My account won't let me enter credit card info. Had a problem when pogo charged my account wrongly in error for gems the entry was corrected but the gems never removed from my account and I think that's where the problem lies. I called twice and the person said they need to transfer me to some Company that needs get into my computer and that person works outside pogo. The problem is in Pogo. Maybe I need to open up another account the only thing is I don't want to lose my *,***,*** points and I don't want to start over. They other issue is I see that people are winning cash in some games never could figure how it is done is it by using your point, if not why have points.I have been with pogo for years if the first issue you can't correct then maybe pogo is not the place for me. My *is ***-***-****
