I am a regular customer of the Popeye’s located at I-** & **** in Cedar Hill, Tx. On August * around *:**- *:** I was leaving your facility after placing and receiving my order. I fell hard outside the door as I was going to my car. I was badly bruised and bleeding on both knees. Also, There were black & blue bruises on my legs. My left big toe nail was bleeding onto my sandal and had to be surgically removed (pictures available).*I went back into the restaurant hoping to get help to stop the bleeding and bandages to cover both knees.*The manager was ruin, insulting and not concerned for my welfare. I asked if there was a*the first aid kit. She (manager) said they didn’t have one and told me all she had was alcohol and neosporin. She didn’t ask if I was ok or did I want to sit down or even if I needed to go to the doctor or hospital. When I asked for the Corporate contact number, she said they didn’t have it. She tore off the bottom of a receipt she said had her manager’s number on it and that her manager would complete the report. All she asked me was did I want my replaced. When the order was replaced, the staff person just placed it on the counter. Even though I was still bleeding. No staff member assisted me to my car. After making several attempts to speak with the store manager’s manger, I reached her by phone. However, she told me she was busy and would call me back. To this date no one has called me. According to the doctor, it will will take up to * year for my toenail to grow back* both my knees are still bruised and have made walking difficult for me still. I cannot wear pumps or loafers until my toenail heals and grows back.*I have never been treated so disrespectfully before in any establishement. I will have to return to the doctor because I am still expecting pain and difficulty walking due to discomfort in my knees and and foot.
