I am trying to get a refund for $**.**. I am still waiting. ... My name is Saul S. Guajardo, my username is SaulSG**, and my email address is *****@***.com. I was charged for a renewal monthly subscription today, April *, **** for the amount of $**.**. I paid for and only intended to pay for one (*) month subscription. It is expensive as it is for a * month only transaction. I cancelled my subscription as soon as I paid for it. However, apparently that is not the case. I would be satisfied with a full refund of $**.** from today's transaction. Thank you.
I do not consent and I am disappointed with being charged with this particular transaction. That I*I know my subscription was effectively terminated, but you still haven't sent me a refund.
They could make this right with a refund of $**.**. They could be more honest with the time frame of the refund.
I am honest, and if I am happy, I leave a detailed review for applications I use.
I have tried emailing the customer support. I have used the help desk online, and I left a note on the forum, and I contacted billing to no avail as offices are currently closed. I won't be paying for service like this ever again if this keeps up.
