Help with my Pogo - EA Games issue
How did GetHuman-bzager do it?

The issue in GetHuman-bzager's own words
I spent three hours yesterday, October **, ****, trying to UPDATE my POGO account to EA account. My annual subscription amount is taken automatically from my primary bank account. POGO has all that info. After an hour of speaking to an EA tech, who couldn't get my new password to work either, she said there is a THIRD PARTY on my computer and for $**** they could get rid of it. She said something about a one time check--and reiterated "...it could only be used once..." which made no sense to me. I said I was going to call LifeLock and hung up. Lifelock said to call my cable company. The Spectrum tech said to run a Sophos "full Scan" --I had just run a quick scan and "no threats were detected. The "full scan" turned up "PUA" file which had to be manually removed-which I did this morning, October **, ****. Now, Sophos is running again.*I am thoroughly disgusted. I have been a loyal customer of POGO since ****. Last year, a POGO subscription page was a scam (September ****). Finally got subscription screen to fully appear after I told POGO "tech" I was calling Lifelock-after he said, "... my account was trying to be be reached by Russis*Mexico* and North America. Had all my personal information*SS*' mother's maiden name." I was also part of the millions who had the wonderful credit reporting agency Equifax ***** up permitting all our personal information float out in cyberspace September ****. I'm not sure what's happening currently, but I did delete the "PUA" file. When this current mess is resolved, I want to get my checking account information removed from POGO*EA GAMES and just pay my annual membership by money order in the future instead of auto deduction.
GetHuman-bzager did not yet indicate what Pogo - EA Games should do to make this right.
