Hello, I am reaching out because I encountered an issue with my account, rubyj225517, being unexpectedly deleted. Following an unpleasant experience offline with a man from the site who sent me unsolicited explicit images despite my clear boundaries, I blocked him from contacting me. Upon trying to address this situation by leaving a note on POF, I received an error message, and unfortunately, my profile was removed without any prior notification or explanation. I have not engaged in any abusive behavior and have actively tried to address inappropriate conduct on the platform. I have been searching for customer support to address this issue to no avail. I kindly request assistance in restoring my account as I had meaningful connections that I would like to continue. Thank you for your understanding and prompt attention to this matter. Sincerely, Pam.

I want to bring to your attention a user named Greg Voss. He is known to use multiple email addresses and is active on numerous dating sites. Greg often does not upload his picture on these platforms. We have come across his profiles on Match and Meetville, where he sometimes uses his authentic information but also creates fake accounts. He frequents dating sites, chat rooms, and video chatting apps, engaging with women and requesting pictures using various text and burner number apps. Despite being 39 years old with a teenage daughter and a 21-year-old son, he typically targets women between the ages of 18-25. Greg portrays a sweet and romantic persona, often discussing his past relationships and garnering sympathy before manipulating individuals into intimate exchanges. It's crucial to address this concerning behavior. Greg's real name is Gregory Voss, and we have identified that he is associated with Big Number One Motorsports in Homewood, Alabama, residing in Adamsville, Alabama. His verified contact number is [redacted], and some of his known email addresses include [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted]

Hi there, my name is Steven M. I recently requested a refund from POF.com. I emailed [redacted] to ask for a refund and requested that my account and subscription be canceled and removed within 14 days of opening the account. My reason for this request is due to encountering too many fake accounts, which is not what I signed up for. Although I can no longer access the app using my account, I have not received a refund or any response to my email request. Additionally, I am unable to access my account at all now. I have attempted to reset my password, but I have not received any response via email. I am willing to proceed with the cancellation and deletion of my account as long as I receive the £38.00 refund I paid for a two-month subscription. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach them via the provided UK contact number.

Hello, my name is Steven Mccann. I recently contacted gethuman.com regarding a matter with pof.com. I bought a two-month subscription for £38.70 as well as a token for £1.99. I emailed pof at [redacted] asking for my subscription to be terminated, account deleted, and a complete refund since I am within the 14-day refund period. In the email, I clearly outlined my request for a refund, specified the amounts, and provided my rationale. When I attempted to log into my account on my Apple iPhone, I was unable to, leading me to believe that my account has been deleted and the subscription canceled. Though I have yet to receive the refund, I am unsure of the timeframe for it to process. I have furnished all the necessary details for the refund. I would appreciate it if you could look into my case. Thank you.

I joined POF.com, used it for three days, but decided it wasn't for me. I didn't log back in after the initial three days. On Sunday, $81.40 was deducted from my account unexpectedly. I reached out to customer service and spoke with Mike Brown. Despite trying to get a refund to my card, I ended up being charged an additional $[redacted] on top of the $81.40. I was provided a number to contact Mike Brown, but each time I've called, including today, I end up with a message stating the extension doesn't exist. I also attempted to reach the customer service number I used before, only to encounter the same issue after waiting for five minutes each time. Currently, I've been charged $81.40, $[redacted], and incurred a $36 NSF fee. My attempts to resolve this by phone have been unsuccessful.

Hello, I am Jay Nichols, and I am facing difficulties with terminating my POF membership. I can't remember my password and no longer have access to the email linked with my account for resetting it. The issues are: inability to cancel membership, forgot password, and lack of access to the linked email. I can be reached at [redacted] in the USA. Please get in touch via call or text. Thank you, Jay Nichols (UN: jaylovesbooks).

I understand you are frustrated, but it seems like you are having trouble changing the age group settings on the dating website. It appears that the system keeps reverting to your original age range despite your attempts to adjust it. This issue is preventing you from connecting with individuals outside of the designated age bracket. It seems like you feel discriminated against, and you believe the website is limiting your options unfairly. You are considering seeking legal advice to address this matter if it is not resolved promptly.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my POF account. My username is rollerskatergirl, and my email is [redacted] When I initially joined POF in [redacted], I used the phone number [redacted], which I no longer have. The support team attempted to assist me, and I successfully created a new account using the same username, password, and email but a different phone number, [redacted]. I managed to access my account last night after verification via a code sent to my phone. However, today when I tried to log in, the system claimed my username or password was incorrect, even though I am certain it is accurate. I am unable to prompt the system to send me a verification code to access my account. Can someone please assist me with this issue?

I made sure to set my preferences to display men interested in women (as I am a woman seeking a man), yet I keep seeing women or men interested in other men. Even when using the Live! feature, I am not being shown only women as I saved my settings to show men looking for women near my age in the US. Everything was working correctly before, but now it has switched the gender settings and only displays women. I did not upgrade or pay for this change. I have previously lodged complaints, but nothing has been resolved.

I changed devices and had trouble accessing my Plenty of Fish account. I had to make a new account, duplicating all my details but the intro on my profile. I paid $86 on May 4 to upgrade my membership but can't access it. I want my previous upgraded status with the account name "farkles19" to be active. My name is Thomas Ferrell, and my new account also uses the name "farkles19." I need help to access the membership benefits I paid for.

