I have two accounts on Plenty of Fish. One of the accounts was under flychick82, and it has been deleted. I paid $21.00 to upgrade this account and requested the subscription to be canceled by April 29th. Can you confirm if this has been processed to avoid additional charges? The other account is under hondachick22, where I mistakenly purchased an upgrade. I am unable to access the upgraded features such as searching by usernames or seeing who viewed my messages. The subscription is set to end on April 30th. Although the second purchase seemed unsuccessful, it reflects on my bank account. I appreciate your assistance in resolving these issues.

Hello, I am experiencing issues logging into my account under the username AmourVicieux since 1 pm today. Despite several hours passing, I have not received any assistance. I was able to log in about 20 hours ago, but now my password is being rejected. I have requested multiple password reset links, but none have been received. My last email notification was around 18 hours ago, and the system indicates that I changed my password last Wednesday, though it was actually the Wednesday prior to that. I encountered an issue with my POF account. While using the username MAXAPEX, I wrote a note and was subsequently logged out, unable to log back in. I attempted to reset my password but was unsuccessful. My account may have been linked to my old Yahoo email ([redacted]) which I no longer have access to due to hacking. I then tried to reset with my new Yahoo email ([redacted]) but did not receive a reset email. In an effort to resolve the problem, I tried to create a new POF account with different email addresses, including [redacted] However, after filling in all the required information and completing verification tasks, the new account was not activated. I am seeking assistance to determine if there is an issue with the website, to regain access to my locked account, and to successfully create a new account. Any help would be appreciated.

Last week, photos were added to my profile without my consent, causing me to be unable to log in. When I try to access my profile, it tells me my email and password are incorrect, even though I've used them for over a decade on POF. "Get Human" is asking for payment, which makes me uneasy about sharing my credit card details online. It's not just about the $5, it's about the security of my personal banking information. I'm concerned about how my profile was hacked and the lack of security. If they can access my profile, I worry about them obtaining my credit card information. Are there simpler ways to resolve this without risking my financial details online?

I am having difficulty reporting a user on the site. I encountered a concerning individual who is a tier 3 sex offender, registered for life, with the username King Stucco on POF. This person misrepresented themselves on their profile to lure women and in reality is a sexual predator with a history of violent crimes. I unfortunately became a victim of his deceptive behavior. I urge for immediate action to remove him from the platform to prevent further harm to women. I have also notified the Department of Corrections in Oklahoma City. I feel it is necessary to take measures against him. My username is Missourigirl57 and I seek assurance on the steps being taken.

I am requesting a refund as I signed up for the premium monthly plan for just one month. However, I noticed I was charged for a second subscription today on April 6th, [redacted]. I cancelled the subscription right after I initially purchased it. Could you please process the refund promptly? I recently bought a two-month subscription, but most of the profiles I see on meet me are over three months old. No one has replied to me for over a week despite me swiping right on everyone. I used to have conversations and replies before this, and I thought getting a subscription would improve this, but it just showed me why I wasn't getting responses. My account is under [redacted] Please delete it and refund my money promptly. The bots are easy to recognize, and it seems like they belong to the platform. The POF verification process tries to charge over $60, even though it claims to be free. Please have more diverse scripts, as they are too obvious with the same content. Not all men are looking for just sex, and I believe that's why my messages have decreased. I keep turning down attempts to go offsite. It's frustrating.

I successfully set up my profile, but unexpectedly lost connection. I have been unable to log back into my account despite entering my username and password multiple times. Even after creating a new email, username, and password, the issue persists. I enabled Google to save my credentials, but I am not receiving the security code emails. I prefer to receive the code via text message, but have not been given this option. Despite inputting my phone number, it says it's unrecognized. The inconsistency is frustrating, especially when I have provided accurate information. I also experienced a glitch where a list of men in Marianna, AR disappeared after losing connection. I tried the POF app but found it subpar compared to Mobile Lander. I am troubled by the inability to access my account despite following all the steps correctly. I contacted POF earlier tonight about issues with my username and password. Despite entering the correct information, the site won't recognize them. It's frustrating and perplexing. I've been a member on and off since [redacted], where I've met 7 men, still friends with 4. I found a profile of a school mate I'm interested in but couldn't log back in to see if he replied. Even creating a new profile didn't help me find him. It's disheartening and bothersome.

Hello, I have attempted to register twice using the same email address, [redacted] Although I receive registration emails and a default 'new message,' I am unable to log in to the website with my password. When trying to reset my password, I did not receive a reset email. It seems that new user emails are not being saved in your database. The first time I registered, I could log in and view my messages. However, after navigating to another page on the site and trying to log in again, I was unsuccessful. I have a background in IT support and believe this issue requires further investigation. In the meantime, I will explore registering on other platforms. Please update me once this matter is resolved. I am disappointed and request a refund! I confronted a user on POF without photos, and they proceeded to create a fake profile of me. I paid $60 for my first night and did not expect this kind of deception. Now, others doubt the authenticity of my real profile, making it pointless to continue using this unreliable platform. I preferred Zoosk due to their reliability. POF, you disappoint! I possess evidence of the fake profile, so please do not deny its existence. I demand a prompt refund before I escalate this issue further.

Hello, I'm James. I've had a Plenty of Fish account for over a year with my email address [redacted] and phone number [redacted]. I've been trying to reset my password despite it being saved on Google Drive. I'm unable to sign in on the mobile app or Google Chrome browser. I've contacted customer service multiple times without any helpful response. I have access to three emails, the primary being [redacted] I have screenshots showing my login attempts and saved passwords. I need to cancel my POF membership. I no longer want them to charge my American Express. I haven't been on the website for over a month. I'm struggling to cancel it. Please remember my account password. It's been very difficult. Email me soon, or I will cancel the card with American Express.

I initially signed up on the site successfully, but upon returning from abroad, I encountered login issues with my passwords and emails. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the problem and seek assistance, I was unable to do so. Subsequently, I uninstalled the app, created a new account, which operated smoothly until I faced a similar dilemma. Currently, I am unable to respond to site messages, receiving an error message about an incorrect email address preventing a password reset. I am keen to delete these accounts if I cannot resolve the login problem; however, I am worried about my information lingering on the site. I encountered an issue logging into my POF account. Despite attempting to reset my password, no email for the password reset process was received. I suspect my profile has been deleted. I recently joined POF but encountered 5 scammers in just a few days. After deleting my profile, I've realized I want to return as I connected with some genuine people. However, I'm unable to access the site now due to being blocked by those scammers, which seems unfair. I had to block a few others myself. I hope you can assist me in gaining access back to the site so I can continue my conversations with the people I've met. Thank you.

My account has been compromised. I recently received notifications about messages, which alerted me to the issue. My profile has been inactive for over a year, and when I logged in, I discovered strange conversations with men that were not initiated by me. I informed them about the hack. I have the hacker's email and phone number. I reported the incident to the police and have tried contacting POF twice with no response. It is crucial for POF to get in touch with me and deactivate the account as I have no intention of recovering it. I possess the original login details, email, and phone number associated with the account.
