I drove through Popeyes cookeville tn location. I was the only person in the drive thru and time was approximately *:**pm *******. I ordered and when I arrived at the window the lady handed me out my two orders with the sauces on top and the lids coming open on the boxes. I said, “can I have a bag (as I am the only person in the automobile) she said yes hold on.” She returned and handed me a bag. I was having difficulty getting the boxes into the bag as the bag split she opened the window again and said, “is everything ok with your order?” I replied yes but I am having difficulty with the bag. She didn’t offer to assist and someone inside said sorry about that and the window was closed back. I arrived home and did not have straws plus my boxes came open due to bag being split. My issue is it is the courtesy and responsibility of the employees to bag your food without asking you to take the boxes and hand a bag out the window. This has the potential to effect the reputation of the restaurant with it just opening. This needs to be addressed by managers!!
