Niantic, why did you add the gen 1 regionals to the 7km eggs and not remove the Alolans? Getting regionals is already hard, maybe impossible. Despite hatching over 15 eggs, all I got was a Mr. Mime and countless Alolan Meowths, even though I live in Europe. I had to buy a box for about 12 euros for the Ultra Reward announcement to afford all the incubators, then cycled many kilometers to end up with disappointing hatches. As a busy college student, finding time and money for incubators is tough. It feels nearly impossible for free-to-play players to get these eggs. My request is for Niantic to either temporarily remove the Alolans from the 7km eggs or significantly increase the chances of getting a regional. This decision seems counterproductive as your fanbase grows but your opportunities shrink. - A dedicated pokemon trainer.

Hello! I recently had both of my Pokemon knocked out of a gym after being in there for over 10 hours. However, I only received 50 coins due to reaching the coin limit. I believe this rule unfairly affects lower-income players and young children who rely on gym coins to purchase items in the shop. It's discouraging to spend time leveling up Pokemon and protecting gyms, only to be restricted on the coins earned based on time. I kindly request a review of this rule to provide a fairer system for all players. I am even willing to start a petition to address this issue. Your consideration on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention.

I enjoy playing Pokémon GO regularly. The game has always worked well for me until recently when I got logged out and couldn't log back in using my usual email and password. I followed some online tech advice to click "create account" to regain access but instead ended up starting a new account from scratch. I've been a dedicated player for 3 years, reaching level 24 with Swablu as my buddy. Strangely, when I tried to use my old username, it was already taken, indicating my original account still exists. I hope to have my progress restored and resume playing without having to restart. My username is BethJungk, and any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Today, I encountered an error message about my internet connection, despite having unlimited data. The prompt suggested to "retry" or "log out." After several unsuccessful attempts to reconnect, I eventually logged out. Upon trying to log back in, the system claimed my account didn't exist or my password was incorrect, which is not the case. I even tried creating a new player account, but it recreated my profile, resulting in the loss of all my progress. I've invested $6 in the game this month, and it's frustrating that my money seems to have gone to waste. Despite having a new iPhone 8 with the latest software updates and no physical damage, I continue to face these login issues. Your assistance in retrieving my account would be greatly appreciated. - Topaz.

During Moltres Day, I received my first strike on my account while I was participating in raids. I was unsure what to do, but since my account was not banned, I decided to delete Pokémon GO. A week later, I reinstalled the game, and the notice was no longer there. I was excited to continue playing and completing my Pokédex. However, on Sunday night, I received another strike warning despite not engaging in any hacking activities and being a supporter of Niantic. Just recently, when I logged in to collect my daily research stamp, I was shocked to discover that my account had been terminated by Pokémon GO for a terms of service violation. This came as a complete surprise to me, especially after purchasing $35 worth of PokéCoins for future gameplay. I truly enjoy this game and hope to resolve this issue without having to create a new account. I appreciate your attention to this matter.

Yesterday, September 18, [redacted], while playing Pokémon Go, the game repeatedly lagged and glitched, requiring me to clear my screen and reopen the app each time. Eventually, it kicked me out entirely while I was at the Garden of Eden truck stop. When trying to log back in via Facebook, it prompted me to authenticate as a different person, even though my Facebook is the only one on my phone. Despite multiple attempts, I keep getting an "unable to authenticate" error, even after deleting and reinstalling the app. My player name, email, and other information are not being recognized. I hope to get assistance to regain access to my account (Acct) as soon as possible to continue enjoying the game with my family and friends. My email is [redacted], real name Phoebe Tilley, player name PurplePigMama70, with the unique friend code 2[redacted] [redacted]. I am currently at level 24 with [redacted],[redacted] experience points. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Trainer Name: ExpressionlessJ Dear Niantic, I want to share that my account was hacked, leading to unauthorized use of third-party software without my knowledge. This unfair situation has resulted in penalties on my account. This game holds great significance in my life, and it deeply saddens me that someone has violated my trust and love for this game. I want to emphasize that I have not used any cheating apps and always uphold the spirit of the game by exploring actively without any shortcuts. Having invested significant time and money into the game, losing access due to a hacker's actions is truly disheartening. I have taken steps to secure my account by changing my password and reporting the breach to the necessary authorities. I implore you to consider my plea earnestly and reinstate my account. I assure you that I will take extra precautions to prevent any future breaches. This game means a lot to me, and being without it has left me feeling lost. Your understanding and assistance in this matter would mean the world to me. Thank you for your attention to this issue. Warm regards, ExpressionlessJ

