After graduating, I lost access to the Google account provided by my school, and now I can't log in to my Pokémon Go account. I need help retrieving my old account, which I've invested money in. My school can only offer the Google account temporarily, but I can't use it to access Pokémon Go. I'm wondering if there's a way to switch to a new Google account for my game to avoid further issues. Any advice on how to solve this would be greatly appreciated.

We, as a church, have previously asked for our location to be removed from Pokémon Go due to our faith beliefs conflicting with the game. This is our third and final request through this platform. We have the legal right to request removal, and should any injuries occur on our premises due to the game, Pokémon Go will be held liable as we have clearly asked for removal multiple times. Our First Amendment rights as a faith-based organization require this change. If the location is not removed within three days, we will be taking legal action in Federal Court and contacting Congress and the President. We will also involve the American Center For Law and Justice to support our rights. We hope for a respectful resolution to this situation, as it is impacting our rights. Upon attempting to log in to my account recently, I discovered that I had been reset to level 1. After reaching out to customer service, I received automated responses indicating that the email associated with my level 34 account had been changed without my knowledge. Despite having numerous emails confirming my original email address's link to the account, the issue persists. My username is "supermarketjedi." I urgently seek assistance as my account appears compromised. Regrettably, my online activities are severely impacted, limiting my access to the internet except via mobile data. It seems that all my accounts and devices have been breached, even containing a keylogger. This intrusion makes it challenging to reset passwords effectively, leaving me locked out of most services except Google. I implore for swift resolution before further repercussions, especially the potential loss of my Pokemon account.

As a dedicated Ingress player who has been playing Pokemon Go since its launch in Korea, I encountered a frustrating issue today. Being a father of two living abroad, I find it hard to engage in the social aspects of the game. Despite reaching level 35 and capturing Mew and Mewtwo, I have yet to obtain any legendary Pokemon. Fortunately, I joined a large group attempting to defeat Latias in a raid today. Despite my efforts, including using multiple golden razzberries and throwing an excellent shot, I didn't manage to catch Latias. This disappointment has led me to feel upset and tempted to vent my frustrations at Niantic. I understand that you probably receive numerous complaints like this, but I needed to express my frustration. Remember the "I want my two dollars!!" reference? Sigh. Thank you for listening.

I purchased 3 tickets assuming my mom would also get 3 tickets for Pokemon Go Fest Chicago. We have a family of 6, but living [redacted] miles apart, we plan to meet for this event. I did not anticipate that no one in her group would be able to secure tickets. I noticed orders are being refunded. I have been checking tickets.com's website frequently, hoping the canceled tickets will become available again. Today is my twin and my birthday. Some individuals are trying to sell tickets for $[redacted] each to my twin. Can I please adjust my order from 3 to 6 to fill in the spaces of the refunded tickets? My twin, D. Hormel, and I have invested a lot in this. My mom is devastated as she missed last year's event. I have offered not to go so they can, but the high prices on eBay are unaffordable, and my mom is unwilling to discuss it. I understand it may seem irrational, but given my personal struggles, this game brings relief to my day. I work at the Cleveland Clinic treating cancer patients, and playing this game helps me cope with the difficult situations I encounter. I am feeling extremely upset about this situation. Please assist.

Hello, I need assistance with resetting my PTC password. Recently, I encountered login issues in Pokemon Go and after contacting support, I reinstalled the game. However, I now need to reset my password as it was saved in the app. The support team confirmed my account is linked to the correct email. Despite this, I receive an error when trying to reset the password online, stating "Unable to find an account using the provided information." I've gathered email correspondence with support and my PTC registration details to verify ownership. This morning, on 6/5, I finished a Raid but encountered a glitch when I reached the Enter Challenge screen. After the game froze and I had to restart, the Raid had already ended, resulting in the loss of my opportunity to battle Latias, my raid pass, and 9 revives. This situation is disheartening, especially since I have been unsuccessful in catching Latias in my previous 5 attempts. Being at work now makes it even harder to try again. As a dedicated player at level 38 who has invested around two hundred dollars in poke coins over the past two years, I find this issue truly disappointing. I kindly request either to have a Latias credited to my account for the Pokedex or to receive a refund for the raid pass and revives. Missing out on my last chance at a legendary due to a game glitch is incredibly frustrating for me.

During the raid on Sunday, June 3rd at 5:52 PM, we were victorious, but as I went to collect my items, the game crashed. I got disconnected and had to restart while others proceeded to try and catch Ho-oh. Unfortunately, I was left alone to battle again, knowing that one person can't do it alone. This wasn't a free pass; I had used a paid pass and had to heal all my Pokémon for the battle. I couldn't find another group to join, and my original group couldn't re-enter. This issue has occurred multiple times for me, despite being up to date on all updates and using iOS. I even purchased a new phone from a different company. My username is peachs65.

My Pokémon account was unexpectedly terminated without any explanation or evidence. I did not engage in any wrongful activities, yet I have been unable to reach Niantic for a proper appeal aside from receiving automated email responses. Despite being at level 39 and having invested hundreds of dollars in the game over the past years, my account remains inaccessible. I go by the username randomronin, and I am a dedicated Pokémon enthusiast hoping to have my account reinstated.

