I bought a Polaroid SnapTouch in January ****. It’s used lightly and when not in use, it’s in a case in my dresser.*I pull it out to use for Christmas and suddenly, it responds to nothing. Won’t turn on, won’t charge, it’s basically a paper weight.*I google it and find out that’s it’s a common problem and that it’s most likely the battery malfunctioning.*I get in contact with Polaroid and they tell me what google did and that it is, in fact, most likely a battery malfunction.*But they refuse to fix the problem without a proof of purchase. *I cannot but a new battery, I cannot send it in to get fixed.*Almost $*** down the drain.*If I would have known how little they care about their products and customers, I would not have bought the OneStep Plus.***** would not recommend, will not purchase from from Polaroid again.
