I have been attempting to access my POF account for the past two days without success. Despite entering my usual login details, I keep receiving an error message stating that my username and/or password are incorrect. This has led me to believe my account may have been compromised. I have multiple unread emails waiting for me on my registered email, but when I try to reset my password using that email address, I do not receive the reset link. Yesterday, my iPhone XR was stolen at a business. My account is linked to my email [redacted], but I forgot my password as I stored it in my notes. I'm currently using my iPhone 7 until the police investigation is complete. I need help changing my email to [redacted] because iCloud only allows one email per device. My account has been compromised. On 11/18/19, I received over 25 messages from men that weren't from me. The hacker sent the same messages to everyone who replied, changed my photos, and deleted my profile description. I explained the situation to the men and fixed the photos and profile narrative. Today, I received more messages but can't access my account due to a wrong password. I tried to reset it but didn't receive the email with the link. I need help resolving this issue.

I believe he is a scammer as he requested too much personal information and even sent me a verification code, which I did not enter due to a past scam experience. I suspect he may be using stolen identities. Please remove him from the site to prevent him from targeting others, especially older women. COMPLAINT POF Nov 20th, [redacted] I created an account on POF in May 13, [redacted], used it for a short while, then my daughter closed the account on May 27, [redacted], under the username MikeyST33. I have not used the site since meeting my current partner. Shockingly, my partner was informed by a friend that my profile was still active with pictures on POF. This situation has caused my partner to break up with me as she believes I have been interacting with other members on the site behind her back. I am devastated and urgently need POF to investigate and confirm that I have not been active since leaving in March [redacted]. The mistaken reactivation of my account without my knowledge has led to the end of an 18-month relationship. I've been a member of the Plenty of Fish website for several years now. Yesterday, when I tried to log in with my user number bf70, I encountered an issue with my password. I noticed that my profile had changed - my picture was replaced with someone else's, and although some details were accurate such as my age being 67, there were discrepancies like showing my age as 45 in another section. It seems that someone is using parts of my original profile without my consent. Additionally, I've been bombarded with messages from other members, cluttering my inbox. I'm puzzled as to how this could have happened since I haven't cancelled my free subscription or contacted any members recently. Last night, I created my account on POF as prity6688 and uploaded a photo. To my surprise this morning, I received many messages despite having my profile hidden. Upon checking, I discovered my photo was replaced with someone else's and messages were being sent to guys stating I was looking for hookups, along with sharing credit card details. It seems like a paid user's information was compromised. This occurred to me about two weeks ago after meeting someone from POF, their profile name being PHDoubleU, who turned out to be inappropriate. After rejecting him, my account was hacked that same evening, and it has been hacked three times since. I have captured screenshots of the credit card details being shared from my profile and considering reporting this to the authorities.

I have been a member of Plenty of Fish for over five years, but I'm currently unable to access my account. I received messages from other members stating their accounts were hacked. Unfortunately, it seems to have happened to me as well. The system indicates that my password was changed at 5:23 AM on the 23rd, which I didn't do. This situation feels like a scam, and I am unable to change my password. The contact numbers provided for help are not legitimate. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly.

Moreover, the report user feature appears to be deceptive and retaliatory, causing further unfairness. The lack of quality connections, coupled with unjust blocking, stalking, and deception, highlights the site's glitches. By addressing the flawed management, POF can create a more enjoyable and equitable environment for its users. It's essential for POF to review block instances, validate reports, and prevent unwarranted actions, ultimately fostering a more positive user experience.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my account despite inputting the correct login credentials for over 48 hours now. I am eagerly awaiting responses from individuals I have been chatting with. I suspect that someone may have reported my pictures, as I received a message referring to me as a hideous woman, even though my content adheres to your guidelines. I have been experiencing issues with accessing my accounts for over a week now. Despite numerous attempts to change my password and verify my phone number, I am unable to log in. I believe my account has been compromised due to this breach. I have been a loyal member of POF for four years and never faced such issues before. I've had an account with POF for a couple of years. Recently, when trying to log in, I keep getting an error message saying my password is wrong. I tried the "Forgot Password" option, but I never receive the reset email. I've contacted support multiple times in the past week, but keep receiving the same link that doesn't work for me. I've checked my spam folder regularly, but still no luck. I just want to access my account without these ongoing issues. Please refrain from sending me the same reset password link as it's not helping since I never receive the email to reset.

I seem unable to access my account with the username "sojourner62." I have tried to reach out to customer service at [redacted] multiple times over the past few days but have not received any response. The last activity on my account was responding to an email from another user named "Blulady (Karen)." She mentioned some concerning content linked to a sister site, Chemistry.com, using my username, but when I tried the link, it redirected me back to the POF login page. Subsequently, I received emails confirming changes to my account email and password, leading to my current lockout situation. I have already taken steps to secure my payment information. My account expired a few days ago, and I just received the notification. I don't want to renew at the moment because of a negative balance in my checking account caused by fraudulent activity on my debit card.
