Despite waiting for an hour for the store to open, I was shocked by the unlawful activities involving employees, managers, customers, and even homeless individuals. My heart raced with panic as I observed the situation unfold. I urge headquarters to address these incidents as they pose a threat to customers. Your immediate attention is necessary to prevent such lawless behavior from reoccurring.

I had a frustrating experience at the cashier's window today. The employee named Janette seemed impatient while taking my order, even though I needed a moment to look at the menu. When I inquired about an 8-piece option, she abruptly stated they never had such an option. Then, when I asked about chicken nuggets that were advertised on a sign, she rudely claimed they didn't sell them. Despite pointing out the sign, another employee, possibly the cook, supported this stance. Janette then unprofessionally suggested I leave and threatened to refuse service. This behavior was unacceptable and left me so upset that I considered contacting Corporate. As I drove away, I overheard her rude attitude towards other customers waiting in line. This incident occurred at the Indianapolis Blvd location in Hammond.

I spent $11.85 on the most unpleasant fried chicken I've ever tried. Despite contacting the store and making three visits, I was not offered a replacement or refund after being asked to bring in the receipt. I want to share my experience with Popeyes Chicken at the Oxnard, CA store #[redacted] on North Ventura Rd on October 11th at 9:45 pm. I dealt with the manager Maricela, who was unhelpful. Moving forward, I will stick to KFC for my fried chicken fix. Thank you for your time.

I recently visited the Popeyes in Summerville, South Carolina. My order was placed in the dine-in area. I interacted with a young lady named Naomi, who I believe is the supervisor. Unfortunately, her behavior was not in line with Popeyes standards. She displayed rudeness and impatience toward customers. She even mentioned that the store was understaffed, although this should not affect customer service. I think upper management should address her behavior to ensure it reflects the brand positively. As a supervisor, she sets an example for her team. If her conduct continues, it may influence her colleagues as well. I plan to share my feedback with the customer service line.

The customer service I experienced was absolutely terrible. If I had the choice, I wouldn't have rated them at all. They have a limit of 4 chicken sandwiches per person, which doesn't work for my family of 6 kids and my disabled husband who can't come inside to order. They wouldn't sell me the sandwiches for all of us. Even worse, customers behind me received their orders before me, despite me only ordering 4 items compared to their 8 or more. When I addressed this issue, the employee reacted childishly, demanding to switch positions with another employee. The cashier had to call the manager for assistance with every order due to not knowing how to operate the cash register. The whole experience was unprofessional and chaotic. It took over 30 minutes to receive just 4 sandwiches. I strongly advise against visiting this location in Merced, California. As for a resolution, an apology call from the employee for their behavior and poor service would be a good start.

Please refer to Case ID #S6PYV (the first character may be 5). On August 21 this year, I bought over $30.00 worth of food from your Pueblo, Colorado location on Pueblo Boulevard. The drive home took about 5 minutes, as usual, and we started eating as soon as we got back. Unfortunately, I found the food to be of poor quality - it tasted stale as if it had been sitting out for a while. I completed a survey and a follow-up as requested on your website. Even after requesting management follow-up in the survey and making 2 or 3 phone calls about it, I have yet to receive any response from the management. I have done both positive and negative surveys about this location before. It seems neither the store manager nor the district manager is willing to reach out, so I am now contacting your office. I have not revisited this location since this incident, and I am hesitant to return without any indication that my concerns are being taken seriously. Initially, I would have appreciated a simple conversation, but now I am so dissatisfied that I am unsure how Popeye's can restore my confidence. Hello, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at the Balch Springs, Texas Popeyes on 11/4/19. I used the Popeyes mobile app to order a chicken sandwich, only to be told upon arrival that it would not be available until Wednesday the 6th. Earlier that day, a drive-thru employee had informed me that the sandwiches would be available later that evening, which prompted me to place the order through the app to avoid long lines. The cashier, Elizabeth, documented my situation and provided me with her supervisor, Araceli's information. Despite my attempts to contact Araceli, I did not receive a response. Elizabeth wrote a statement on my receipt acknowledging that I had paid for the order that was unavailable. This experience has left me feeling inconvenienced as a customer and frustrated at paying for a product I have yet to receive.

