Hello my name is James I have had an account with plenty of fish for over a year with the same email address (B*****@***.com with my phone number verify ***-***-**** I have attempted to reset it several times my password which I should not have to reset due to the fact it was saved to my Google Drive my password and I've attempted to sign in several times I don't know what happened out of nowhere I'm unable to sign in on the mobile app or on Google Chrome browser and I cannot reset it and I cannot sign in I've sent over ** messages and I keep getting the same generic message without any help from any customer service representative I have three emails that I have access to which I'm going to post for you but I'm almost absolutely **.*% sure that the above email address which is the Yahoo email address is the one that's associated with my account because as I stated it was saved to my Google Drive.*(*) B*****@***.com *(*) Buyitall**@Gmail.com*(*) B*****@***.com**I have several screenshots of the website on Google browser trying to sign in it automatically comes up with my email address and my password I have a screenshot of my saved password on Google Chrome I even get a message saying that my Yahoo account is not associated with POF which I know it is because it was saved to my Google Drive. not right and they're taking advantage of the situation let me know if there's a way to send you pictures thank you for your time and help and consideration in this matter**James
