I have spent a whole night of nonsense once again trying to get help to no avail. I could access my account membership of ** yrs earlier today but went for supper, logged out cannot get passwords to work for either
GetHuman-adschle did not yet indicate what Pogo - EA Games should do to make this right.

I had a free account too (maybe luckily?) and when I accessed Pogo.com over and over that profile eventually came up some how but as a guest and not signed into (had not used it for a long tine and no longer knew the password- could not get that changed either, maybe a different E-mail address) but I had added Jemima** (my subscription account) to that free account as a friend long ago so I was able to access the stats*gems*badges and all that and I sent that as a file attachment for account ID. Not sure if it helped or not... maybe with ID. I did a zillion things. I googled to find others with the problem. I tried help desk . multiple times. Two previous phone calls. There were all kinds of e-mails and password changes that didn't work but I found the right person to fix the problem, luckily. The last man from the help desk was the one that I knew would fix it, immediately. He was very professional and determined to get it done and he did.* The other problem apparently that has not been fixed is that I must have put the wrong birth date in accidentally ** yrs. ago so I still cannot access all of my account info such as billing etc. or cancelling subscription which concerns me. I think what I must have put in as birth date ****?? instead of l***.I So apparently I was thought to be an unborn child??? Now I have to get proof of age to EA games and I have a dumb phone and I never send pictures... don't even know how. My contact said get a family member. I don't have one in this province. And other people here (this is a lodge) I don't think can help me - I will try someone I suppose) I will try at some point. I am just glad that I can access my account. I don't think many people would stick with this for such a lengthy time. I basically only play one game now most of the time so I almost didn't renew. I enjoyed the old Pogo days. a lot. The most aggravating thing was doing those "are you human"puzzles over and over when passwords would not work. And my eyes are not what they used to be either. Had to make the page larger each time. Not to mention it added immensely to my frustration. I also had tried chat before, that didn't work. The person left me with a form to fill out with my info. At the end it asked questions about EA games which didn't seem to apply to me. I didn't fill them in and it would not proceed to be sent until I filled it out I believe. Anyhow I remember seeing a *go back* at end of page. I pressed that and the whole questionnaire i had filled out was gone, pfft. i am so grateful to that EA phone contact for his patience and ability. Jemima** Another customer? if he had as much difficulty as I did would have to just stick with it and hope he finally draws someone with the will and knowledge (or experience) to help him and then it will get done.
