I have bought FIFA points on FIFA 19 numerous times, spending nearly $2,[redacted] in the past 2-3 months on promo packs. After purchasing $[redacted] in FIFA points on 12/31/18 and listing valuable player cards like Van Dyke (200K) and Kante (450K) along with consumables, my account was flagged as a coin buyer. Despite speaking to EA and having them review my case, my account was still unfairly wiped clean of one million coins. I have followed all the rules and regulations of the game, spending significant amounts of money to play. Being accused of cheating without any evidence has left me frustrated and considering not purchasing EA products in the future.

I had trouble logging into Pogo as "kiwipumpkin" with a new EA email in October [redacted]. I could not access my account details and ended up creating a new account, "kiwipumpkin55," and paid for a new subscription. Recently, I realized that my old login as "kiwipumpkin" was also charged for a new yearly fee. I am in Australia and need assistance with getting a refund to my Visa card for the old "kiwipumpkin" account. Please ensure that the old account is canceled to prevent future charges. Kindly let me know if I will receive a refund for "kiwipumpkin," which I have not used since September/October [redacted].

My EA/Origin account is ellie202 and it's connected to the email "[redacted]". I created the account five years ago, and today when I tried to log in on my old laptop, I couldn't access it due to password issues. Upon checking, I realized my email was incorrect; it should be [redacted] instead of .co.uk. I tried to update it but couldn't remember the security question answer, "What was your dream job as a kid?" I am aware of my mistake and willing to provide proof of purchase to reclaim access to my games. I hope to resolve this soon. Thank you for your assistance.

I have three accounts, with two of them transitioning to EA a few months ago. The first one is under the email "[redacted]" with the password "Ralph1898," while the second one is connected to "[redacted]" with the password "Orange12." When I sought help on Pogo, my name was identified as Patricia Ann Gordon, nicknamed tuggiebug1. This account links to "[redacted]" with the password "Tinker1939." However, after the transition to EA, I am unable to log in due to an email conflict. I have tried following the instructions provided but encountered issues with the password and email, now showing the username as "TUGGIEBUG7." I urgently need access to my account with the password "Tinker1939" under the username "tuggiebug1" and email "[redacted] I have attempted to reach out through various channels but have not received assistance. Missing out on activities has left me feeling behind, stressing over completing challenges. Having built friendships on Pogo, losing access to my email is particularly distressing. I am puzzled as to why my email is not functioning when it is listed on my accounts. Kindly help me regain access. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I've been having trouble accessing my Pogo account. Every time I try to log in, it says my credentials have expired. I've already changed my password and screen name, but I still can't get in. This is really frustrating because I just renewed my Pogo membership, and I really enjoy playing all the games. I'm looking for assistance in resolving this issue. Please contact me at [redacted] to explain what's happening and what steps are being taken to fix the problem.

Please cancel my Pogo account under the name HunyDew1. I am unable to provide more details as I am locked out of my account. I wish to ensure my credit card information and other details are not accessible. It's unfortunate that this situation has arisen, and I believe Pogo may lose many customers with this level of service. As you have taken over Pogo accounts, I request that all my information be removed. Let's swiftly address this to avoid any further issues.

I am writing on behalf of Mr. Donald Sutherland, a long-time customer. Mr. Sutherland now has two public IDs, "spuddoo" and the newly created "spuddoo1." The creation of "spuddoo1" was necessary due to difficulties updating "spuddoo" as requested by EA. Despite creating "spuddoo1," Mr. Sutherland wishes to access all tokens and badges earned under his original ID "spuddoo." He has paid for subscriptions for both "spuddoo" and "spuddoo1." The email associated with "spuddoo" is [redacted], while the new "spuddoo1" account is linked to Scott@BnDMarine. Mr. Sutherland's request to revert to his original ID seems reasonable given the circumstances. To address this issue, please contact either myself at [redacted] or Mr. Sutherland at [redacted]. I am Mr. Sutherland's IT support and am responsible for maintaining his computer systems. In conclusion, Mr. Sutherland simply seeks to regain access to his old ID "spuddoo" along with the associated badges and tokens. Any assistance in resolving this matter is appreciated. Sincerely, Joe Jurkenas [redacted] FCC PG-1-[redacted] for Mr. Donald Sutherland

I accidentally deleted all the gems and power-ups I bought. After a misunderstanding with my credit card statement, I realized I did double purchase [redacted] gems twice at $[redacted].99 each on 01/21/19, but my bank reversed the duplicate charge on 02/26/19. However, now I can't buy gems or update payment methods because I seem to be banned or suspended. I've been a member for over 14 years and love your games. Can you help so I can continue enjoying them? Please reach out to me at my email [redacted] I prefer talking to a person as I've had trouble with eahelp.com. My phone number is [redacted]. I miss playing your games, and I appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you for your help.

I encountered issues with the compatibility scan indicating that my resolution of 1366x768 was not compatible, causing errors in accessing games like Trizzle and Daily Sudoku. The new HD games are slow and freeze, unlike the original games I prefer. I am frustrated by the difficulty I experienced in getting help from Pogo support and the overall lack of responsiveness to customer issues. It is disappointing to see numerous games being phased out while encountering technical problems with the new ones. I hope for a prompt resolution to these issues, as many players may be facing similar challenges. I eagerly await your response and believe that customers deserve better access to support.