I have noticed some concerning behavior on POF. Many male users seem to have inappropriate intentions when communicating with women, which is detrimental to the platform. I suggest that POF should display a visible statement for both men and women. Any user who experiences disrespectful communication should report it, leading to consequences for the offender. Personally, as an upgraded member, I have encountered an issue where I get a message stating, "SORRY, this person is looking for a different type of connection. Please use Meet Me." It would be more beneficial if individuals could independently decide who they want to interact with. I have found at least one woman who is interested in hearing from me, but when I attempt to send a message, the message "SORRY" appears.

I am experiencing login issues as my password setting for my Gold member account has all been changed. The system is asking for an old USA mobile number which I have never owned. I also received an email from POF mentioning a refund, but I am concerned about the status of my account, credit card details, and personal photos. I am disappointed by the lack of assistance from customer support and will escalate this further if no clear explanation is provided. Customer service has not been responsive, and it appears I may lose my money due to this unauthorized change. I am puzzled by the mention of a USA number ending in 15, as I have never had such a number.

I want to bring attention to a user named Greg V. who has been using multiple email addresses on various dating sites. He tends not to use a profile picture. On platforms like Match and Meetville, we've discovered both authentic and fake accounts under his name. Greg V. is known to be a sex addict and frequents dating sites, chat rooms, and video chatting apps to watch women. He utilizes text and burner phone apps to obtain different numbers to communicate with women and solicit pictures from them. Despite being 39 years old with teenagers, he typically targets women aged 18-25. Greg V. employs a manipulative approach, initially appearing sweet and romantic before pressuring you into sending explicit content. However, the images he exchanges aren't of himself, as he lies about his identity and age. If you come across him, please take action. His real name is Gregory Voss, and we have identified his workplace and residence in Alabama, along with some of his email addresses.

I recently upgraded to a one-year subscription, but I have been very disappointed with the service. I believe the site has been compromised with fake profiles, and the management needs to address this issue. I am requesting a refund as of today, 7/3/[redacted]. If the company upholds integrity, they should honor my request. Otherwise, I will take further action. My username is Trailblazer777, and my name is Ronald N. Thank you.

I am experiencing issues with the system. After relocating and updating my zip code, the application used to automatically change the state accordingly. However, the current version does not have this feature, and it cannot be corrected in the Edit Profile settings. This is just one of the many problems I have encountered since the POF application was updated. It is important for you to thoroughly test changes to make sure they function properly and retain all previous options. Asking users to upgrade while the site is significantly lacking in functionality is frustrating and disappointing.

Every time I attempt to log in, a verification code is sent to my phone that I've entered multiple times. However, after entering it, there is no response or indication of how to proceed further into my account. I have been a long-time user of Plenty of Fish and have never encountered this issue until recently. Please address this matter promptly as I may have to discontinue using your services if this problem persists.

Someone recently contacted our home phone, sending inappropriate photos and offering services for payment. They repeatedly sent unsolicited images and attempted to obtain a verification code. We do not have any online dating accounts, as we are a married couple of seven years who have always been faithful. This behavior constitutes harassment, and prostitution is illegal in Colorado Springs. I am adamant about taking legal action against this individual. Prosecution is necessary, and I believe banning them from your platform would also be in compliance with the law. I possess explicit photos and all the offensive messages they sent.

I inadvertently set up two accounts on Plenty of Fish. Initially, I created a new account to explore dating on the west coast but encountered issues changing the location to Alberta. Subsequently, I created another account without deleting the first one, leading to both accounts being deleted. The inability to change provinces posed a problem. After setting up a new account with a different Gmail address, it was also deleted, despite being the only active one. I am uncertain as to why this occurred and would like to retrieve my account, username WCGal, email: [redacted] Any assistance is welcomed. Roberta Ott

Is there a customer service number for PlentyofFish available? I am struggling with logging back into my account. I have been a long-time user of POF and never had these issues before. I keep encountering password problems despite the promises of receiving assistance to regain access. I am puzzled by these recent difficulties. Over the years, I've enjoyed using POF and have had success meeting people on the platform. I am willing to pay for the service if required. Could you please assist me in resolving this login issue and help me regain access to my beloved dating site, POF?

I am seeking to update my email address for notifications and my physical location on the POF site. Despite following various online instructions, I am unable to find the suggested buttons while signing into my account. Some links redirect me to third-party sites requesting credit card information before offering assistance, which I am reluctant to provide. I believe it is unnecessary to pay or share sensitive information for such basic account updates. I am hesitant to create a new account or move to a different platform, as I have been content with the service so far. However, if I cannot modify my location or receive notifications properly, I might be compelled to take one of these steps. I have changed my city and suburb and now reside in Canberra/Narrabundah/A.C.T, which should reflect accurately on my profile, as my original city/suburb/state was Melbourne/Middle Park/Victoria. To adjust email notifications: - Log in on a computer. - Navigate to Edit Profile. - I do not see the Mail Settings tab as indicated. - I wish to update the email address for notifications, not the frequency. - Save changes after updating.
