Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, gestern lud mein Sohn auf dem Heimweg das neue Update von Pokémon Go herunter und wurde heute morgen für 7 Tage gesperrt. Ich bin besorgt über mögliche Ursachen für die Sperre, ob es an überlasteten Servern, schlechter Arbeit oder anderen Gründen liegt. Mein Sohn hat das Spiel schon lange nicht mehr gespielt und nur versucht, seinen Account zu starten. Da er das gleiche iPhone seit 2 Jahren nutzt, scheint es nicht an der Hardware zu liegen. Bitte überprüfen Sie Ihre Fehler, da das Spielerlebnis für mich durch ständige Probleme und Verzögerungen bereits beeinträchtigt ist. Es wirkt, als ob inkompetentes Personal für die häufigen Updates verantwortlich ist. In anderen Unternehmen hätte dies Konsequenzen für die Angestellten.

I have been a loyal fan of the franchise for a long time, but I recently encountered a significant issue with my gameplay. Back in [redacted], I linked my account to my high school email since it was the only one I had at the time. However, as I have just graduated from high school, that email has been deactivated. I have many cherished Pokémon and enjoy playing with my family before I depart for college. I am seeking advice on how to recover my account, such as changing the email or adding a trainer plus account to it. This account holds countless memories for me and I would greatly appreciate any assistance in retrieving it. Thanks in advance for your help.

I have an iPhone 8 and have been playing since [redacted]. I’ve collected rare and powerful Pokémon, including mega Pokémon and all upgraded forms of eevees. I participated in Pokémon Fest 5th Anniversary and Eevee Weekend. I invested in my character outfit and gained many gym badges recently. However, while battling in a gym today, my phone froze, and I lost all progress in the game. When I tried to sign in with Facebook, it said unable to access the account. Restarting didn’t help, and now everything is gone – friends, family, Pokémon, items, and progress. I want to recover my account [redacted]. I hope to restore my hard work and continue playing without having to start all over.

Today, I encountered a bug during a Mespirit raid in Pokémon Go. After throwing multiple excellent and nice throws with Poké Balls, the game glitched, making it impossible to catch the Pokémon. This issue has also happened to me during Metang and Azelf raids multiple times. I have spent real money on Poke coins for remote raid passes only to encounter these frustrating glitches. Although I am disappointed and angry about missing out on these rare Pokémon, I have submitted my raid logs for review in the hope that this can be resolved for future players. I regret not reporting these problems earlier due to being new to the game. Missing out on these opportunities, especially the one available only in Asia, has left me unsure if I will ever get another chance to participate in such rare raids.

My Adventure Sync was working perfectly until yesterday, but now it's not recording any of my activity. I walked for about 2 hours (equal to 8km), but my eggs still show 0km, and my buddy hasn't found any candy either. The journal also doesn't show any candy or hatched Pokémon. My weekly walked distance hasn't changed. All my settings are the same as before, but it's been over 12 hours, and there's been no update. I can't incubate more eggs because my slots are full, and even those in incubation haven't recorded any distance in over a day. I contacted in-game support, but they just keep telling me to wait or try again, which I've already done. It's really frustrating.

While using an Elite TM on my Charizard, I mistakenly selected Fire Blast instead of Blast Burn. Upon realizing my error, I attempted to rectify it, only to discover that my Elite TM was used up, leaving Fire Blast on my Charizard. I reported this issue to customer support, but they doubted the validity of my claim. As a dedicated player who understands how Elite TMs function, I find this response frustrating. I have substantial resources in the game, including [redacted] regular Charged TMs, reinforcing my understanding of game mechanics. I expect better resolution from customer service, akin to the professional approach I would take in my own business. I've been trying to buy in-game coins as usual, but when I enter my password to authorize the purchase, it says it's incorrect. I've double-checked it with Google and the Play Store, so it seems to only be an issue with Pokemon GO.

Please note, I would like to address this message to a Niantic employee. If you are not affiliated with or working on Pokemon Go, please ensure this message reaches the relevant individual. Currently, I am facing issues with Pokemon Go as every encountered Pokemon seems to flee during gameplay. I have invested money in this game, only to find it unplayable. It is my sincere hope that the team at Niantic addresses this problem accordingly. Please, understand the frustration shared by millions of players. I urge you to resolve this matter promptly. I wanted to address the issue with the Master Cup in GO League. Trainers are facing significant challenges in battles and are unable to receive any battle rewards when opponents are using legendary Pokémon with CP over [redacted]. For instance, my Machamp with a maximum CP of [redacted] cannot even inflict damage on a [redacted] CP Melmetal. While I enjoy the GO Battle League, battles should emphasize strategy rather than relying solely on super high-level legendary Pokémon for victory. I believe implementing a "Legendary Cup" for Pokémon with CP of [redacted] and higher, while keeping the Master Cup maximum at [redacted] CP, could introduce more variety in battles and prevent the same Pokémon from dominating every match. I wanted to express my frustrations with the Master Cup and the disappointment felt by many due to the overwhelming advantage legendary Pokémon provide. They seem out of place in the Master Cup and creating a separate Legendary Cup for them would preserve the strategic aspect of battles.