I am disappointed with my recent experience at Popeyes. We ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwich meals with fries and 2 lemonades, but we received 2 classic sandwiches and tater tots instead of fries. Furthermore, we were charged a bag fee for paper bags, which seems unnecessary. I have been trying to contact the store with no luck and even waiting on hold with the corporate office for a long time. I feel like our order mix-up and lack of customer service show a lack of care. I recently purchased three Spicy Chicken Sandwiches from Popeyes on [redacted] [redacted] FM [redacted] East Bypass. I requested one without sauce but was informed they were already premade with sauce. Unfortunately, the sandwiches did not resemble the advertised version; the bread was flattened, and the chicken seemed small and hidden. I waited in the drive-thru for about 30 minutes. The order was confirmed at the next window, payment was made at the following window, and I requested sauces. I was instructed to pull to the side and wait for my food. After waiting over an hour post-payment, I went inside to find my order. Unfortunately, it was incorrect - no gravy on the mashed potatoes, no cocktail sauces for the shrimp, and regular shrimp instead of butterfly shrimp. To make matters worse, the food was cold and soggy. Despite my numerous attempts calling without a response, I have yet to receive any resolution. The lack of apology for the extensive wait makes me question the loyalty to customers.

My sister recently started at Popeyes on 52 Woodland in Philadelphia, PA. On her 5th day, she misread her schedule and ended up working the wrong hours. Despite the mistake, her manager made her work and only mentioned the error later. My mom got involved, and after an argument, my sister was asked to leave. When she called to clarify her job status, the supervisor demanded an apology letter. I recently contacted Popeyes about an issue at the Palmdale store where I had ordered two chicken sandwiches weeks ago, only to be told upon arrival that they were sold out. Despite this, I received an email from Popeyes offering free delivery all month. Excited to try again, I ordered two chicken sandwiches, but the delivery team informed me that the Palmdale store on Trade Center Drive did not have the sandwiches in stock. I advise against false advertising - if an item is unavailable, it shouldn't be promoted. Now I have to deal with the inconvenience caused to both myself and the delivery personnel. It was Popeyes who contacted me through email, and I hope they can improve their coordination in the future.

An employee at the Popeyes in CAGUAS (Rafael Cordero Ave Store #[redacted]) refused to charge me for extra fries for my child because there were cars in line. There was only one car behind me. My order number was [redacted] (Drive Thru). The employee's name was Valeria G. Her service was poor from the start; she described my order with arrogance and treated me rudely. I will not recommend this restaurant due to this negative experience.

I visited the Mililani store and placed an order in the drive-thru for a 2pc Combo Breast spicy and another spicy breast, customizing it to a 2pc order. However, I received a 2pc original chicken and drumstick instead. I also ordered 3 spicy chicken sandwiches but got original chicken sandwiches instead. The store's address is 95-[redacted] Lanikuhana Ave, Mililani, HI [redacted]. I have tried calling the store multiple times at the number [redacted] with no answer. The store number is [redacted], with the Host as DT Order Taker [redacted], and ticket number [redacted].

The employee who served me at Popeyes store number [redacted] in Sparks, Nevada, on Wednesday, December 11 at 6:30 PM was very rude. She laughed while I was placing my order, didn't give me the sauce I requested, and had a bad attitude when I had to repeat myself. I believe that with another fast food chicken restaurant nearby, the customer service should be more courteous. Although I enjoy Popeyes, I may consider going to Chick-fil-A if this is the type of treatment customers receive.

Hello, I'm Emma Waggoner. Today, my husband and I visited Popeyes after a long day. I ordered a 4 pc bonafide chicken meal with Cajun fries and an extra side of mashed potatoes, while my husband got a 5 pc tender meal with mashed potatoes and gravy. We both had Dr. Pepper. The service at the drive-thru was not friendly; the woman at the window seemed disinterested and the man who took my payment was abrupt. When we got home, I discovered they forgot my Cajun fries. Despite the rough service and missing item, I usually don’t complain but felt disappointed this time. I love Popeyes but was sad about missing my favorite fries. During my recent visit to the Stroudsburg, PA location on [redacted] North 9th St., I experienced a delay of over 5 minutes in the drive-thru. The staff member handling my order disappeared, causing me to have to repeat myself multiple times. Unfortunately, my order was still incorrect as I received rice instead of French fries and was missing 2 biscuits. Despite my receipt indicating that I received 2 BBQ sauces, I did not receive any sauces or get the opportunity to choose. As a result, I received a large Cajun rice dish that I did not order or want.

I'm Mohammad Wahira, an employee at Poppeys on Coffee Rd in Modesto, California. Recently, a manager asked me to leave work without informing me of my schedule for the upcoming week. The next day, when I arrived 10 minutes late, he embarrassingly sent me home in front of customers. Now, they have blocked my number. I simply want my paycheck for the two weeks I worked.
