I encountered an issue accessing my Pof account which seems to have been deleted. I reported an individual who stole money from my bank account after taking a photo of my bank card, involving the police. After reporting him and seeing his account deleted, I found myself unable to log into my own account. I suspect he may have manipulated the situation to have my account removed. I created a new account successfully, but faced difficulties logging in again, and had trouble making my profile public. Any guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Dionne

I am having trouble finding suitable matches on this site. Despite setting my age criteria to 18-37, the search results keep showing women in their 40s and 50s. The limited selection in my preferred age group is disappointing, and the ones outside my range are not of interest to me. I have found another dating platform where the women are responsive, within the desired age range, and meet my expectations. I would like to cancel my membership on this site due to these issues and ensure all fees are settled. None of the matches here align with my preferences, making it difficult to continue. The alternative site I'm using has exceeded my expectations, unlike this one, which seems to have an abundance of older women not within my desired age range.

Hello, I used POF for a week and had a negative experience with inappropriate users. I decided to hide my profile and only checked it occasionally. However, on 2/15/20, I tried to log in but couldn't access my account. I'm unsure why this happened as I had minimal interaction on the site due to unpleasant encounters. I received a confirmation code, [redacted], on my phone and set up my profile with photos. I got my chemistry results by email. I've been struggling to log in as it keeps saying "your username and password are incorrect." I'm sure I entered the right details. Can you advise me on how to resolve this issue? I'm facing a frustrating issue with my POF account. This morning, I discovered it had been hacked when I couldn't log in. After changing my password, I found my profile taken over by a person named Lisa from Seminole, FL. Lisa has been interacting with guys on the site using my profile. I've been chatting with some guys, but now it appears as if it was done by this other person posing as me. My profile contents, including pictures, are all gone, replaced by this imposter using my username, Brendalc. Although I changed my password, I'm hoping for assistance from customer service to resolve this matter. I'm reluctant to start from scratch with a new profile. Unfortunately, the hacker now has access to my email address after I shared it with someone on the site. This situation is unbelievable. How should I proceed?

In November and December, I didn't receive any replies after submitting a pop-up questionnaire review about my experience. Once I submitted it, I got logged out of my account, and despite leaving multiple messages, I couldn't use any membership benefits. My account remained logged in without my control. My service was interrupted, and I'm thinking of giving it another try. I'm not sure if there's an issue with my username since my profile is still active. I need help restarting and would appreciate a discount to make up for the past issues. I'm willing to try a one-month membership. It would be great to see some goodwill gesture in the form of a discount from the company. I hope the POF team can assist me with this. Thank you, Tanner.

Last night, I created an account with the username MrHottStuff. I upgraded to a one-year membership for $79, but unfortunately, the password I had previously doesn't work now. I'm Russell S Schley and I usually use a credit card from TD Bank North. I don't know which email is linked to my account and can't access it at the moment. I'm willing to send my driver's license for verification. Typically, I use [redacted] and my phone number is [redacted]. My account was compromised. After being inactive for months, I returned to the site in February to find someone else’s photos and chat history, including sharing personal contact information. While I rectified the profile details, my messages are not being delivered. Today, I received a notification from the POF team about an inappropriate photo that I did not upload. Despite trying to respond, my messages are not going through. I attempted to enable two-factor authentication for security but encountered an issue when it requested an "old" mobile number that I have never used on the account. I cannot proceed with setting it up.

