Log in. ... I bought Sims * at a store. I’ve been playing for months with no problem. Now when I click the app on my MacBook, it says “activation required” . I activated the account months ago. What is happening ? It keeps asking for my product code, which makes no sense. I have played every day for months. I shouldn’t have to re-enter my product code. When I enter that code, obviously it says that the code has been redeemed. Please assist so I can return to playing.*Player user name is Th*Y*llowLuxray**Thanks,*Michael Skaggs
Keeps asking me to remit code, which I did over a month ago. Now when I remit the code it says that code has already been redeemed, which of course it has, as I redeemed it when I bought the game.
Contact me and tell me how to manuver around what is obviously a glitch.