A few years ago, I used the username Peachlady52 to play Pokemon Go, but I stopped playing for a while. Recently, my son encouraged me to give it another try, suggesting that starting fresh might be more enjoyable. Setting up a new account under the username LD4Wyatt and linking it to Facebook using [redacted], I encountered an issue after changing my Facebook password. It seems the game became unlinked. While trying to login through Google, I inadvertently accessed my old Peachlady52 account, realizing my mistake after a few moves. I aim to permanently delete the Peachlady52 account but need assurance that my level 26 LD4Wyatt account is safe and can be linked back to Facebook with the correct email. I never intended to have two accounts and would appreciate guidance on resolving this situation swiftly.

I requested compensation for the EX Raid Pass cancellation that I attended. Unfortunately, I did not receive any compensation. However, I have proof of my friend being compensated for the same issue. I have invested a significant amount of money in this game, and this unfair treatment is making me consider not spending any more. Finally receiving an EX Raid Pass only to have the event canceled when I was present and ready is frustrating. I arrived on time and they informed all attendees about the cancellation after my effort to use the pass. My friend faced the same situation and was compensated with 2 raid passes and 5 extra ones. It does not seem fair that he was compensated while I was not. If you need the email sent to him for verification, I can provide it when you contact me.

My wife and I were thrilled to have received an EX raid pass and extended invites to 2 friends. We all rearranged our schedules and picked up our children early from school to participate in the raid at 1 p.m. today. To our disappointment, the raid was unexpectedly canceled at noon without prior notification. Not receiving any alert earlier was frustrating, causing both a financial loss and time inconvenience. The compensation of [redacted] stardust and 2 raid passes feels inadequate considering the missed opportunities. Feeling disheartened, I fear not getting another chance for an EX raid pass, potentially missing out on catching Deoxys. I am hoping for the reinstatement of my EX raid pass and more appropriate compensation for the disruptions caused. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. - Randall O. (ThugGhubby)

While trying to do a Tyranitar raid in Virginia Beach, USA, I was in the process of catching it when Pokémon Go updated. Unfortunately, the update caused me to get kicked out of the game, and by the time I could log back in, the raid was over. I successfully completed the raid but wasn't able to capture Tyranitar. I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved, and I could receive the rewards I earned.

I seem to have lost my account because someone hacked into my Google account, and even though I have my phone number and linked email address set up, Google won't let me recover my account. I believe there must be more that you can do since the data is available, and I cannot be blamed for being hacked and not being able to sign in to Google after trying everything. I created the account on 18.02.[redacted] and signed in with Google using the email address [redacted], with the trainer name BlondesWunder on 01.10.[redacted], previously Hexenzirkel and prior to that GeileHexe. The account is now at level 28, achieved on 01.10.[redacted]. There must be a way for me to regain access to my account, and understanding should be offered as it's not my fault. If there is no solution, then I have been playing in vain every day and have wasted over [redacted] euros just because the developer is being uncooperative when a solution is possible. If retrieval is impossible, I would like my account to be completely deleted, and if the hacker has traded Pokemon from my account since 01.10.[redacted], they should be punished. It cannot be right to reward such individuals who steal from others, which is a crime. Regards, Zimmer

Hello! I'm an enthusiastic Pokémon GO trainer. Lately, I've noticed a problem with receiving the Pokémon coins I earn when my Pokémon return from gyms. Despite putting four Pokémon in gyms daily, the coins don't appear in my account. Although I get notifications showing earned coins, the total in my shop doesn't update. This issue is frustrating as it seems to nudge me towards buying coins with real money. Both my Pokémon and I put effort into earning these coins, so any assistance resolving this glitch would be greatly appreciated. My gamer username is heymayaaa, and my trainer code is 2[redacted] [redacted]. Thank you for your help!

