I have purchased fifa points on fifa ** on many occasions, spent nearly $*k over the last *-* months to gamble on promo packs, not a proud statement. On ******** i purchased another $*** in fifa points, gambled on promo packs. I listed multiple valuable player cards Van **** (***K) and Kante (***K) and approx ***-*** contracts cards (consumables worth around *** coin) on the market in preparation for the Team of the Year cards being release in the near future. I've spent obscene amounts of money on gambling mechanics within the game to not be accused of cheating or be labeled a cheater so that my account isn't wiped for using a *rd party. Approx ** of the contracts cards i sold that night started at ***-*** coin with a max buy out of *k and were actually purchased (possibly by drunk people on new years eve) for the buy out of *k even though the cards are valued at *** coin. The remaining ** or so cards sold for *** - *** coin. There doesn't seem to be an issue with the cards that sold for cheap, but when i get lucky my account gets unfairly wiped. I have zero control over people over paying for my consumable cards. The automated system flagged me as a coin buyer due to getting a little lucky that night on the transfer market and wiped my account clear of One million coins I've legitimately earned that night and some from over the last *-* months. I spoke to a person at EA on ****** and they seemed to agree i had done nothing wrong and forwarded an e-mail on ******** to the terms of service department. Today i received an e-mail stating my case was reviewed and that i am a cheater. If my case was reviewed, there is no way you can label me a cheater. I've done everything legit from the day this game was released. I was patient, thinking my case would be corrected within a few days, not expecting to see EA double down on a customer calling me a cheater when there is literally no proof because i didn't cheat. I've spent a lot of real world money to comply with the terms of service. I've been playing fifa since N**, i have no reason to get myself banned form a series I've been playing for **-** years. This was my first year on PC and i may never purchase another EA product again if they can't get this straight. I've put money down on xbox for fifa points over the years and i have purchased many EA products and just like that, i'm called a cheater. EA literally took all my real world money to gamble, then accused me of cheating, and then wiped my account and gives me no real explanation other then i was a coin buyer which is in no way factual true. I've literally been stolen from at this point.