I've been experiencing issues signing in to Pogo since last night using different browsers. Even though Internet Explorer has Pogo open, I'm unable to sign in. Furthermore, Pogo Daily Sudoku won't open on any browser, including IE, despite playing it yesterday. The problem seems interconnected. I'm unsure about the mention of it being fixed as I still cannot sign in.

When attempting to access Pogo, I encountered an issue where the page couldn't be reached for signing in. It seemed like my Pogo account was lost during the transition to EA's ownership. After updating my email address and username due to EA's requirements, I faced registration problems. Initially, I used my email address as the username without including "@sbcglobal.net," which worked fine until the change. I assumed my new email address would be my username but ran into login problems later. Researching similar user issues led me to EASO.EA.com, where I adjusted storage settings on my computer, enabling me to provide EA customer support with the necessary details. EA support informed me that I had the wrong web address and reverted my account to the original Pogo username, email address, and password. This restoration process allowed me to regain access to my account, bringing my 12-year Pogo experience back to normal. I am thrilled to have resolved the issue and continue enjoying the game site.

I am having trouble logging into POGO on my desktop computer. I purchased a new processor out of frustration, hoping it would solve the issue. After setting it up, I attempted to sign in through pogo.com, but I keep getting a message stating that the sign-in for EA is unavailable. Strangely, POGO works fine on my iPhone and iPad using Puffin, but not on my new desktop. My username is Irishtimes, and my email is [redacted] I last played without any problems on Friday at 3pm, but encountered login issues when I tried playing again at 8pm. I'm located in Arizona. I reached out to the help desk with case number [redacted]7 and unique key 17ceb66b, but I have not received any assistance yet.

I have a Pogo account under the username agapefrog linked to [redacted] Today, I was prompted to merge with EA Games and used the same email. However, it claimed the email was already in use, understandably, as it's mine. I then logged in using my account email but couldn't use agapefrog as it was in use, and had to create a new name (LunaSoleil) assuming it would merge the accounts, but it didn't. I lost my badges, badge albums, coins, avatars, and gems. I need help fixing this quickly. I'm willing to change usernames, but I want my earned and purchased items back.

I recently noticed a charge of $6.99 on my credit card without my authorization for the Pogo membership. I specifically wanted the membership for only one month and did not approve this charge. Kindly refund the money promptly. Failure to do so will result in me contacting the authorities and pursuing fraud charges against your company. It is important to respect customers' choices and not charge them without consent. Please act within 24 hours or I will have to take legal action. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

For the countless times I have raised this issue and received no assistance, I am beyond frustrated. The live chat doesn't work, and there is no available phone number for me to call. This is incredibly frustrating. You can reach me at [redacted]. Please call me urgently. Now, regarding my issue: I have two Origin accounts, SpaceBork01 and Deadpool-ISP-. Sadly, I cannot access the Deadpool account as the linked email was deleted, making recovery challenging. I would like one of two things: 1) transfer all Deadpool games to the SpaceBork account, or 2) regain access to the Deadpool account. The preferable option is the first one. It would be greatly appreciated to receive assistance from a real person who can provide actual help.

As a Club Pogo member, I usually access the site through a saved password on my favorites bar. Recently, the account has been updated to the new EA Games sign-in method. Today, I encountered an issue where instead of my account, it displayed "guest" and asked me to sign in with my email address. When I did, it showed my ex-husband's screen name because we share the same email address. I would like my old screen name "bobxruth" deleted and keep my current one, "AngieXXXXX." I appreciate any help with this issue since I'm not very tech-savvy and unfortunately can't reach Pogo directly by phone. Please resolve this promptly so I can continue enjoying the games I've paid for. Thank you.

I have two Pogo accounts: "pokiegirl52263" and "pokster8151". In [redacted], my credit card was charged six times, totaling $[redacted].34. I only realized this when the "pokster8151" account got suspended for non-payment, prompting me to check the payment history. I'm puzzled as to how multiple charges led to the suspension of one of my accounts. I'm requesting that my account be corrected and the overcharges refunded back as credit to both of my accounts. Thanks.

I canceled my Pogo membership over a year ago, and EA has not refunded the fee, despite confirming the account closure. In April, I received an email stating they would charge the membership fee for the closed account on May 10, [redacted]. Despite numerous attempts to contact them through various channels, there was no response. I contacted Paypal about the unauthorized charge, and they directed me back to EA Games. EA Games then claimed there was a problem with my Paypal account, but the issue was not resolved. Today, my bank notified me that the Paypal account would be charged for $43.95 instead of the stated amount. I have tried reaching out to EA Games through different means, including social media, but have not received any response. This situation is causing me anxiety and financial strain as I am on a fixed income. The membership was under the name Poolmonstermasta and was used by my husband, who stopped using it due to a stroke in early [redacted].

I've encountered issues trying to play Pogo on my new tablet after the latest download. Due to financial constraints from working part-time, I've decided it's best to discontinue playing. The $39.99 yearly fee could be better used elsewhere as every dollar is essential for my expenses. I previously informed Pogo about this but haven't received any response. Considering my COPD diagnosis and financial struggles, I kindly request a refund of the $39.99 for the membership fee. I understand the importance of managing expenses, especially with my current situation. I hope for your understanding and cooperation in returning the amount. My player name is Christine, also known as flashyrosebud582 (or similar), and my contact email is [redacted] I appreciate your help and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
