You have charged my credit card and I selected not to renew my account. It is now blocked and I cannot access whether or not it renews. Please refund me as of September *th on my credit card. This is very poor customer service and very sneaky. Causes breech of trust. **Please confirm with my email directly this has been looked after. L*****@***.com. **Lisa
