my concern is over losing my gems. Losing them all, for what reason??? I did have a couple of hundred and now I have *!!!!!! *I renewed in June at a cost of $** cdn ...... been a member forever ....... and I have * gems !!! *** gems on renewal too???? A blink of an eye and zap ... I’ve been robbed.......*-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------*You ask what I expect you to do about it?*I didn't use the gems or remove them, nor did I get the *** for my renewal. I assumed you would know the answers or have a record of where they are. My expectations is to receive the gems for renewal and the others that disappeared. I don't have the exact amount.

GetHuman-jmlundst did not yet indicate what Pogo - EA Games should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-jmlundst fixed the problem
I'm obviously not getting a response from Pogo - EA, I did expect a correction for the loss of the gems. Pogo is responsible to give the gems advertised for my June renewal, and obvious the other gems that were taken. It is your responsibility...…...what more do you expect me to say? Where else could my complaint go??
