Hello, I’m Cyndee Dhalai. It has come to my attention that Ziaran MacAllister has been using my information on your site. She has been using my name and my late husband’s iPads and phone numbers as contacts. This is distressing for me as I’m not interested in dating sites after losing my husband. Ziaran has used different names on various sites, including Fiona Farrell, Ziaran Macallum, and Freya Castle. I am only on WhatsApp, not Facebook or Twitter. I have found out she was corresponding with people using my devices, but I have blocked and deleted their contacts. I value my name and reputation, and I ask for your assistance in resolving this matter. I have to delete emails she set up and contact other sites she signed up for, which is burdensome. I hope you can address this issue promptly.

I am having trouble logging into my Plenty of Fish account under the username "beinpeace." I attempted to reset my password by entering my email and clicking the blue button to receive a new password via email. However, after checking my email inbox and spam folder multiple times, I did not receive any messages from Plenty of Fish with a new password. Despite trying this process several times, I did not receive any emails with a new password to access my account. I urgently need to regain access to my account. The customer service experience has been frustrating as a premium member. The provided phone number goes to a voicemail box that is always full, preventing me from leaving a message or getting assistance. I have tried calling multiple times to no avail.

I was recently contacted by someone claiming to be Jonathan Palumbo, stating he is in the military with a grandchild in "Cripple Creek- Denver," cared for by a nanny. He mentioned difficulty accessing his bank account and requested a money transfer from "the Recovery Bank," which I declined. He repeatedly asks for my address and expresses love, pressuring me to reciprocate despite only knowing him for a little over a month. He claims to be in Yemen with an intelligence division. I am concerned that the individual may be impersonating Jonathan Palumbo. This interaction began in late May or early June. How can I verify if this is a scam?

It's concerning that he may be targeting other women on this platform. Steve has a history of scamming women, being involved in drug abuse, and being physically abusive. He manipulates multiple women simultaneously and takes advantage of them financially. I have personally experienced his deceit and abuse, and I wanted to warn others to prevent anyone else from suffering the way I have. I have been a long-time member of Plenty of Fish but encountered issues with account security. My previous account Lovebyname1 was compromised by a scammer, leading me to create 1lovebyname. After years of inactivity, I tried to log back in without success due to forgotten password. Despite numerous requests, I did not receive the password reset link. Consequently, I created a new account attached to a different email address ([redacted]) as I couldn't link it to [redacted] Using the app for a few months, engaging in conversations, and planning to meet someone, my account was unexpectedly deleted twice for violating terms. Perplexed by this, I created a new account under a different name and email, only to face deletion again within 24 hours. I am bewildered by these actions and seek clarification on the reasons behind the account removals. I request a review of this situation and the opportunity to rejoin the platform.

POF introduced an issue by inserting an UPGRADE AD in my messaging box, preventing me from sending any messages. Despite my complaints, they have been completely unresponsive. I have been trying to reach out via email every day for a week seeking assistance. Their customer service is the most unsatisfactory I have ever encountered, and mistreating customers is not a way to encourage them to upgrade their services. When I bring up the problem, they respond by blocking my account for a couple of weeks. After further complaints, they even deleted the photos on my profile. It is evident that their customer service is nonexistent. I attempted to delete my account to start afresh, but there seems to be some sort of lingering block on it. Despite multiple requests for a supervisor, I have not received any responses. To resolve this, I simply request that they delete my account and email so I can create a new one, yet they seem unwilling to do so. This behavior highlights the dysfunctionality of the company.

I have reported someone to Scamwatch, and the banks have locked my account pending investigation. I suspect the individual is still active on the platform and has defrauded numerous women of significant amounts of money. Unfortunately, it seems like he has blocked me, making it difficult to track him down. He is a sophisticated scammer who manipulates vulnerable women to gain access to their bank accounts for money laundering. Authorities have advised me to reach out to POF and provide any relevant information. He operates on multiple platforms, targeting women he meets on dating sites or using stolen funds from businesses. I possess various photos and two phone numbers associated with him, previously known as Rich. I am willing to provide any necessary details to ensure he is apprehended and prevented from causing further harm.

I have autism and ADHD, and the app meant a lot to me. My account was unfairly removed, despite not engaging in any harmful behavior. I was banned for nudity? Is your moderation bot malfunctioning? I was only showcasing my tattoos as art, not nudity. I am frustrated and in need of my account to be unbanned as I have a music performance planned with friends at 7 PM Central Time tonight. Why does your moderation bot sometimes make mistakes? It unfairly bans users for no valid reason. Please lift the ban quickly as I have been looking forward to this jam session and need to participate by playing the guitar and singing. This individual's behavior escalated to the point where he insulted me, threatened me, and exhibited concerning actions near my home. I took precautions such as involving the police and installing security cameras, yet I was still removed from the site. It's frustrating that this happened when I was just trying to handle the situation responsibly. My username is Kljb381, and the person in question is Mike from Warsaw NC. I believed he was a decent person until things took a dark turn. I had met someone previously on the site with better results, which encouraged me to give it another try. I recently ran a thorough virus security check on my computer, and there were no issues. However, despite updating my password and trying a new one, I am unable to access my account. A few days ago, I renewed my POF subscription for another three months at a cost of $44 CAD. However, I was shocked to discover that despite paying this fee, I cannot view who has "liked" me without an additional payment. This has never been an issue in the past. I recently bought a three-month POF subscription for $44 Canadian a few days ago. However, even after making this purchase, I am unable to see who has liked me without additional payment. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed by this change, as I have never encountered this issue in my two years of using the site. I demand either a full refund or an immediate solution to this problem. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to cancel my membership and cease using the dating site permanently. This new policy feels deceitful and like a complete scam.

Yesterday, I regained access to all my information and my profile was still intact. However, last night they prompted me to sign in again. I created a new password, but now my subscription is not being accepted. I have been a member for 6 years. Please provide me with a clear explanation and help me access my account. It seems like there was an issue that occurred. I believe I have been a victim of catfishing and have reported the individual. However, I am confused about the situation. Another user accused me of catfishing and made a disturbing remark. I reported them, and as a result, my account was canceled.
