I am having trouble downloading any movies because it only shows KB available, with no MB. When I contacted customer service previously, they mentioned it might be due to DRM on certain videos. Even recommendations show KB instead of MB. I am unable to download any clips from PornHub, although I have a subscription. Interestingly, I can download from RedTube and Xhamster, but not from PornHub. As a paying subscriber, this issue is very frustrating and not acceptable. I would appreciate any assistance with this matter.

I am feeling extremely sad and distressed right now. I signed up for a profile on Pornhub, and I am unable to delete it. The comments left on my page have been very hurtful and have deeply affected me. This situation is very sensitive to me, and the negative comments have been incredibly distressing. I have never felt more devastated than when people started attacking my profile of a smart girl. I am struggling to understand who these people are and why they are targeting me. I am currently unemployed, exhausted, and feeling miserable from this unwarranted online harassment. Can you please assist me in permanently removing my profile as it has already been tarnished beyond repair? My hopes of pursuing a career as an adult model have been shattered.

I took immediate action by closing the window and reporting the site to the appropriate authorities. This experience was upsetting and alarming, as I have never encountered such content before. I urge Pornhub to take necessary measures to prevent users from being exposed to such illegal and harmful material in the future. The individuals responsible for allowing this content must be held accountable to protect innocent individuals from being subjected to such reprehensible material. I am seeking clarification on the steps that Pornhub will take to prevent this from happening again and an explanation of how this incident occurred in the first place.

I recently discovered that a video of me was posted on Pornhub without my consent by a user named Daddydicc94, real name Trey Haney. The video titled "white slut fucked rock hard black cock" was shared without my permission. I only learned about it when a friend identified me through my tattoos. I want this video taken down as I never agreed to be featured on any website. I have sought help from the Cape Girardeau, Mo Police Department, and they advised me to contact Pornhub. I am requesting immediate action to have the video removed and to pursue legal measures against this violation of my privacy and potential charges of slander.

I am currently experiencing difficulties creating new playlists. Recently, two of my playlists were deleted, prompting me to try and create new ones. Despite filling out all the required fields on both my computer and phone, I keep receiving an error message indicating that I need to input the necessary information. I would appreciate any assistance available to address this issue so I can add new playlists successfully. I suspect there may be a bug in the playlist creation feature or an issue with my account. As a free member, I have never encountered this problem before. This is the third time I've tried to resolve my issue! I haven't received any response via text or phone, and the number doesn't seem to work. The problem began when I attempted to log into my supposedly active account, with which I've been using for about two months, only to find that there was no record of my membership. My email, ID, and password were not on file. I was then directed to Security to verify my credit card, resulting in a charge of $85.29 being attempted on my card. After some time, I was informed by Mathew that the charge was declined, but upon checking with my credit card company, the charge was indeed approved. I've been unsuccessful in reaching Mathew or Customer Service at [redacted]. If I am to continue using the service, I would appreciate a call to reinstate my membership. My number is [redacted]. I signed up for a one-week free trial for premium and was informed that my membership would renew after a week on a Sunday. Knowing I didn't have sufficient funds, I tried to contact customer service or cancel the charge, but it was challenging to do so on the website. I assumed since the payment didn't go through, I would no longer have premium access. However, I noticed Pornhub waited for my payday and then charged me again. It seems like they are persistently attempting to charge my card. I haven't used premium since the trial ended, so I won't be taken advantage of. I signed up for a one-week free trial but canceled on the 7th day. However, I have recently noticed charges of [redacted].28 CAD for a subscription I haven't used in 7 months and 3 weeks. It was difficult to cancel the subscription that night, and I haven't logged in since. I canceled the subscription because I remember having trouble that night. I didn't realize I was still being charged as my Canadian bank card, which I thought was inactive, has been billed while I've been in the United States. I encountered some suspicious activities on my phub account and reached out to a representative via live chat. They issued a refund for the incident, after which I decided to abandon that account to prevent any further issues. I created a new account and attempted to make a purchase, but I was charged $2 and subsequently blocked. Unaware of the initial charge, I created another new account, only to be charged an additional $2 and blocked from accessing phub Live. I sought help from a representative who informed me that my account was locked for security purposes, and then abruptly ended the chat, leaving me unable to seek further assistance. I am extremely frustrated with this lack of customer service and am eager to get to the bottom of this situation. I have exhausted my options for contacting support and urgently need assistance. Time is of the essence in resolving this matter before my frustration escalates further.

I recently subscribed to the FanClub but have had immediate regrets. I would like to cancel my subscription and if feasible, receive a refund as it has been less than 48 hours since I subscribed. I downloaded Pornhub for Android on my Fire Stick TV using Downloader to find and install the app. When launching the app, the initial screen briefly shows in portrait layout before switching to landscape. However, I encountered several issues: 1. The TV resolution noticeably drops once the app loads. 2. The Fire Stick TV remote was limited to only opening the upper left menu, which had only three choices: gay/straight and two others. I couldn't navigate to other areas or select any titles on the homepage. The menu choices on the left side of the screen were also inaccessible. I noticed that in the Recommended section, there is a page named "Rate Previously Viewed Videos" where videos you've watched but not rated show up for rating. The expected behavior is that once you rate a video, it should be replaced by the next one on the list. If you rate the last video on the page, refreshing should display an older video. However, I've experienced an issue where the rated videos stay on the page even after refreshing or rating them on the video's specific page. This problem persists across different browsers and devices. Despite reporting this bug over a week ago, there hasn't been any resolution yet.

I am having trouble subscribing to Pornhub Premium as it won't accept my PayPal, Google Play balance, or Samsung Pay. I also don't have a card for Chime yet, and I prefer not to use credit cards. Is there a way to access the service without needing a credit card? Furthermore, I have successfully processed ACH transactions, paid bills, and made in-store purchases without issues. I am interested in signing up for the 7-day trial at no cost initially, but I'm encountering difficulties with PayPal, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.