In August [redacted], I believe I used Google to create my Pokémon GO account with the email [redacted] I have never changed the email. I spent around $20 on the game, but I don't remember the exact amounts or purchases. I am on Team Mystic and approximately at level 28. I switched from using an iPhone 6 Plus and iPhone 5se to a Motorola 10 Edge. I sadly can't provide screenshots as the transition happened some time ago. I can't recall specific details due to the account being inactive for around two years. Living in Denmark, I haven't attended any live events. I possess 3 Mewtwos that I acquired through raids. My main concern is recovering access to my account since all my friends play Pokémon GO, and I want to join them again.

In August [redacted], I created a Pokémon GO account using my school email, but now I can't access it because my school has blocked that email address. I believe I used Google when setting it up, with the email being {[redacted]}. I haven't changed the account before. I'm on Team Mystic and think I'm around level 28. I used to play on an iPhone 6 Plus and iPhone 5SE but now have a Motorola Edge 10. I've spent approximately $20 on the game but can't recall the exact amount. I haven't attended any live events since I live in Denmark. I really miss playing with my friends who still enjoy the game.

I had saved up 11 gifts to be opened with a lucky egg so that when the friendship levels increased, I would gain [redacted],[redacted] experience points. However, when I opened the gifts, I didn't receive any experience points. I took detailed pictures to document the process, and each friend's entry is in my journal. Despite providing this evidence to Patricia in customer support, she claims they can't find any record of the friendship increases. This experience has been disappointing, and the customer support I received, apart from Tracfone, has been among the worst I've encountered.

My son was playing Pokémon Go on his tablet when he got kicked out and now can't sign back in. This is the second account we've created, and we can't recover the password. I have been playing Pokemon Go since its release and since returning from military service, dedicating an extensive 7 years to playing, spending endless hours on my phone and draining the battery. I have invested $3,[redacted] in the game for bag space, pokemon storage, coins for passes, and expanding my collection. It's disheartening to face the risk of losing my account after investing so much time, effort, and money. The game had glitches pre-covid restrictions causing resets or location jumps. Pokemon Go helped me socially and mentally post personal issues, providing a way to clear my mind by driving around and playing. Despite the need for app reinstalls for smooth gameplay, location jumps would persist. I have requested details on the alleged Terms of Service violation leading to my account termination, considering the existence of players with multiple accounts shared across regions for raids, publicly flaunting this practice. If my account isn't reinstated, I expect a refund of the $3,[redacted] to my bank account, given the circumstances.

Pokémon Go players should not face account terminations given the prevalent use of shared accounts.

I have been playing Pokemon Go for seven years, dedicating countless hours to the game. I have invested $3,[redacted] to enhance my gameplay, improve storage, and obtain necessary items. I am troubled that my account was unexpectedly terminated after a 30-day ban, without clear information on the violation. Hi, I'm Avery, a big fan of Brilliant Diamond. I've been playing for a while and have Dialga. However, after encountering Uxie, Azelf, and Mesprit, I accidentally ran away from Uxie and Azelf. Despite researching online and watching several videos on how to get them back, my attempts by refreshing my Nintendo Lite and the game haven't been successful. My son, using the username Mazzy13, got unexpectedly logged out of his Pokemon account. I have attempted numerous times without success to regain access for him. Initially, I thought his account might have been linked to either [redacted] or [redacted], but my attempts to use either email for recovery were in vain. Despite trying all the suggested online solutions and reset password options, I have not had any luck. My attempts to assist my child in restoring his account have been unsuccessful, and I am reaching out for assistance. I was at day 15 out of 20 on the Masterwork Research Wish Granted line. Yesterday, I dedicated the entire day spinning stops, which is all documented in my journal. I even battled grunts, and those activities are recorded as well. I took a photo of my journal to serve as evidence. To my dismay, this morning it has been inexplicably reset back to day 1, despite not having spun any stops today. After reaching out to Niantic Chat, they informed me that everything is functioning as intended. This situation is incredibly frustrating as I spent two weeks diligently working on this only to have it reset erroneously, even though I have undeniable proof of my progress.
