I purchased * Polaris heated vests (* from a local dealership and * from Polaris online). They are RN*******. CA* *****. One was for myself, and two were gifts. After about * weeks, I thought the batteries were failing, consequently I sent you the email that resulted in your response below saying the batteries would not be available until January or February. I decided to try a new battery from one of my “gift” vest, and it did not work either. So I took the original battery from my vest and plugged it into the “gift” vest. It worked. So I decided it was not the battery, it was the vest. I took the vest back to the Dealership and they replaced it with a new vest. It has been two weeks now, and the new vest does not work - none of my batteries will work on this vest. I believe you have a stock of these vests that are defective. I am now concerned my two “gift” vests may work for a couple of weeks than become inoperable. I do not want to return to the local dealership who was very gracious in replacing the first defective vest, but I believe it is a Polaris issue.
