I have recently noticed that I have been continuously charged for several months, even though I thought my account was deleted. I am requesting a refund for the charges on December 3rd, September, and June, totaling $38.70. Despite not logging into my account for over a year, these charges have persisted. I would appreciate a refund for these unexpected charges and ask that my account be permanently deleted.

There is a concern regarding a user named 3As2live4 from Richmond, VA. I connected with her online and we went on a date. Things were going smoothly until she requested $[redacted] for rent in exchange for a sexual favor. I declined, and she has since been harassing me offline via phone. I believe her account should be deleted due to this harassment. I have reported this multiple times with no resolution, which is frustrating. A friend of mine also had a similar encounter with her. The harassment and name-calling are unacceptable, and action should be taken to address this issue promptly.

Dear POF Team, I am experiencing difficulty logging into my account. Despite entering my username and password correctly multiple times, I am unable to access my account on my PC. I reported a scammer on POF, and shortly after, my account got hacked. I am concerned that my personal information might be compromised. The original username for the account was yseo97, but now I can't access it. The email associated with the account was [redacted] Despite trying the "Forgot my password" option, I haven't received any notification in my Yahoo account to reset the password. I am worried about my data being exposed, and I need assistance in resolving this matter without risking my privacy further.

I recently reactivated my POF account. However, I have been unable to log in or view any messages since the moment I created it. Despite resetting my password multiple times through the "forgot my password" link and receiving successful reset notifications, I still cannot access my account. I believe my account has been compromised. The email address and password have been changed, preventing me from accessing it. Despite numerous attempts to reset the password through the emailed link, I have not received the necessary message from POF. Prior to losing access, I noticed suspicious activity, with the hacker redirecting members to a kik account and an off-site email address. My efforts to contact POF via phone and email have been unsuccessful. I am concerned about the misuse of my pictures and seek advice on how to safeguard my account.

I've tried creating my account three times, and while I can use it initially, I'm unable to log back in after logging out. Despite being certain of my username and password, I keep getting an error saying they are incorrect. I even tried resetting my password, but I didn't receive any email to do so. I've received emails from POF before, so I know they're not blocked. It's frustrating to have to re-enter all my details every time I try to create an account.

Since Saturday, December 7, [redacted], I have been receiving an error message stating "wrong username or password." I have tried requesting a new password or using the "forgot password" feature, but I have not received any reset instructions. I am puzzled as to why this issue keeps occurring. It seems to happen every two or three months, and I end up losing access to my account. I have encountered this problem in the past and had to create new accounts, which is quite inconvenient. It's worth noting that I was logged into my account on the website just 24 hours ago.

I signed up for a 1-month subscription on December 4th, so it should end on January 5th, [redacted] without further charges. I saw a recurring payment on PayPal for 10 months which I have now canceled, as I only intended to try it for one month. If there is a 10-month subscription that I unknowingly signed up for, I would like to cancel any upgrade immediately as of December 8th, [redacted], which falls within the cooling off period.

I recently reported a profile for being rude and disrespectful. The individual was offensive towards individuals with Dwarfism and was also very disrespectful and arrogant towards me. Despite reporting the profile and being blocked by this person, I still see that the account is active. I feel that the standards of equality on POF are very low. Additionally, I am constantly receiving messages from call girls promoting other websites. POF needs to improve by taking more action to remove these types of profiles. It's concerning whether the platform itself might be involved in creating such profiles.

A man identifying himself as Michael from Woodlands, Texas, is using my account to message women. Despite changing my password, he continues to access my profile and contact others, possibly hacking it. I have tried to report this to POF, but I'm not receiving the security codes sent to my email. I've contacted the women he messaged, warning them of the scam, but he persists. Michael's details include: Age: 65, Zip code: [redacted], Status: Widower, Religion: Catholic, Location: Woodlands, TX, claiming to be a "Peace Ambassador in the United Nations." He seems to target women in Texas while I reside in Florida. Can you please assist in identifying and blocking him from my account?

Hello, Roughly a week ago, I woke up to approximately [redacted] notifications from my POF account indicating matches and messages from unfamiliar individuals. This barrage of notifications spanned from 5 a.m. to 7 a.m. When I attempted to log back into my account 20 minutes later, I noticed I had been automatically signed out. Despite inputting the correct account information, I have been unable to regain access since. Even after trying the "forgot my password" option, which I believe to be unnecessary as my phone stores it, I have not received the password reset email.

I can log in successfully using my username and password the first time. However, every subsequent attempt fails, stating that my password is incorrect. When I try to reset my password via email, I do not receive any instructions to do so. Despite changing my username and password three times in the past month, the problem persists.
