Following a disagreement with the Mystic leader in Stamford, CT, my username "BeauteousBish" was reported multiple times, resulting in Niantic requiring me to alter it. My new username "WinterLovesBish" was prompted by the reporter's username "WinterBlu3," suggesting that "Beauteous" was deemed offensive. I oversee the "Bish" clan while the reporter is associated with the "Blu3" clan, known for their competitive nature. Seeking to revert to my original username, "BeauteousBish," I find it unjust to be compelled to make the change due to a dispute with a highly competitive player. I have evidence through screenshots depicting the behavior of this player. I urge Niantic to reconsider and can be reached for further discussion at [redacted]. Several members also share my sentiment regarding the unfairness of this situation.

Hello, I recently received an EX raid pass courtesy of Pokemon Go. This was my first time getting one, and it instructed me to go to a specific gym. Curious and excited, I made the 15-minute drive to the location with the sole intention of participating. Upon arrival, everything seemed to be going smoothly. There was a group gathered to capture Deoxys, but just as the raid commenced, I was abruptly kicked out of the game due to a GPS error indicating that I was not in the correct location. The group kindly waited for me to rejoin, but after several failed attempts where the same issue occurred, my frustration grew. It was disheartening to miss out on this experience, especially after looking forward to it. To address this situation, I would appreciate it if my account could be compensated with additional incubators, poke balls, and other useful items. Acquiring a Pokemon without having the chance to catch it myself doesn't feel satisfying to me.

My page was hacked, and now I need help recovering my Google account linked to my game profile. Despite being logged in through Facebook, my Google account is inaccessible due to changes made by the hacker. I want to restore the link to Google, as I am only connected via Facebook currently. I have been trying to resolve this since January, but automated messages are not providing the assistance I need. The Google account associated with the email [redacted] is mine, and I am level 34 in the game. My trainer name is sassysue81. I do not engage in spoofing or share personal information, and I am eager to regain access to my Google account for my game.

Today, my wife, two friends, and I attempted an EX raid at 3:30 pm, but encountered an issue where clicking on the raid caused our game to freeze. We had to restart the game multiple times without success. In an attempt to resolve the problem, we tried re-downloading the app, but encountered difficulties with the download initially. After restarting our phones, we were able to download the app, but it failed to load, displaying an error message indicating the failure to load game data from the server. Many others at the event experienced the same issue, including our friends. We are disappointed with this situation and hope for a resolution and compensation for not being able to complete the raid due to what seems like a bug or server error on your end.

Today, on June 5th, I went out to play during the Adventure Week event. I had an incense activated and stumbled upon a shiny Anorith. Unfortunately, when I clicked on it, the AR mode was enabled, causing the game to freeze with the shiny Anorith on the screen. After exiting and re-entering the game quickly, the shiny Anorith from the incense was no longer there. This is the first time I experienced such an issue, and I have a screenshot for verification purposes. Although my profile doesn't reflect the encounter, I would appreciate any assistance in potentially capturing the Pokémon or having it added to my inventory.

My son inadvertently created two Pokemon Go accounts. He is currently locked out of one account, "Potato1599," and needs to reset the password associated with my email address, [redacted] When attempting to recover the password, the reset applies to the wrong account. The other account, "jfjfjjfjfjv," is the one he is trying to delete, but the system warns that it will erase everything tied to my email if we proceed. Is there a method to remove the "jfjfjjfjfjv" account while retaining the "Potato1599" account, or is there a way to reset passwords to target only the "Potato1599" account?

Dear Community, I've been enjoying this game for a few months, but today I encountered an issue. The game kept asking me to sign out or switch accounts. After hours of this, I attempted to sign out and back in, only to realize I forgot my email and password. I'm feeling extremely frustrated and worried about losing all my progress. Despite reaching out for help, the responses I receive seem automated, instructing me to troubleshoot. I simply wish to retrieve my login details and avoid facing this situation again in the future.

In my area, members of team Valor consistently dominate the gyms for days on end. Despite my efforts to claim a gym for the daily rewards, they continuously revive their Pokémon to maintain control. It's frustrating when they retaliate immediately, making it nearly impossible for me to benefit from the gyms. It would be helpful if there was a temporary restriction preventing someone from reclaiming a gym they recently lost. The imbalance is discouraging, especially when Mystic players like myself are outnumbered. Frustratingly, Valor trainers don't reciprocate the courtesy of letting others earn coins more fairly. It's disheartening to only receive minimal rewards after investing resources in battling.

Hello, I initially set up my Pokémon GO account with my school email address ([redacted]), which cannot be used to make purchases. After contacting my college's IT department, I learned that all school email accounts are restricted from making purchases for liability reasons. I need assistance changing my account's email to [redacted] to be able to buy coins. Furthermore, my daughter has a Pokémon GO kids account under the username rainbowsparkles10, logged in through Niantic Kids. I would like her account to have the ability to trade Pokémon and send gifts. Could you please enable these features for her account? Playing Pokemon Go keeps me active as I venture out for long walks daily to hunt for Pokemon. This passion of mine has even inspired my nephews and nieces, who are now playing the game, particularly my relatives in Pakistan. Unfortunately, the lack of Pokestops in my family's area in Hayatabad, Peshawar, Pakistan has become a challenge. My brothers have to travel 6-10km daily just to gather balls for the kids to play, causing inconvenience and added expenses. I have the Pokémon Go app, but I forgot the date of birth I used because I prefer not to use my real personal information. My parents know I play this game, and I'm 17. Every time I try to log in, it shows either wrong username or password, and authentication failure. I can't recover my account without inputting my birthday, and once I provide it, I'm unable to do anything – no reset, no sign-in, nothing. I've been trying to find a Dratini by visiting three different locations, spending hours at the Lakes, but still no luck while my friends easily catch one within 30 minutes. I've dedicated about 14 hours over two weeks looking for it, feeling frustrated especially with my busy water polo schedule. Similarly, I encountered a Feebas instead of a shiny Magikarp like my friends did, leaving me envious of their luck. Despite their frequent shiny encounters, I have only found two regular Magikarp. It's disheartening to put in so much effort without the same results as my friends. I wonder if there's a solution to increase my chances of finding these elusive Pokemon; any assistance would be greatly appreciated. My brothers and I are passionate about the game, and believe that Pokemon Go is still loved worldwide.

During a Groudon raid with eight other players, when the game crashed for all of us simultaneously, we were unable to reclaim our reward. Upon re-entering, the game indicated we had already completed the raid without receiving the prize. I had obtained a shiny Groudon during this raid but was unfairly disconnected, resulting in wasted resources. This issue occurred on July 2nd, [redacted], at 6:31 PM, at [redacted] N E Street, Madera, California. I am seeking assistance on how I can rightfully reclaim the shiny Groudon that was lost due to the technical glitch.

While playing Pokémon Go on July 4th with a friend in Ste-Therese, Canada, we encountered some players who were unfairly monopolizing a gym using multiple accounts and threatening behavior. One girl claimed to own all the accounts in the gym and even admitted to spoofing. Her account names are SuperN0ova, LornaxDane, Bishophair, and MazzKanaata. This experience was disheartening as we strive to play fairly with just one account each. Such bullying tactics, multiple accounts, and spoofing go against the spirit of the game. It would be appreciated if appropriate actions could be taken in such cases to ensure fair gameplay for everyone. Thank you.

I forgot my Pokemon Go account details and tried to reset them without any written information. I am experiencing issues with the ditto challenge in Milton and the mythical discovery. Despite catching a ditto, the game is not registering it.
