In Green Bay, WI, after waiting in line for an hour, our family ordered an 8-piece meal from Popeyes for our family of four. Unfortunately, we only received 7 pieces of chicken, which we discovered once we got home. I called the store immediately to alert them of the issue and requested to speak to a manager, but was informed that one was not available. I left my contact information with Aden, who said a manager would return my call. However, despite this occurring on 11/21/[redacted] and today being 11/29/[redacted], I have not received any callback. We have been loyal customers of Popeyes since moving from Milwaukee. I provided the receipt as proof of purchase and called at 8:11 PM, shortly after buying the meal at 7:56 PM. We just wanted to give the restaurant the opportunity to correct the mistake and make it right. It would be greatly appreciated if they could return our call and possibly rectify the situation by providing the missing piece of chicken.

I placed an order for delivery from Popeyes on Howard Street in Baltimore, MD. The service was terrible - my order arrived with missing items, and the biscuits and chicken were damaged due to poor packaging. Both the manager and employee were rude. I am very disappointed with this experience and would like a refund. I do not want to keep this food. I am reaching out to Popeye's to address an issue I experienced at the Lake Dallas, TX location (Store# [redacted]). Upon arriving at the drive-through with a coupon, I provided the 4-digit code clearly to the attendant. Despite speaking clearly and no background noise, the attendant struggled to understand and requested the code repeatedly. I decided to pull up to the window, where I was asked to circle back and reorder at the speaker. I found it unnecessary as the issue seemed to be with the internal communication system. Refusing to comply led to a heated argument when the attendant threatened not to serve me unless I circled back. This exchange did not align with the level of service I expect from Popeye's.

I visited the Popeyes in Liberty, TX today and ordered a 12-piece meal. Unfortunately, I only received one breast piece without being informed at the window. I contacted the restaurant, and they mentioned they were out of breast pieces. I understand these things can happen, but all I ask for is to be informed so I can decide what to do. Previously, I used to dine there frequently, but stopped due to similar experiences. After a year, I decided to give it another chance, only to encounter this issue. The staff member did not offer a solution, and all I seek is the courtesy of being informed of the contents of my order. On December 12, [redacted], my brother and I visited Popeye in Brentwood, MO. We initially ordered a 16-piece deal but decided to switch it for 2 eleven-piece deals. While the cashier inside was accommodating, the drive-thru attendant was unacceptably rude. It's essential for businesses to provide good customer service when patrons are spending their money. I suggest reevaluating how the menu is presented and implementing improved customer service practices.

I regret to inform you that due to recent experiences at two different restaurants, I must express my disappointment as a loyal customer. On one occasion, I waited over 20 minutes at the drive-thru, where the speaker malfunctioned, causing me to leave and go to KFC instead. Another visit to a different location resulted in a similar issue with their speaker system, leading me to leave after another 20-minute wait. Despite being a fan of your food, I decided to visit the first location across town, only to face challenges with the order process. After receiving the incorrect order, the food was cold and inedible, resulting in a $23.00 loss. I observed multiple cars leaving the line at both establishments, indicating a larger issue at hand. While I appreciate your cuisine, I am hesitant to revisit in the near future. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously to improve operations at your N. Ft. Myers and Cape Coral stores. I recently visited Popeyes #[redacted] located at [redacted] E Ridge Rd in Rochester, NY on Wed Oct 07, [redacted], around 11:56 AM, placing Order #11 in the Drive-Thru. While waiting at the speaker, it took 5 minutes before my order was taken. However, the person at the drive-thru was challenging to understand. I ordered the #9 spicy chicken sandwich combo with specific sides and a drink preference but was informed they were out of several items. Upon receiving my order, I discovered I was given the wrong sandwich and sides. Attempts to contact the store were unsuccessful, and I found the overall customer service lacking. Despite multiple efforts to address the issue, no response has been received from the restaurant's FaceBook Page or website. Therefore, I am seeking resolution and would appreciate a Popeyes gift card valued at least $25.

I visited one of your restaurants last night to order a chicken sandwich. I noticed a wall advertisement offering popcorn shrimp for $2.99 add-on to any order. When I tried to avail this offer, I was informed that it applies only to combo or platter meals, not any order. I mentioned that the ad states otherwise but was told their boss mandated the rule. I expressed my concerns about false advertising and how it violates consumer protection laws in Canada. Despite my complaint, I only received apologies. I request a call back to discuss why this loophole is being utilized. I have already contacted the appropriate authorities like the Consumer Protection Bureau and Competition Bureau websites. They confirmed that such practices are illegal. I have lodged a complaint with the Competition Bureau of Canada, and they assured me an investigation will take place. It's crucial to adhere to advertised promotions as per the law to avoid penalties for false advertising. I expect a prompt response on this matter.

On Christmas day, I visited POPEYES to treat some hired home help workers. Unfortunately, I feel that I was not provided with the best guidance to choose a cost-effective meal. I spent $40 on an 8-piece family meal, one additional large side, and 2 medium cokes, realizing later that I could have paid much less if I had received better advice at the counter. I believe the server should have recommended a more budget-friendly option to me, especially considering the current difficult financial times. The ordering process could have been improved with better customer service skills from the staff.

