Living with my brother and his two young kids, I left my phone unattended briefly. During that time, my oldest nephew unintentionally purchased multiple music and gaming apps and even signed up for a costly POF subscription. Initially thinking it was a $10.00 monthly fee, upon investigating, I discovered it was the full-priced subscription. I did not intend for this to happen. Apple denied my refund request, leaving me unsure of my options. It seems my nephew's mischief has brought quite the unexpected outcome!

Last year, I had three months left on my membership. The website cut me off and I couldn't log back in. Despite checking my spam and junk mail folders, I didn't receive a link to reset my password. I attempted to rejoin twice in the last two days, experiencing the same issue where it locked me out, even though my login credentials were correct. I used the same name both times, leading me to believe I was removed from the site. Now, the website won't accept my credit card even though there are sufficient funds. I need assistance to resolve these issues and would like the three months of membership I paid for but couldn't use to be restored. - Dean

I have been trying to get a refund since September. On October 5th, you charged me $83.88 and then refunded the same amount on October 20th. I am confused by this back and forth. I am still waiting for the $83.88 refund from September. Please process this refund as soon as possible so we can resolve this matter. I use the POF app daily. I used it last night, but this morning when I tapped on the app, I saw that I had been signed out. I tried to log back in, but my password wasn't working. When I attempted to reset my password, I didn't receive any reset emails. I checked my junk folder, added POF to my contacts, but still didn't receive anything. My notifications were set up, and I have emails from POF in my account until today. I am wondering if it is even possible to retrieve my account at this point. Fortunately, I wasn't on a paid membership, but I had a lot of contacts on that account, and I would hate to lose them.

I created an account on PIG using the Android app. The app won't recognize my mobile number and keeps saying it's invalid. I tried logging in on the POF website through the internet, but got the same message about the mobile number being invalid. I've tried multiple times and reinstalled several times, but the issue persists. I receive notifications through the app, so my account is active, but I can't log in or validate my mobile number. Can someone please assist me with this problem?

I'm looking to delete my Plenty of Fish profile along with all associated images. When I try to log in with my username and password, I keep getting an "incorrect password" notification even though I have verified the login information. I attempted to reset my password by entering my email address, but I have yet to receive any email confirmation from POF. Despite trying several times, the email has not come through. I am unable to contact POF's help desk or customer service phone line to verify the status of my account. It seems like I'm not the only one experiencing this issue based on similar complaints on Reddit.

My account was hacked, and now I can't access it. I'm getting messages from women I haven't contacted, and there's someone named Charles using my account with his picture. I informed the women about the scam and changed the profile picture back to mine. Now, I can't log in, and the verification messages are being sent to a different phone number. I'm unable to delete my profile or create a new one because my email and details are already in use.

I've been struggling to log in since the recent changes were made. Despite attempts to seek help, the issue hasn't been addressed properly. I'm being instructed to use my username and password, but I can't log in at all. Even though I receive notifications of people wanting to connect with me, I still can't access my account. I've been very patient, but this is becoming frustrating. Could someone please resolve this problem, or should I consider switching to another site? Thank you.

I need help with an old Plenty of Fish account linked to an email and phone number I haven't used in a while. My wife claims I'm currently active on the profile, checking who viewed me. Is there a way to prove the account has been inactive or possibly hacked? The POF username is OG juniejune, and the email associated is [redacted]

I haven't logged into my POF account in a while, and I now want to access it again. Unfortunately, I can't recall both my username and the email linked to my account. I recently submitted my concern. I am having trouble with the verification process on POF. My cellphone does not have internet access or the capability to receive SMS. How can we resolve this issue? I had previously joined as Aunt fluflu but didn't upgrade. Recently, I tried to upgrade and download the app, but it won't let me sign in, stating my name is already in use. I'm unable to create a new profile or access my $85. I'm not receiving emails and have checked my spam folder. I need assistance to resolve this issue or to get a refund.

I do not currently have a working phone number to receive the text verification. It's frustrating to suddenly have a two-step verification, especially for long-time users like me. I am unable to use the app due to this issue, and not being able to receive the verification via email only adds to my frustration. It angers me every time I think about it. I was even thinking of upgrading to the highest membership level, but this situation has put me off.

Yesterday, I tried to log in to my account on my iPad using the usual method with fingerprint recognition. Unfortunately, I encountered an issue with an incorrect username or password. I usually use automatic login and couldn't recall if my username was Francis51m or Francis51M. I've attempted several times to reset my password but haven't received the email with the reset link in my Gmail inbox as promised. Can someone assist me with this matter? I have encountered numerous fake accounts on this platform! It is incredibly frustrating attempting to connect with someone, only to realize that there is a high likelihood of encountering a fake account. I have decided to cancel my premium subscription and seek an alternative platform that maintains a higher level of professionalism. Despite the site's claim of using SMS verification, it is evident that the process is ineffective. Implementing a captcha verification, such as a checkbox to confirm human users, upon each login or app access could deter these robotic accounts. This precaution is essential to combat the influx of fake accounts, identifiable by their peculiar language use and excessive punctuation usage. It is paramount for the site to address these issues promptly, especially considering the financial investment users make in utilizing its services.

I have recently upgraded my account but after upgrading both devices, I noticed that although I have already paid for the next year, I am unable to access it properly. The system seems to think I am a different person and restricts some features. Please verify which account the payment was taken for. My current main account is under the email [redacted], which I updated from [redacted] last year. I would like this matter resolved promptly, as I am paid up until November [redacted]. Good morning. I recently received a text from POF asking me to verify my number, but I haven't signed up for the site. I suspect someone might be using my number, so I want to ensure my information is removed. Unfortunately, I can't contact support without making an account. I tried emailing [redacted], but I haven't received a response. The website states that non-member customer service requests will not be addressed, which seems unreasonable given the risks of identity theft. I hope someone can help me address this issue. I am receiving unsolicited pictures from women. I have tried reaching out to them with no success. I also contacted POF regarding this issue but have not had any luck in getting my number removed. I am now seeking legal advice as this continuous unsolicited contact feels like harassment. I previously reached out using the email address [redacted] but did not get a resolution. I urge your company to address this matter promptly to prevent further unwanted messages.

I'm experiencing technical difficulties when trying to register on your website. On Monday, I created two profiles: 1. Username: Ironkey457 - uploaded photo and completed assessment test Password: $@Ironkey457$@ Despite receiving the welcome email, I couldn't log back in after signing out. When I clicked on "forgot password," I didn't receive the email/link to reset the password as expected. The next day, I created another profile: 2. Username: labtechguy19 Password: $@Ironkey457$@ Similarly, I faced login issues and didn't get the password reset email after clicking "forgot password," only the welcome email. However, it appears the system has an outdated email address on file. Despite numerous attempts to reach out via phone with no success, I am feeling increasingly frustrated.