A few weeks ago, I contacted customer service regarding my email alerts not coming through, even though I could see messages online. While none were from blocked profiles, POF claimed my account was hacked. I've been on the site for a while without issues, but now, after fearing to log in, I've forgotten my password. Despite requesting a password reset, I haven't received any email response. I'm worried about my premium membership and overall security. I am experiencing difficulty logging into my account. I created the account last October and later hid my profile in November. When I tried to log in again in January, I encountered an issue where the code was not being sent to my phone. Upon troubleshooting, I noticed that the last 2 digits of the displayed phone number did not match mine, which has not changed since creating the account. I contacted tech support and received a work order number but did not receive further assistance. I successfully logged in on my iPad later, only to find photos of another woman on my account in addition to mine. I removed the additional photos and ensured no other changes were made. I am unable to locate a link to update my phone number or other registration details. I wish to regain access to my account, correct the phone number, and update my profile information. I have also added new photos recently. If this issue cannot be resolved, I would like to delete the account to prevent unauthorized access. I have sent multiple emails with no response. I made an error when trying to open an account and selected the wrong subscription unknowingly. I need to cancel this subscription, as I cannot afford it and did not intend to sign up for it. I have not used the account and mistakenly chose the wrong subscription plan. I request that no further action be taken on the account, as I wish to cancel it promptly. I have already informed my bank to block any transactions from Plenty of Fish. I hope to receive a response from your team soon. I may consider choosing a different subscription option if available. Since 2-25-20, the POF server has been down, and I haven't been able to access my account. I'm repeatedly directed to verify my account using a mobile number, which I can't do since I don't own a mobile phone and use a desktop. Despite writing multiple times, all I receive are automated responses that don't assist with my issue. It's been three days, and I'm still locked out. I'm in need of a human intervention to reset a cookie or something of that sort, but my emails only yield more automated replies.

My Plenty of Fish account has been hacked. I chatted with someone named Rebeldawg5454 who wanted me to video chat, but the link didn't work. She claimed her name was Maxine. I own a business in rural Australia. After my phone received messages from men on POF, I closed my account, but the issue persists. Kindly resolve this promptly.

I had trouble logging into POF due to phone number verification. After contacting POF support, I was assisted by a technician from Global Digital. They fixed the login issue quickly but identified Windows as being 95% corrupted. They offered security plans, and I chose the seven-day option. The technician conducted a system check and made changes to my computer within an hour. I believe my computer was working well before this intervention. I am now seeking a refund of $[redacted] and have taken steps to recover my funds.

There is someone using my POF account and profile to scam women. This started on 3/13, but I only noticed on 3/14. I am in Massachusetts, but the scammer is posting in Florida. When I tried to reach out to him, all his messages started coming to me, and now I can't access my mailbox. I still get notifications when women respond to him, so he has taken over my POF identity. I can't access my account anymore since he has my password. Did he get hold of my credit card information too? This may have happened when I renewed my POF subscription. I'm having trouble accessing my POF account as nothing seems to work. I can view profiles, send messages, but receive no replies, making me feel invisible. I recently downloaded POF and everything was fine until I purchased a year subscription for about $80. Now I'm receiving alerts from men, but I didn't set that up, and I can't log in because it says my password is wrong. I've tried to reset my password, but the email isn't receiving the instructions. I am experiencing issues retrieving my account, which was unexpectedly deleted. The email associated with the account is [redacted] I have encountered harassment from a local individual named Melanie (Mel for short), with the username diamondsareforever from Laurieton NSW, Australia (Postcode: [redacted]). She has harassed me both online and in person, leading to legal action and an apprehended violence order (AVO) against her. I have encountered ongoing issues that have not been resolved, making it difficult for me to recommend this service. Initially, I had trouble with my password, followed by issues with my username being incorrect, and then confusion with my email address. While my email and username have now been corrected, the main concern, my password, remains unresolved. Despite trying different usernames due to an error preventing me from signing in, I can confirm that my original username is now displaying correctly. At one point, there was also a misconception about my email address being wrong, but that has since been clarified. To summarize, my email and username are now accurate, but my persistent problem lies with the password that has yet to be addressed.

I am having trouble accessing the homepage on POF. I've been trying to log into my account but keep encountering errors. I've reached out multiple times regarding my issues with the password on Plenty of Fish. Initially, I made a mistake with my password which led to incorrect usernames and emails. Even after receiving emails, the problem persists. I couldn't log in with the new usernames and the password reset didn't work. I tried to delete my profile, but was unable to as they require the correct username, password, and email. It's frustrating that I can't resolve this on my own.
