I am trying to get my funds paid to me because the buyer stole my items and shipped back a piece of junk. ... Someone purchased half of my closet and I gave her a discount. As soon as she recieved it, she filed a complaint that it was not as described (it was exactly as described). I wrote many emails to Poshmark, but they sided with the buyer. A week later she finally sent a package back. When I opened it, it was a scam- not my items. My items were high end designer items. She sent me a cheap necklace which is marked "not for sale on her site." I have been trying to reach poshmark all morning and afternoon. There is no phone support. No one will respond to my emails or the messages I sent via the app. I am very concerned and very, very angry. The whole thing is a scam. Don't use this company. They do not respond and nothing is protected.
I need an immediate resolution. I sold this in good faith. They sided with the buyer, when they should have sided with me. Now she has all my items, I have no money and no one is contacting me. This is a scam - my items were high end! Now I have nothing and no reply.
I want the funds released to me immediately and her closet shut down. O am closing mine when finished with last sales. I expect a resonse in a timely manner and my money released to ME as my sold items were not sent back.
I am a small seller. I was honest. Now i am out my items and no money. The lack of response is disgusting and shows lack of respect.*Update *** Poshmark claims the buyer mixed up my shipment and is re-sending mynitems, but there has been no shipment being tracked. It’s all a scam.
Not yet. Will contact police in her home town as value of items would be a felony if Poshmark doesnt get their act together.