This morning, Pokemon Go had a major glitch. Upon opening the app, it restarted the tutorial, prompting me to change my nickname and go through the whole process again. I suspected it might have signed me in with a different email, so I attempted to create a temporary account and then sign back into my real one. Surprisingly, the glitch persisted, and my nickname was forcibly changed to "Ehhhhhh1358" on my actual account. I am quite upset about this unexpected alteration. I have invested both time and money into the game and don't want to lose all my progress due to a glitch. Kindly allow me to revert my username to its original form. Dear Niantic, I am Michael R., diagnosed with Asperger Syndrome years ago. After attending Pokemon Go Fest in Chicago, I learned the importance of socializing and making new friends. This game has inspired me to pursue getting my driver's license and lose weight. I am grateful for the positive impact Pokemon Go has had on my life. Dear Support Team, I logged into my Pokémon GO account tonight and received a notification stating that my account "may have been using third-party apps" and has been shadow banned. I am uncertain if my account was compromised or if there is another reason for this. I can assure you that I have not used any cheating methods knowingly. Occasionally, I use the mobile hotspot from another device to save data, but I don't believe this would lead to the issue I am facing. I have already changed my password as a precaution. Recently, all four of our Pokemongo accounts experienced continuous crashes during the events. This issue caused frustration as we didn't receive purchased Pokecoins on time for the Articuno raids, resulting in a missed opportunity to catch Articuno. The game also crashed during raiding on all accounts, leading to a lack of extra raid passes. Additionally, we were unable to obtain shiny Pokemon due to being frequently kicked out of the game. During the most recent event, my account encountered issues, causing significant disruptions during gameplay even after purchasing extra coins. We have collectively spent more than $50 in the past week across our four accounts: MysKat, TChapley, Chapley6, and MChapley. These recurring connectivity problems have become a major source of frustration, prompting us to consider discontinuing playing the game. Despite our dedication to the game, these experiences have left us feeling dissatisfied. We are hopeful for potential compensation such as reimbursement of raid passes or refunds for the disrupted gameplay. As avid players who travel long distances to participate in optimal game conditions, we are eager for assurances that these issues will be addressed. As a photography enthusiast, I often engage in AR shooting while playing this game. I own multiple phones for their cameras, with the current number being 8 soon to be 10! Typically, I have the flexibility to adjust settings manually, but in this game, such manual control seems limited. I have a couple of questions: 1. I noticed the flash is disabled in the game when entering AR camera mode. Even the torch option is not available. Why is this so? I understand phone flashes may not be the best, but even the torch feature is disabled. 2. If I were to tweak the Android camera/2 API to mirror the settings from a third-party camera app (presumably the game uses camera open/release and storage pathways), specifically to enable the torch and take HDR shots with a single click, would this modification trigger any alerts or cause the camera feature to fail while in AR mode? My intention is to have the torch remain active and enable multi-base HDR shots with a single-button press, without this being applied to every photo taken. Focusing on torch override, adjusting the camera activity appears to be the straightforward route. I'm keen to understand the implications of such changes on the AR camera function in the game. Can you advise on potential issues that may arise? I have a sleep disorder, leading me to play at various times during the day and night. Night play is especially crucial for me, given the limitations during daytime hours. However, certain game elements are restricted at night, leaving me with fewer AR options after dark unless I resort to carrying an additional torch. Hi there, I was having a great day playing Pokémon Go (my favorite game), when suddenly I received a red warning stating that my account was flagged for "cheating." I don't believe I cheated, but after consulting my grandfather, he mentioned that it might be due to me catching only one Pokémon from the U.S. Last year, during a school trip to Las Vegas, my phone had low battery as I was capturing pictures of the landscapes! With limited battery, I had little time to catch Pokémon and only managed to catch a Tauros, a region-exclusive. It seems like your system may have misunderstood this as "spoofing." Hello Pokemon GO team, I recently received a red warning on my app for cheating, and I want to apologize for my actions. I have already changed my Gmail password (as it's linked to my account), uninstalled the app, and revoked permissions as per the rules. It was disappointing not being able to join my friends in catching Pokemon today due to the warning. I appreciate the amazing Pokemon available now and regret missing out. Unfortunately, my friends, who were previously accepting of me being homosexual, reacted differently to my situation and subjected me to hurtful comments. It's disappointing to see players being penalized for adjusting their GPS locations when necessary. This isn't considered cheating for many users in situations like mine. The lack of in-game support and rewards in our areas push us to resort to such measures. Sadly, I'm forced to uninstall until a fairer approach is taken. It's disheartening to witness the decline of a game once vibrant and popular, now only frequented by those with more time than the average worker. The company's focus on profits over player experience seems evident. My hope is for a positive change that makes the game enjoyable for everyone, not just a select few.

Good afternoon, My name is Juan Marcos Segura, and my Pokémon Go username is jmarcosso. This morning, I visited the Los Arcos Mall in Seville for the Eevee Community Day event. Despite not encountering any shiny Eevee until the last minute, I managed to capture one and took some photos. Unfortunately, upon reviewing the Pokémon's profile, it appeared as a regular Eevee instead of a shiny one. I have evidence in the form of pictures showcasing the initial shiny appearance. I am inquiring if there is a way to retrieve the shiny Eevee I initially found or possibly receive compensation. Regards.
