My account was hacked approximately 3 weeks ago. Someone replaced my pictures and altered my information, but I managed to reset my password and revert everything back to its original state. However, for the past 2 days, I have been unable to log in. Despite attempting to reset my password via email, I have not received any reset instructions. It seems someone may have logged me out and changed my login details, as well as email notifications. The most recent email I received was on November 31st. I have been a member of POF for years and am eager to regain access to my account.

I requested a refund back in September for $83.88, but I have not received it yet. Despite sending multiple emails, I have not received any response. I suspect my credit card was compromised while I was using POF briefly. Could this be why I haven't received my refund? Do you need my new card details to process the refund? I reached out to a human customer support representative at POF regarding my password reset issue. They suggested using a TeamViewer app on my Android device so they could assist. However, I grew suspicious when they requested access to my debit card, claiming someone had taken over my account using facial recognition technology. My concerns escalated when they tried to make transactions on my Cash App and Amazon accounts without my consent. Luckily, I had given them access to an empty account. I am now unsure of who is using my profile and how to regain control. I am hesitant to trust such help services again. I am having trouble resetting my password. I reached out to a customer support representative at pof. They instructed me to allow them to access my Android device using a team viewer app. Initially, I complied, but I grew suspicious when they requested access to my debit card, to which I reluctantly agreed. During the process, they attempted to charge $15 to my cash app and purchase a $50 gift card from Amazon. Thankfully, the debit card they had access to had limited funds, and my cash app account was empty. I will not be using this method again. I have reported an issue regarding my account being hacked. I am unable to access my account, and when attempting to reset my password, I do not receive the email. I suspect my emails are being redirected to the hacker. I was asked to provide an alternative email for contact, but if my account has been compromised, this might lead the hacker to my new email. I joined POF nearly 2.5 years ago and had great success meeting women. However, about 6 months ago, the platform became more complicated, making it impossible for me to use it. I keep receiving notifications from POF, but I can't access them. It's frustrating. Please make POF simple and easy to use again so I can meet women without any issues. I mistakenly signed up for your annual plan thinking it was $6.99, but to my surprise, nearly $90 was deducted from my bank account for POF. I've been a member of POF since [redacted]. As someone on a fixed disability income of $[redacted] per month, $90 is a significant amount for me. I've been attempting to receive the app to email me the link to reset my account's password. When I opened the app, it redirected me to the login screen even though I didn't log out manually. I've entered my email and submitted it numerous times, but I haven't received any password reset links from the app. This has happened around 30 times, and I still haven't received any emails with the link. It's frustrating because I cannot use the app without accessing the link to reset my password.

On November 23, [redacted], I experienced an unexpected lockout of my account on POF. Despite various attempts to reset my password and provide my mobile number for identity verification, I am unable to proceed due to a block on my account. My account, known for its positive reputation, seems to have been compromised and I suspect it was hacked. Despite my continuous efforts to verify my identity by submitting my cell number, I have not received any confirmation from POF. This situation has led me to believe that my POF profile was indeed stolen by someone unauthorized.

I have been using POF for over 10 years. Recently, when I receive notifications about matches or chats, I often face issues when trying to connect with them. It feels like there are constant obstacles preventing me from making a connection, whether it's being told we aren't a match, receiving requests for money, or encountering fake profiles. This has been a recurring problem for me. Despite reaching out to POF numerous times through feedback, I have never received a response. I recently got banned from the platform, and I believe it's unfair, especially considering the inappropriate content and ads I have noticed. It seems like there is a lack of accountability and respect for users.

I've noticed that all the messages from a user I was corresponding with have disappeared from my inbox. It seems like he has vanished. I'm curious to know if the messages were deleted by either your system or him upon deleting the account. Would all the messages disappear in both scenarios? And is there a way to determine whether it was your system or him who deleted them? The username I was in touch with was teeman35. For years, a man has been stalking me and several other women in Southern California, which he openly shared on a public Facebook page. Despite my repeated efforts to block him, he persistently changes his username and continues to harass me. Recently, he escalated by threatening me, leaving me feeling unsafe. I took the step to delete my account permanently, as his behavior is criminal and indicative of a sexual predator. Unfortunately, the platform has not taken any action against him. I have kept screenshots of his latest threats from his current username, "comfortable1."

Suddenly, my pictures vanished, and I got logged out of my account, unable to sign back in. I'm sure the password I set up today is correct. I am concerned if I was blocked and why. My photos didn't contain any nudity; some showed cleavage but were tasteful. If that was the reason for being blocked instead of just being asked to choose a different photo, I would be disappointed.

My account was compromised while I was in frequent communication with someone significant to me. We conversed multiple times daily for weeks until my account got hacked, which led to the other person getting alarmed and cutting off contact. I am unable to access my account to delete it myself. I reached out to billing at the time of the incident but received no reply. Subsequently, they billed me for another unusable month. Although I have disabled auto-payment, I am requesting a refund for this current month. I am deeply saddened by the loss of this special connection. Kindly assist in refunding my money. I have attempted multiple times to access my account without success. Despite trying to change my password several times, I have been unable to gain entry. I reached out to "Just Ask" for assistance, but they provided an unmonitored contact number only. Additionally, I checked for any cookie blockages, however, Google does not allow me to access those three settings dots. I attempted to uninstall and reinstall Google, but since it is on the cloud, it remains the same. I am seeking guidance on how to resolve this issue. Thank you, Jay. Hello. I am experiencing difficulties accessing my account. I am unable to log in despite attempting to reset my password. Unfortunately, I am not receiving the password reset emails. I have even tried sending the reset instructions to an alternative email address without success. I have created several accounts in an attempt to resolve the issue, but each one seems to encounter the same problem. Hello, I have experienced issues with my POF account after rejoining recently. Overnight, the app got deleted, and now I cannot log in due to confusion with my previous accounts sharing the same email address. I sought help from customer support, which directed me to a page requiring a $5 payment to resolve the issue. Sadly, even after paying, my problem remains unresolved. I just need a clear login without any past account interference to enjoy using this platform leisurely. Hello, I recently received an email from Emily explaining why my password reset was unsuccessful. It turns out my account was deleted due to a violation of community guidelines, which I find confusing as I only used it to browse content related to women, which is what the membership is for. If there was any violation, it must have been due to unauthorized access to my account. I am requesting a refund as I only had access to my account for two weeks before it was deleted for nearly another two weeks. I have already contacted Apple to stop any future payments. I want to clarify that I did not knowingly violate any community guidelines or behave inappropriately. Thank you.
