I have been using Polo Green cologne for about 25 years. But in the last 2 years, I have noticed a significant issue with the sprayer leaking when I spray it. The latest bottle I have leaks more around the cap than the actual sprayer, causing me to waste a lot of the product. I don't want to stop using it due to its cost, but the leakage has become so bad that I feel like half of the bottle is going to waste. Can you please reach out to the company responsible for making the caps and test the product for yourself? It's a frustrating problem that needs to be addressed.

I need to address the hiring process concern I have with your company. The 90-question survey inquires about marijuana use, favoritism, and drinking without allowing a potential employee to provide context. For example, one question asks about an employee using marijuana during a break and returning to work, which doesn't leave room for explanation. While I understand about medical marijuana use, there could be situations like an asthmatic individual who cannot use drugs. If the survey implies that using drugs before or during work is acceptable, it puts the company at risk. If an incident occurs due to impaired judgment from drug or alcohol use allowed by the company, legal consequences may follow.

My spouse and I have been loyal customers of Polo for many years, frequenting outlet stores in Lake George, NY, Manchester, VT, and Lee, MA. Additionally, my spouse purchases Polo suits at Macy's in Albany, NY. Our experiences have been consistently positive with excellent customer service. During a recent visit to one of the outlets, I ordered a second pair of cargo pants in a different color (#[redacted] W-Casual), as my size was unavailable in-store at Lee, MA. Despite the pants being priced at $89.99, I noticed a sticker partially covering the original price of $79.99 upon receipt. I am curious if this practice of placing higher-priced stickers is common and if outlet store prices generally increase. I would greatly appreciate your insights on this matter. Thank you.

Subject: Regarding Order No. [redacted] and Invoice No. [redacted] Dear Team, I am writing in reference to my order placed on the 6th of December and the corresponding invoice numbered [redacted] issued on the 7th of December. Despite your notification on the 10th of December that the order has been delivered, I have yet to receive it. I have reached out to UPS, the delivery service assigned to this shipment, however, they require the tracking number to provide any assistance. I have previously requested this information in my unanswered emails to your team. Could you kindly provide me with the necessary tracking reference urgently so I can follow up on the status of my order? Thank you in advance for your swift response.

I recently purchased two pairs of Polo Classic jeans, but upon trying them on, noticed they were shorter than my current pairs. I returned to exchange them about two months later, only to be informed by the store manager that without a receipt, they couldn't assist me. The jeans were a gift, and I accidentally discarded the receipt. The manager insinuated I bought them elsewhere and mentioned a new exchange policy. I've contacted customer service multiple times but keep getting the same response that someone from the store will reach out, which I'm not interested in after the treatment from the manager. All I'm looking for is a simple exchange for the correct size due to the mislabeling issue with the jeans.
