocked me. I reached out for help on June 21 but received no response from Poshmark Support. Therefore, I took action to intercept the wrong package at USPS. I have evidence to support my claims, including USPS intercept verification and feedback from buyers. Despite deleting my account out of frustration, I hope for reinstatement and removal of restrictions for my listings. If starting over is necessary, I will forgo it. Last night around 9-9:30, a user named CFAMJP messaged me on Poshmark, saying something strange, and then attempted to share his phone number, which I knew was against the rules. I reported the user and then later noticed a significant increase in prices on all items in my closet. The user had fake ambassador accounts and was coercing me to lower prices and sell to him using my credit card. I saw videos of him and his team in action. Despite changing my password, he gained control, locked me out, and now I have almost $[redacted] pending in my account, impacting my rent for my kids. My Poshmark username is @tylerriedy, and my email is tyler.riedy4[at]gmail[dot]com. Please assist me promptly as this situation is urgent.

I reached out to Poshmark on Friday, August 10, [redacted], around 12:06 p.m. when two pricey orders were finally delivered after nearly two weeks. The boxes arrived from New York with a damaged post office tape covering, but upon inspection, the packages weren't damaged; the tape was concealing the fact that my items were missing and replaced with garbage. I contacted the postmaster general, who mentioned the packages were held at a specific post office in New York and sent out about five days later due to a fraud/theft ring. Now, Poshmark needs to intervene as the guarantor of the merchandise and assist in solving this issue. However, Poshmark has not responded to any of my emails or guided me on the refund process, which is frustrating as it's now Monday, August 13, [redacted], and I have yet to receive my refund. The lack of customer support and communication is disappointing, and I am considering taking legal action against Poshmark if they do not return my $[redacted].98 for the missing items and the $[redacted] for the birthday gift promptly.

I have not received any update about the Rebecca Minkoff iridescent bag. The box included trash instead of the bag. I conducted an investigation, but only got an automated email response. Now, I discovered that the seller of the Chanel le lift cream already has the money. Poshmark is refunding me, but I have to wait for the refund. It seems odd that the seller got paid first. I am still waiting for a resolution on the missing bag and for my refund.

I have received the dress and contacted the seller regarding my concerns. Unfortunately, the fit was not as expected and the item differed from the picture displayed. While reviewing the seller's collection, I didn't find any other items that suited my preferences. I am disappointed that a refund is not being offered. I encountered difficulties with messaging the seller due to a possible hack on my PC, prompting me to reach out via another device, which she has not accepted. As a next step, I plan to dispute this transaction through PayPal. I am frustrated by the lack of a contact phone number for assistance on your website. It is essential for sellers to provide accurate sizing information. Communication with J.G. has been unsuccessful, despite my efforts to address the issue. Poshmark responses are consistently asking for purchase information every 24 hours. I have proof of payment taken from my PayPal account after being assured they wouldn't charge until shipment. They claimed they couldn't reach the seller but debited my account on August 19th. The purchased item disappeared from my Poshmark account after payment. It seems like a scam site with fake listings. I've kept all their emails, including the one acknowledging the delay and payment error. I plan to report them for fraud and contact PayPal. I will also share my negative experience with my social media following of over [redacted] friends to prevent others from falling into the same trap.

I have been trying to address my issue without success. It is frustrating. Firstly, how can I get someone to assist me? Secondly, I have been attempting for days to alter the method for receiving my sales balance. Despite numerous requests from Poshmark and Gethuman asking for an explanation, I haven't been able to make the desired change. I need help in making this adjustment as the provided instructions are not working for me. Hopefully, this clarifies my situation for a human agent to guide me through the process. I accidentally entered an incomplete email address when registering with Poshmark. This error prevents me from setting up payment details for my sales as they need to send a verification code to complete the process. However, the code is being sent to the wrong email address. I've tried to update my email address to rectify this but changing it requires a verification code which I can't receive. This issue is hindering my access to my sales earnings, and despite reaching out to Poshmark three times for assistance, I haven't received a response yet. While overall, my experience with Poshmark has been user-friendly, not being able to change my email is frustrating. My recent sale doesn't appear on Poshmark's records. After contacting USPS, I was told the item was delivered on September 4, [redacted]. However, every time I inquire with customer support, they delay looking into releasing my earnings by another day. I have not received my payout despite being given two different release dates. I have provided USPS tracking information to verify the delivery.

I bought a sweater that was not as expected. The picture showed it nicely, but in reality, the cashmere was very pilled, and it looked worn out. Despite the description stating that it was "worn only twice," the condition was disappointing. I tried to ask the seller for measurements via email, but they never replied. Consequently, the sweater doesn't fit me. As I was traveling for work when it arrived, I missed the 72-hour inspection window to cancel the order. I'm now unable to contact the seller to return it.