I visited the location at [redacted] E. Northwest Hwy, Grapevine, Texas, [redacted]. The coupon I had offered a 2-piece mixed meal with a side and biscuit for $3.99, but the cashier refused to honor it, insisting I could only get a 2-piece dark meal or pay an additional 99 cents for the biscuit, despite the coupon clearly stating it was for a mixed meal. The cashier, who claimed to be the manager, was unhelpful and wouldn't allow me to speak to anyone else. She eventually offered a 2-piece leg and thigh instead, which wasn't what the coupon indicated. The entire experience was frustrating, as no one else came to assist, and I regret not checking the reviews beforehand. As a customer at Popeye's, I visited on January 16, [redacted], to buy two sandwiches. I politely requested two number 9 sandwiches without pickles and no soda, adding fries to one. The cashier insisted I order the combo rudely. Despite my explanation, she continued arguing and even cursed at me. Feeling uncomfortable, I mentioned going to another location, to which she responded carelessly. The interaction escalated as I accidentally knocked over some cups during the argument. As I left and reached my car, the cashier followed me threateningly without a mask and raised a fist towards me. The situation was diffused by additional employees present. I advocate for a fair investigation and appropriate action to be taken. I now need to get tested for Covid-19 due to the cashier not wearing a mask during the physical altercation. I want to file a formal complaint about the Popeyes restaurant at [redacted] Greenfield Rd. in Oak Park, MI [redacted]. On Tuesday, February 8, [redacted], I used the drive-thru and encountered very rude staff who served me burnt chicken. I have been to this location multiple times and noticed there is a lack of management presence and a high turnover rate among employees. This store requires corporate intervention, staff training, and more effective management. The customer service consistently falls short of expectations. Last night, I drove to the Popeyes location on South Fry Road in Katy, TX, hoping to get a hot meal for my family after two days without power. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I arrived at 7:15pm and waited in line for over an hour, only to discover that the employees had closed the restaurant without informing the customers waiting in line. It was frustrating to see them cleaning up and leaving without a word to us. When I drove up to the speaker, I realized no one was there to take my order. I was left to realize on my own that they were closed. The lack of communication and rudeness of the employees has made me vow never to return to that location. I believe it's important to inform the manager about this issue and ensure that better communication practices are put in place to prevent this from happening again.

I have visited the Popeyes in Bloomington, IL on W. Market St. several times, but I will not be returning. Each time, I have had to wait around 10 minutes for someone to take my order. Sadly, my orders have always been incorrect, with the food being served cold and stale. On top of that, I did not receive some items I ordered, which was frustrating. Even when ordering from the drive-thru menu, I have been overcharged and had to correct them on the prices. The staff seemed confused about my order and kept changing what they said they had available. It was a disappointing experience for me and a friend who also faced similar issues at this restaurant - truly terrible. I will not be patronizing that location again.

I visited Popeyes in Cartersville, GA yesterday, where I encountered poor service. Despite there being staff present, no one acknowledged me for 10 minutes. When I finally asked for help, the employee went about other tasks and ignored me even after I asked for the manager. The manager, Kevin Gross, was unhelpful and confrontational. I observed other customers having similar experiences. The service here is consistently rude, and even once they had no chicken available at 12:30 PM. I have decided not to return due to these ongoing issues. The behavior of the manager, Devita, was unprofessional, and the GM, Kevin Gross, failed to handle the situation properly. It was disappointing that neither of them provided any corporate contact information. This location clearly has management and service problems that need to be addressed promptly.

I placed an order on the Popeye app and encountered numerous issues at the restaurant. Initially, a sign on the door instructed delivery drivers only in the lobby, pushing me to the drive-up which was wrong according to the staff. Despite showing my completed order on the app, I was told my order was missing, and the staff was unhelpful. Even after attempting to reorder, the same problem occurred. The staff showed no interest in resolving the situation or contacting a manager. I suggested an owner should be aware of these issues, but was dismissed. The lack of care for customer service was evident throughout. Considering my failed attempts to use the app, I expected better treatment and possibly compensation, like a free meal. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, and I am reconsidering returning to this Popeyes location in Redding, CA on [redacted] East Cypress due to the poor customer service and app functionality concerns.

I placed an order online last night for pickup at your store located at [redacted] S. Main St, Graham, NC. I paid $20.99 for the fish sandwich dinner with potatoes, fish sandwich dinner with coleslaw, butterfly shrimp tackle box with coleslaw, an apple pie, and 3 pc beignet (order #85). However, when my husband picked up the order and mentioned it was #85, he was given a bag and charged $28.81. Upon checking, he found chicken instead of our order. He spoke with "manager" Marcus, who mentioned the charge would still apply. Although we received the correct order, the apple pie was missing. Upon contacting the store today at 2:30 pm, I spoke with a rude female "manager" who refused to assist me. We are extremely disappointed with this experience, and we will not be ordering from Popeyes again due to this being the second time our order was incorrect. I am seeking a refund for the wrongly charged $28.81 and the missing apple pie. It is disheartening to encounter such poor customer service from so-called managers.

I tried to contact the North Versailles Popeyes multiple times last week without success. Despite reaching out to corporate and encountering issues with their online ordering on Easter Sunday, I decided to visit the store in person. When I spoke to the manager and explained the situation, he was unhelpful and insisted I had dialed the wrong number and that online orders were the only option. I proceeded to place an order on my phone, but it still didn't work correctly. The manager then charged me incorrectly for my meal, providing fewer pieces and items than I had ordered. I paid $67.91 for a meal that was not as expected due to his mistakes. I was disappointed by his lack of professionalism and customer service. I have a question regarding the Popeyes located on Dabney Drive in Henderson, NC. I am curious why they do not provide receipts to customers when they use their debit cards. Every time I go through the drive-thru and ask for a receipt, the workers inform me that their machine does not print receipts. This concerns me because I sometimes purchase orders for others who also require receipts. I rely on receipts to cross-check with my bank statements. Despite the store being open for a considerable period, this issue persists. I am unsure if they provide receipts to customers inside the store as I have only used the drive-thru. I usually enjoy the convenience of the drive-thru but will refrain from visiting until this matter is rectified. While I understand that my absence may not significantly impact your business, it is important for me to receive proof of purchase when using my debit card. It was a joy to have Popeyes in Henderson so I could avoid traveling out of town for your food.