Today, while playing Pokemon GO, my account experienced a glitch, resulting in my profile being completely messed up when I logged back in. Initially, I discovered that all my Pokemon in the Pokedex had lost health and some were even missing. I couldn't thoroughly check my inventory, but I distinctly remember having a Mewtwo as one of my top CP Pokemon. Additionally, my Pokecoins and item inventory were not displaying accurate numbers. This sudden change occurred within a few minutes of the glitch happening. As a dedicated player, I've put in a lot of effort to reach my current level, making this situation incredibly frustrating. I'm seeking assistance to resolve this issue promptly so I can continue enjoying the game without the risk of losing all my progress. My gamer tag is "bugamous0prime," and my account's email is [redacted]

I haven't played Pokemon Go in 2 years. I stopped because I had no one to play with, but now my brother is playing, so I re-downloaded the game. I was planning to create a new account but found my old email saved. After attempting to log in and being informed of a 30-day suspension, I couldn't remember my account's nickname to appeal. With only my Google account info, I sought help during the suspension. Upon receiving an email stating my account was terminated, I tried logging in again and received a message confirming the termination. I hope to resolve this issue as I want to play with my brother now. It's exciting to see all the updates, especially the ability to add friends and new Pokemon. I was patiently waiting during the 30-day suspension without receiving any response.

I am encountering issues signing into my Pokémon GO account as I am prompted to activate it. Up until now, I have logged in using the Pokémon Trainers Club option, but I have two separate usernames for the Trainers Club and Pokémon GO. When attempting to reset my password in Pokémon GO, I am directed to the Trainers Club website, where it appears I can only reset my Trainer's User password, not my Pokémon GO username. Nevertheless, my Pokémon GO account remains active as confirmed by a friend who can see me in the game. The details are as follows: - Pokémon GO Username: carmiqter - Pokémon GO screen name: MiqPaq49 - Experience: Approximately [redacted],[redacted] - Level: 30 - Account created around 2 years ago - Pokémon Trainer’s Club Username: MickeyFort Please assist me in recovering my Pokémon GO account.

I recently resumed playing Pokémon Go and just rediscovered the game. Today was my first community day featuring the Pokémon Beldum. The event was scheduled from 9 am to 12 pm in my country. I mistakenly assumed the event lasted until midnight, so I missed out on evolving my highest IV Beldum to get the move Meteor Mash for my Metagross. Could Niantic possibly consider granting my Metagross the move Meteor Mash, even though the event has ended? I would be incredibly thankful if my request is approved. Best regards, SteeleFury.

I recently returned to this game after a two-year break. Today marked my first community day event. I misunderstood the event end time and thought it was midnight instead of midday. I dedicated my morning to collecting Beldium, evolving my highest one into a Metagross, only to find out it did not receive the move Meteor Mash. I later learned about the true event ending time and realized my mistake. Given the circumstances, I kindly request Pokémon GO to consider granting my Metagross the move "Meteor Mash" as a gesture of goodwill. I truly invested a lot of time and effort into obtaining this special move, and I would appreciate it immensely. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards, SteeleFury

Today was the Metagross Community Day event, scheduled from 11 am to 2 pm for the Americas and Greenland. I eagerly began hunting for Beldums to evolve into Metagross with the exclusive move. Unfortunately, for the first hour and a half, I did not encounter any event Pokémon on the radar. In an attempt to attract them, I used a lure module along with incense at a PokéStop, but even after the lure expired, I still had no luck finding any event Pokémon. I reside in West Palm Beach, Florida, specifically in the [redacted] zip code area.
