Hello, I went to the drive through at Popeyes yesterday at approximately *:** p.m. There was a line so I ended up waiting about ten minutes to place my order. (Which was fine) When it was my turn to order, before I could place it* an employee stated that they were out of food. I said "I'm sorry?", thinking I missed understood. She repeated to me they were out of food for the night and that everything was gone. It was *:**! I totally understand that sometimes a restaurant can be out of something, but she didn't even know what I wanted. So it was a bit hard to believe that if you are out of something at *:** and you close at **:**, you couldn't prepare it or offer anything else? To say your totally out of everything? She didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. I frequent this location quite often and never had this experience before. This took place in West Columbia, SC @ the Augusta Rd location.
